Only for pick up, but the pizzas is good.

Just got some really good pizza here. Prices start low, and extra toppings are at a fair price. They offer stuff crust, thin crust, or regular dough for all there pizzas. Customer service is also on point, she was extremely professional, kind, and had great communication. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Keep up they good work over there

called order had to wait 45 min for my order , the cashier was rude , said it was not his fault , blamed the Pizza Maker and the manager said sorry,but we are busy. and just walked away because he was busy. I guess I'm going back Pizza Hut , Domino's and Little Caesars, not going to give them my business.

Never disappointed, fast and friendly staff. Conveniently located in strip mall next to Smart & Final. When ever I have get togethers at my house and food runs out or crazy kids don't like what's on the menu, Zappy saves the day. Did I mention they have $5 large pizza specials?

This place rocks! Friendly staff and the pizza is awesome! The meatlovers is the best 💣 IMO, but the Mex 🍕 is up there too. Make sure to stop by when you in the SSD. Enjoy! 😎👍

My guilty pleasure is to go on the weekends to get pizza and buffalo wings at this place. The wings are a bit dry, and more often than not, it's more fat than meat, but with a bit of extra sauce, it's golden. The pizza is thick and flavorful, for the price is not bad. It's definitely worth trying at least once!

Ok pizza . Use to be better... The place looks duty and I saw few insects around the fridge last time when I went to pick up some pizzas🫣

I ordered a pizza on this place based on the comments that I read. The price is reasonable and cheaper than other places. But I am not a big fan of this pizza style, which is comparable to Little Caesars. Leftovers do not keep it for the next day. If you want to buy a cheap pizza, it is decent for the price. But I just do not like Little's Caesars and this place. It's almost the same in my opinion, but the difference is that they have more pizza variety, but the crust, marinara sauce, texture, and cheese are the same.

I used to like this place until the service got bad. I’ve ordered by DoorDash the combo that includes the pizza, garlic bread and a 2liter soda but they purposely don’t give you the garlic bread. I just did an order and the driver had a bad experience with the staff of the San Ysidro location. I don’t like to give bad reviews but when a customer has several bad experiences with a store I have to be honest about it. I have also reported with DoorDash and with the store management. Hopefully things are made better. I will report updates.

This pizza place joint is the worst one of all from all of the ones in San Diego, the food is good not a doubt but the nasty disgusting attitude from the female cashier who has no professional skills or customer service experience really make my stomach sick , not only could my language but also in Spanish the attitude was rude n disrespectful to take to my stomach, I normally take 3 to 4 mins place an order for 2 pizzas the way I love eating my pizzas, but having to deal with attitude issues from someone who places my food so I can content my stomach and feel good about my life knowing it's a guilt trip at the same time, adding an strangers personal unprofessional service to my food is irritating and bad for customers, 10mins to place a phone order + attitude, shm had to cancel my order at the end.. there lot more jobs for unhappy workers even counselors for mental health issues.. that kill my pizzza craving for the day.. ugh

Old review: Consistency is key. These guys consistently make a quality tasting pizza and cheese bread. Quite affordable for the flavor. Order ahead and it'll be ready within 15 minutes. Been going here for my weekly to bi-weekly pizza night for a few years now and plan to continue to do so. Review as of June 2023: I stopped going to Zappy's after getting strong heartburn from the pizza, quality seemed to be slipping, and I just didn't feel welcome when I entered and picked up my pizza. Oftentimes it would be poorly cut, with other mystery toppings baked into the top, or even the bottom, of the pizza, and as a vegetarian who would order pineapple and jalapenos I did not expect to see pepperoni or sausage also baked into/onto my pizza. Bland greasy cheese bread where it used to be crisp and buttery. I have not been back to Zappy's in almost six months. Last time I couldn't even finish the pizza because it was poorly made and gave me severe heartburn.
