The guy that helped me has a great attitude and engages with you with a smile and that always helps people enjoy their food more. He also does a pretty amazing balance for making the chips. Loved the good vibes. Like the chicken and the avocado looks and tastes fresh. Would definitely come back.
I was just in and the person serving me hooked me up! One of the best experiences I’ve had at chipotle. Service was fast and great, awesome portion and everything was fresh. Thanks guys!
I been going here for about 3 years now here and there and have never had a problem, food is always amazing and staff is as well, sometimes food portions are reduced depending on the person that's the only down side, other then that one of the best Chipotle locations in OC.
I came here last week for a bowl it was my first time at a chipotle in over a year it was a clean store nice people I came during lunch rush hour they were busy but getting everyone’s order done fast and they were also calm and polite the entire time which I appreciate . the serving sizes were very generous I had plenty of food left over food was good nice staff keep up the good work

I ordered online and received my bowl without any issues. The food was good and fresh. I did pay for double meat, though I feel I did not get a good portion. The food was still good and the order was completed on time. Overall this is a good consistent location for chipotle. It is classic and always offers fresh good food at a fair (though increasing) price.

Today, as usual, I ordered my Barbacoa Salad for takeout and what a disappointment !!! The $10 bowl is only almost half full... I'm wondering if this is just my unlucky day or will it always be like this?!? I guess I'll try one more time, if the same then bye bye Chipotle

The chicken bowl portions were slim. I had to ask the server for more rice, veggies, and the like. The chicken burrito was the same. I made a request for my sauce to be put on the side, and the young lady ended up putting it on my chicken bowl. After that, I was going to cancel the entire order, but because I was hungry, I didn't. Ultimately, this was my first time at this Chipotle and most likely will be my last.
I got a chicken burrito and don’t get me wrong it never misses. Unfortunately not for this location. The chicken is hard to chew but it had flavor. Also what I didn’t like is how they wrap the burrito. The bottom of my burrito only had rice and beans while the top only had the protein. They need to do a better job on having the right ratio.
Placed a mobile order. Came into the store and had to wait for the food to be finished (it was past the time expected on the app). Not only that, but my steak burrito had about 9 pieces of steak. It was truly sad that there were more rice beans and other stuff (considering steak is priced higher). Not only that, but my partner ordered a quesdailly (online exclusive one), and they forgot to add the side of rice the meal came with. Ordered some chips and guacamole, but the guac looked dark and old. To top off this poor experience, the chips were salty and stale. I'd avoid this Chipotle and try other ones around.
Ordered a bowl and asked for half chicken half steak. I got a mediocre amount on both and as I was saying something about it the next guy recognized it and added a little more chicken. I finished saying what I was saying and the guy took it the wrong way and barely put any salsas, cheese etc. I literally asked the guy to put more of the same salsa 3 times. I don’t know why didn’t walk out then but I should have. I ended up getting the portions I thought was normal but I had to keep asking for more like it was a game. These employees are way too entitled, time to clean house. I won’t be returning here, too much food in the area to deal with brats a corporate business hires. 🫡

I’d give zero stars if I could. I have this place another try. I just can’t know more. My kids didn’t get a quesadilla and no cheese too it’s so sad. The whole chipotle concept is so easy and it’s hard for these employees to listen and serve you with the “quality” they give to you. EVERY time I go inside it’s always new people, new managers. the person who serves this bowl was a tall skinny guy with glasses should get retrained how to make a kids quesadilla. So disappointing.
This Chipotle is not good at all. Employees looked very unhappy to be there. They didn't even have utensils. They were all out of forks. Really!? What do you expect your patrons to eat their bowls with? Their hands 🤦♂️ skip this Chipotle and go to the next one.

My family and I will NEVER go to this Chipotle again. My daughter found this leaf in her steak bowl. I sent their corporate office an email and apparently don't care, as we did not hear back. Be careful and look in your food before you start eating. The Guacamole was absolutely not edible either. The avocados used were very hard. Very unfortunate!!

overpriced Mexican food is never good. all bad. I don't care how you break it down. how you pay your staff? if your food is good, you don't need to charge so much. $20 for a burrito is a little ridiculous. Great business model. just not very customer friendly when it comes to the prices

The cashier made a mistake on transaction (it’s not her fault mistakes happen) instead of correcting mistake. He wanted me to charge my card AGAIN because of a chipotle side. I had a reward the cashier just didn’t scan but my card charged the entire meal. As a manger bro just let the chipotle $3.22 side go? He had an entire line of over 6 people on an afternoon at 2 pm. He then proceeds to tell me “I’m leaving it on the house” LOL nothings on the house I had a reward for it and paid already for my meal? I’m not going to pay AGAIN for a mistake YOUR staff did. 🤡

The service was fine here (minus the small scoop of chicken) but the food was awful. The corn was still slightly frozen, the chicken had quite a few parts that weren’t chewable (tendons), small portion of meat. I came for lunch an hour and a half ago and it’s not sitting right in my stomach. Definitely my last time at chipotle
