The wait time for the ordered dish to arrive is too long. They're short-staffed during peak times. I've been eating here for years and noticed the bread for my lunch was too soft. When I ate it, it fell apart. The flavor is still good.

I didn't get a chance to try their menu; I didn't have cash, and they don't accept digital payments 😔. Well, I've only tried a few of their menu, of course, paying in cash; they still don't accept digital payments, but oh well. I've tried the sandwiches: pork loin, ground beef, and the ham and cheese sandwich; they lack seasoning and are a bit bland, but I was hungry... 🤷
