I was a little skeptical about hearing ‘dairy-free’ at first but it turns out that the freeze is really good! It’s still creamy and tastes like ice cream but isn’t made of dairy.

The girl working the afternoon shift was very nice, efficient, and Speedy González fast. She has the skills to be the manager. I tried the Blue Horchata, it was obviously different but not bad at all. Besides the drinks, the frozen yogurt and quart of Matcha Ice Cream were good too! -IG: @eatingwithricardo

Tried the 3 days cleanse and loved it!!!. Felt full and light throughout the days and lost 6 pounds. I'd do it again. I also tried their icecream. It was so good. I loved the service. For our first time, they made it very easy for us and walk us thru the process. This place is great for dairy alternatives or for those on or getting on the healthy lifestyle. Its definitely something to invest in. Thank you

Great juices at an amazing price. Yesterday I decided to pick up some juices and just want to commend the young woman who helped me select a variety to try. Her name on the receipt was Jay L. She was so friendly and helpful! Great to experience such kind and thorough customer service, because the first time I came to this location I had a bad experience with a rude, unhelpful person. Jay really took the time to explain the different juices and help me find less sweet, high nutrient varieties to try. She also recommended the plant based ice cream and because of her kindness I will definitely come back to try it. Amazing job, thanks!

But yesterday the order wasn’t correct (for the first time ever). I called them and a staff person remembered packing it, realized their error and dropped the missing juice off to my porch at the end of their shift. Super service and with a smile as well. Thank you!

This was my first time finally getting to try Freeze. I am from Florida and only get Pressed when I visit California. The staff was very kind about my enthusiasm and excitement. I wish I was closer to visit more often.

Tiny shop with friendly staff offering samplers. Got a large strawberry and chocolate soft serve with raspberry purée, chocolate chip cookies and chocolate drizzle. At first I was happily surprised by the taste of this vegan alternative but once the toppings were gone came the real disappointment. Neither the chocolate or strawberry purée had a strong flavor but a hint of what they were supposed to be. It overall tasted like date purée soft serve with a slightly grainy texture. Try it once for the experience but don't get your hopes up.

She said she couldn't refund us and thats we order an alternative. I said no. We wanted our money back. She Then said, we cant refund the tip. Err no. You can. The tip was for providing a service that you are not providing. I usually love this place. I come here at least once a week. Sometimes twice. Not anymore. I cant support businesses that are just sloppy with their approach.

Ludacris, I need to contact someone regarding fraudulent charges. No one will pick up the phone, they have a never-ending phone menu with 27,000 options which all will lead you to a path where nobody will pick up. Horrible customer service ridiculous system in place.

I had a terrible experience here. We ordered a chocolate freeze, and to our shock, we found an acrylic nail in it of the person who served us. The hygiene and quality of service are seriously lacking.

What’s the point of paying for add ons if they’re not being added ?

Horribly glutened. I have celiac disease, and after eating thier chocolate freeze soft serve yesterday, I’m horribly , painfully sick right now. I will probably be sick for 2-5 weeks. They have signs everywhere saying “gluten-free,” but guess what. That is false advertising. The cones, which are perched right over all the “gluten-free” toppings are not gluten-free. I have confirmed this with them. I didn’t even order toppings and I am so incredibly sick from cross-contamination. This does not speak well to their overall cleanliness, for those without celiac disease. Their soft serve freeze products do taste good, though, for those without celiac disease. They are not overly sweet like the stuff you’ll get it other places.
