my family placed a pretty big order so we were very surprised to see nothing from our order was missing! when I went to pick up the order it was really busy i expected at least a 15-25 min wait but i got my order within 10 mins which was awesome and fast. the location has became my favorite place to get wings from they are fast and clean and most importantly they are friendly. the wings are also bomb i recommend original hot with their ranch cant go wrong with that 😍

Ate the boneless BBQ and Hawaiian chicken wings with celery and carrot sticks. Ordered 10 boneless chicken wings. Waited for about 20 minutes to get order. A very busy location in Santa Barbara. All the wings were tasty along with the fresh veggies. Masks required, social distancing while waiting for order. Busy with takeout and food order delivery drivers. Parking lot adequate. Will definitely order again in the future.

Great delivery of a wing stop order! I was hesitant, email offer looked good. We ordered wings and a sandwich... several sauces. It was delivered quickly and satisfied need of wings 😉

If you’re ever passing through the area, then this is the place to get wings. They’re quick and they know how to cook. The Wingstop that I live by now cannot make boneless wings as good as this place.

I love wings and even though they're a chain I'm glad to see them open up a location here in town. They aren't the best wings I've ever had, but I'm a southern boy and the standards are pretty high. For a chain location on the Left Coast they'll do. The Original Hot isn't that hot, but they're a decent wing. I enjoyed the Louisiana Rub, too. My companion enjoyed the sweet Hawaiian and we both liked the Hickory Smoked BBQ. She thinks they add too much sauce, but I don't think she's had been to enough wing places yet to appreciate wings smothered in sauce. I probably would have given them four stars but we had to wait about 20 minutes while they filled an endless procession of online and delivery orders. I was reaching the point of demanding a refund when our order finally came up. I'd think that people standing there waiting would get bumped to the front of the queue.

As far as wingstop locations go this isn't reinventing the wheel anytime soon, long wait as the location just opened. Wings were perfect as usual, however the staff did mess up my order for bone in wings and gave me boneless which was pretty frustrating. I'm sure I'll go again and they'll get a chance to earn those stars back that I removed due to the wait and mess up.

Tried phoning in and they wouldn't pick up, so I drove down and it's packed.. understandable. Waited till Sunday, still wasn't able to get anyone to pick up the phone, but I was able to order online. When I go to pick up by order I find by bag leaking with sauce spewing out the bag. I also found out they weren't honoring the 5 extra wings with any order. Wings were good, so I'll give them 3 stars.

Past two times I've been here my stomach hurts after eating it and it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Currently still having a stomach ache/pain after waking up at 4 am and it's 8:30 am. The actual food tastes pretty good but not worth the stomach pain at all. Also they got a friend of mine's order wrong and they misspell names a lot so I think their cashiers don't hear correctly a lot of the time.

I HATE THIS PLACE. Gave me food poisoning, got wingstop drunk and woke up HUNGOVER WITH FOOD POSIONING ON THE FIRST DAY OF MY PERIOD. I’ve been throwing up with diarrhea for three days now, do not eat from here. I promise it’s not worth it.

This was upsetting enough but when I went to the store to get this resolved one of the service workers (being a flamboyant boy) gave me attitude and accused me of trying to get free food. I was shocked by this considering I’ve never experienced anything like this before. In the end a nice girl was sweet enough to get me the rest of my fourteen wings and apologized for the entire situation.

They forgot the ranch that I paid for, said that the manger would talk about issuing a refund the next day, never happened. The staff each time I’ve been there are rude or just.. standoffish. When I called about the missing item, the person on the phone says “so what would you want us to do about it?” (no apology either) Oh I don’t know, maybe we can start with giving me my money back? I usually like the food here but I don’t think I will be coming back, not worth the trouble. Thank you Wingstop for your notorious bad customer service, another step to being more healthier when it comes to my diet.
