This is a great 24-hour Starbucks. This location has been around forever and always has the coffee drink you need when you need it. The indoor seating is spacious and well organized. It's always clean when I stop in, and the staff is always friendly. This Starbucks also has a big drive-through that is a huge time saver if you are in a hurry. If you wanna sit inside, there is a ton of parking all round the building, as well as wheelchair accessible parking and entrances. It's easy to get in and out quick if you're on a raod trip since it is located right near freeway entrances and exits. It is a super convenient travel stop as well since it is located next to a gas station.

It's always super quick. Even when it's crazy busy I never spend more than 6 or 7 minutes in the drive-through. They are always super nice and make my coffee perfect every time! Sophie and Melissa are amazing!! 👏 💖 There is also a new person and I haven't gotten her name yet. She's awesome too!!

Accessibility: there is a (small) drive through as well handicap parking in front of the store. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, and the door to enter is a pull door. Experience: I went through the drive through at 7:40 AM on a Thursday and it only took about 2-3 minutes from start to finish! Super fast service, really nice employees, and great food/drinks.

The coffee is always solid, and the staff here are friendly, but the vegetarian food options are really limited. I wish there were more fresh, healthy choices beyond just pastries and pre-packaged snacks. Would love to see a few more plant-based sandwiches or wraps on the menu.

So either this Starbucks or the soapy Joe's needs to do traffic control because the lines for both will block everyone else diving into or out of the parking lot. I couldn't even get to the drive thru line today. So they even have it marked to keep an area clear and you can see that the white Tesla ignored it. This is a traffic hazard

It is infuriating that the in- store hours are not posted online and always change from the store itself. And that despite closing the in-store portion the mobile option to “pick up in store” is still available. It’s misleading and I cannot count how many times i’ve been late to work after being forced into a 10-15 minute drive through line just to get a drink i never would have ordered if I knew i wasn’t going to be able to pick it up in the store.

I was given a hard time to get my order because I didn't have a vehicle that fit through the drive-thru. If you don't have a vehicle that fits through the drive-thru you cannot use the drive-thru. You will have to call the store and place an order. 3/6/26 3:45am There is no in-store pickup until 5:00 a.m.

Worst starbucks ever!!! Terrible service I'm a delivery driver in a line that has taken about an hour to get through the drive thru on Christmas while watching 6-7 people messing around in the back room. I get it's the holidays but we are all working. Either turn off the app or get a different job I mean you get paid time and a half I don't. Let the drivers pick up at the door or turn off the app. All these young workers specifically working on Christmas need to be replaced with people who want to work. Very rude about it when turning away drivers and 1.5 hour wait for drive thru is insane, for coffee drinks? Ridiculous. Don't come here save your money

This store — specifically Cade (a manager) consistently refuses to honor their corporate refill policy and harass customers that visit Starbucks DAILY. Most recently, advising a beverage is not elegible for refill if the original beverage is not in a reusable cup — assistant manager brought the iPad over to me and couldn’t verify it himself and just walked away after wasting my time without admitting he was wrong? NO APOLOGY? Meanwhile, the manager sits at a table eating her salad with another employee not in uniform telling her staff on the radio she can’t speak with me because she’s “on a phone call” — highly unprofessional which demonstrates why the leadership at this location makes up their own rules and harasses CUSTOMERS who take time to leave their feedback. I’ve visited 50+ Starbucks locations and this one near the only one with such ignorant staff that don’t know the policies of the company they work for — stealing from customers as a result. UPDATE: there are some very nice and highly professional staff working here as well — unfortunately, it’s the manager and assistant managers which appear to be the issue.

Came here to get coffee for myself and my husband, been stuck in traffic for an hour and also really needed to use the restroom, prior to ordering asked for the code to use the restroom first and the blonde worker here on Feb 20th at 3:30 pm asked me if I planned on placing an order first before I was “allowed” to use their restroom. This is a great way to lose customers, won’t be ordering after all. Wonderful customer service and attitude… maybe try a job where you don’t interact with people…

Drove 14 miles to get a cappuccino late evening. They charged me for a cappuccino but gave hot water disguised as cappuccino in the cup. Looks like Starbucks employees are having a hard time. Stay away at any cost! See what I got in the picture. Now I was planning to work late and needed it so bad but instead am stuck with this junk.
