I love coffee bean and tea leaf generally the atmosphere is great service is great and of course love their coffee more than anything I gave him four stars on service because the young ladies were more interested in talking to each other than interacting with me but so it goes with young women
The best coffee in SC. The establishment is staffed by professionals, it is always clean and orders are prepared quickly. The pastries are fresh and delicious. The well-coordinated work of the entire coffee shop is top notch! The best!

I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf by chance and discovered their hazelnut latte which completely transformed my coffee experience. The staff members provided me with excellent service through their friendly greetings which made my day better.
Got iced caramel latte they were fast and it was delicious. Highly recommended
The store is very different and the management is very different than before. I love the store again.
Love this coffee bean an leaf. The baristas are super friendly. My husband and I signed our marriage papers here with the baristas as our witnesses. An experience we are sure not to forget.
Coffee Bean is a relaxing venue with good coffee. I wish there were more of them to offer some competition and variety.

As I walked in on this church morning Sunday I was greeted by a majestic gentlemen named Tyler. Suddenly!! ninjas attacked. The moment I thought the opps were finally going to end me. Tyler swooped in like Superman and saved me with his holy shlong. He told my opps “put the fries in the bag little bro” my opps ran outside from watching too Kai Cenat, they tried to use domain expansion but failed when Tyler unleashed the eight-handled sword divergent Sila divine general mahoraga. Tyler with a beautiful divine smile handed me my coffee. My opps will never be able to touch me again thanks to Tyler. I have never received such excellent customer service
I love their drinks, and the service was amazing as always. They pay attention to small details, and that's always nice. I only wish they would bring back the Blueberry Pomegranate Blended drink back!
My wife wanted a decent cup of coffee (not hotel coffee). Coffee bean made a chocolate mocha with strawberry flavoring that hit the spot.
Quick pit stop here while we used the Tesla Supercharger. Nice team, smiles and the festive season made it relaxed too! Thanks!
Terrible customer service and super slow for an only customer in the store. Wouldn’t come back here again. The staff seriously need a customer service refresher.
I don’t think the employees there like their jobs. No smiles, not very friendly. Ordered a vanilla latte with extra shot to go. Drink was so sweet. They must’ve thought I asked for extra sugar. Left, drank about half, threw the rest out. I’m not a Coffee Bean drinker but had a gift card, so I used it here after shopping at Smart & Final.

I had a disappointing experience with Ana during my visit. When I asked about the difference between the powder and syrup forms of flavoring, she seemed bothered by the question and responded with an unhelpful attitude. I understand everyone has off days, but it made the interaction less pleasant than expected.

Unfortunately 2 star because room temperature is extremely cold for sitting to relax and have your breakfast in it's almost feels like Siberia and sits and desks are positioned badly we need place to set our laptop to study comfortably while having breakfast our coffee . Now the reason they earned 2 star only because of their awesome staff here! Very welcoming and nice and people I still ordered and sat down to finishy breakfast and do my homeworks but believe me it's was torturing cold and sits and desks very uncomfortable please fix this issue!!! Order than that everything else was great again staff were amazing no issue there!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would . Terrible customer service . First and last time I’ll be coming here . I placed an order online for pick up . I went in there’s 0 signs were to pick up . There were about 6-7 employees didn’t get a hi how can I help you ? Zero acknowledgment I have never experienced that in my life . Absolutely disgusting , these employees need customer service training .
We try hard to stay away from Starbucks and support other coffee places. But my God this place is the worst coffee store. Customer service is horrible. This is 3rd time they messed up our orders. Do you understand a cup of coffee cost $4-6 and that is a lot of money, we want our coffee to be made right. Without going into details the best we can do is stop visiting your Coffee Bean stores. No Dollar For You Coffee Beans.
I’m usually a SB fan but wanted to experience something different. I placed my order through drive thru and when I went to the window to pick up my order the person working was very rude. I explained to her this was the first time here and hiw rude she was, not even a smile after my comment. HARD PASS!!!
I won’t ever go back to this location. Horrible service. People are so rude and don’t take responsibility. Manager doesn’t care at all. After messing up my order twice I decided to cancel it and asked for a refund since ordering it again required a cancelation plus charging me again which is super dumb. They messed up a vanilla americano with an extra shot for regular americano with extra shot. Instead of making it again no big deal. They made it impossible. I decided to cancel and get my two receipts only to noticed they charged me twice and gave me a duplicate of the receipt. Watch out if you go there. They really suck. I had to end up at stupid Starbucks but at least they take good care of their customers and if they mess up they make it up to you. Never going back to this Coffee Bean ever!
Unfortunately, the customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. The staff often seem unhappy to be there, which reflects in how they treat customers. I ordered a caramel blend with two extra shots and asked for it to be made extra thick. When I asked about the add shots (since it didn’t taste right), one of the employees responded rudely, saying, “It doesn’t say,” without even checking properly. Thankfully, a kind gentleman named Antonio stepped in, reviewed the tag, and confirmed the add shots were in fact listed—then kindly remade the drink. I really dislike starting my morning like this. Picking up a simple order shouldn’t feel like walking into hostility. A refresher course in Customer Service 101 might go a long way for this team.
I am not surprised why this store has plenty of negative reviews. We buy at this and the other location by the 5 fwy every day and this location failed all the time. We always order the right drink but they often give us different flavors, if the drink is correct, the taste is inconsistent. Today we ordered a large dry chocolate americano with light ice and gave us a large cup 3/4 filled and half of it is filled with ice. Is this a joke? This is very frustrating, who ever manages this store should be fired, very poor management. It is just getting worst.

Maybe they were having a bad day, they all just seemed miserable. Drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. Merchandise looked so lackluster and poorly displayed, it’s no wonder CBTL died out in so many areas.
Stopped for a latte, and it was mediocre at best. I asked if the almond milk was sweetened and was told no. I asked it he was sure and he said yes. It was sweetened. Service was poor and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this coffee shop. Bring you $$ elsewhere.

Staff always takes forever to make a drink. No matter what time of day you visit this location, be prepared to wait at least 5-10 minutes. The wait times are even worse in the mornings. Perhaps they cut labor as a result of the minimum wage going up. Save yourself the time and go to a different location. There is another store located fairly close to this one.
