I purchased a breakfast combo with a large coffee. The creamer they gave me were all rotten, probably because they aren't refrigerated. I went in to get a new coffee, and the staff didn't seem bothered. She proceeded to grab more rotten creamer out of the same box to give to me. A place that can't get coffee right definitely has more serious problems.

Food is barely edible there, and workers r unable to give a response while only maintaining condescending attitude with a stink face.

Took my payment, no thank you. Shut the drive through windows and left me waiting for several minutes. Meanwhile, no cars ahead of me or persons inside the restaurant.

My recent visits to this restaurant left much to be desired. Despite giving it a second chance, the service remained disappointing, and the onion rings were downright inedible. For $6.00, I expected better quality. I'd suggest opting for Burger King or KFC across the street instead. Even during my drive-thru visit, she was rude!! And, spending $16.00 on a Western Bacon Combo, the onion rings were gross—shredded and soggy. I attach a photo! I think i ate two, i think it was two?

As I've been eating at carls Jr forever.... they always bring you your food right... but the cashier was shouting my order number at the top of her lungs for me to go pick it up. I couldn't I was on an important phone call. So after shouting for a good minute. She finally brought my food and practically threw it at me and she almost dropped my milkshake. Very rude.

Went in at 1030pm on a Friday night, no milk shakes, no fried zucchini, the windows are fogged over from lack of cleaning, leaves one to wonder what else is dirty. The onion rings I ordered tasted as if they were frozen for an extended period of time, very hard and tasteless. Extremely over priced. Bought two meals and the check came to $28 Welcome to Joe Biden s economy.

Horrible food!! Everything was cold, cold! 😠 there was nobody in line except us! (Drive-thru). That's what makes service even worse!! I give 0 stars to this place!! (I had to give at least one star to be able to post this coment) Never buying from this place ever again!!! We got our food from there because there was no other place open on this day😔

Sat at the drive up order board for almost 10 minutes with no response from anyone. Almost thought they were not open until we pulled around to window to find employees just leaning against counters talking. They said they did not know anyone was there. Kinda didnt trust them to figure how to make food at that point. Did not eat here. =(

Talk about VERY disappointing, from the time I arrived and got STUCK in the drive thru to the food! There were two cars in front of me, neither seemed to have a unusually large order. I drove into line about 7:40 PM, finally ordered around 7:50 PM and didn’t leave until about 8:20 PM. The bread crumbled every time you took a bite from the cheeseburger and the chicken sandwiches., however, the Western Bacon Cheeseburger was good. The employee put the fried zucchini under the 3 sandwiches-the breading was all crumbled off. They did not give me a receipt, consequently I can’t verify my bill.

After using the rest room I went to order. There is this old couple giving their order . The lady has no clue asking if fries comes with her order. After they finally finish, I was about going to get I my car and use the drive thru. Well the attendant just walked off. This was the only person thanking orders . He didn't say one word just left. I stood there for a couple minutes and decided to leave. You can ask the people working behind the counter. I will never go here again. I should add I work with two miles of here and have eaten here many times. I'm a service tech and eat fast food every day. This is one of the worst Carl's Jr restaurants with maybe the one in Lompoc giving them a run for their money competing for last place.
