They say it's the worst bar in town, but I dont think so! Every time I walk in, the regulars treat me like one of their own. Excellent place to have a beer and a sit with your pals.

If you are a snob, you won't like it here. If you are like me, hate the "bar scene", enjoy the simple things, not offended by colorful language, and just want to feel at home, this is your place. I love this place.

Wouldn't call it a legit Irish pub. Only really beer and cider on tap. Usually pretty slow and full of old depressed drunks and burnouts, but it's not a terrible place to start a night out.

For the location of this establishment it is run down and dirty. Arroyo Grande downtown is full of trendy, overpriced restaurants and shops. So I was really surprised at the grunginess. The clientele did seem to be leaning towards local frequent drinkers. It was not a place that I felt I belonged in or was comfortable in. I won't give it anything lower than three stars though because there's times when a hole-in-the-wall bar full of locals can be exactly what a person wants.
