Best bagels in Los Angeles truly! Also a very nice variety of both bagels and cream cheese. Very good portion sizes, I thought the egg salad sandwich on the onion bagel was absolutely fabulous. The vegetable soup is sweet and wasn’t within my personal tastes but honestly I would go just for the bagels alone. This was my first visit but I definitely look forward to trying more of the items here in the future!
Stopped in for my first time today and I was really impressed. I thought it was just a bagel shop, but it is honestly more of a deli and bagel shop hybrid. Basically you order at the counter and being that I was there for breakfast I was surprised to see a lot of breakfast options like pancakes, but I especially liked how most of the dishes included a bagel with it, which is what I was there for initially. I was able to find free parking in their tiny lot in the back, otherwise it will be street parking. It was quite busy when I arrived, but our food came out surprisingly fast after ordering it, and the staff was very friendly. Inside is quite large, there are many different size tables, no booths or counter seating, it is all regular sized tables. I did not see an outdoor eating area when I was there, everything was inside. For my breakfast, I chose an omelette, and with that it came with a bagel, so I decided to go with a cheddar jalapeño and really liked it. It was packed with jalapeños, and you can tell it was made that morning. The omelette was also a good sized portion and had great flavor. It’s not a full service restaurant in that they don’t have waiters tending to you, however, they will bring the food out to your table, and the staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest to anyone and plan to be back again very soon.
Super friendly staff!! old-school diner vibes made us a fun place to come try brunch!! affordable and made Fresh to order!! hot coffee was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was on point. Bagels are delicious and we love places that are service animal friendly.
Grew up eating these bagels, and hadn't seen one of these restaurants since high school. Needless to say, I had to stop. They're as great as I remember, and made sure to take some to go too! The service was expedient and they were friendly. The atmosphere was very casual, but the facility could up some updates. Regardless, updates or not, the product(s) were my mission and I wasn't let down :)
Family-friendly deli and restaurant serving up some yummy lox and bagels. Came here on a Sunday around noon and there was a line out the door, but it moved quickly. You order at the counter and tell them if it’s to-go or eat-in; if it’s eat-in, you take a number and go pay at the cash register. They do take credit cards and although the place is bustling, you’ll probably find a table since people don’t linger. They do have free WiFi for customers on weekdays, but not weekends. There are bathrooms available behind the cash register. The food comes pretty quickly, and it’s cool that there’s a diner like this where it seems like a lot of the patrons are regulars. My friend and I both ordered an everything bagel toasted with lox and it was so good. The lox was clearly fresh, and came with onions, tomatoes, and a thick lathering of cream cheese. There were pickled pears and chopped carrots on the side. There’s a soda fountain that has water that you can get yourself. You can get rainbow bagels here and I saw a lot of young kids.
Friendly service and great food for a budget that won’t break the wallet. We got the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage and avocado along with the nova lox bagel. Everything was delicious.
Yo Santa Monica, this place is bomb. I LOVE bagels. The only reason I tried it is because I happen to be in the area. Veggie sandwich on a jalapeño cheese bagel is 🔥. So well made, doesn't skimp on the avocado and other veggies. Pickle itself is super tasty along with the coleslaw. I'm willing to drive out here to eat here again, next time with my fam bam. My mama loves bagels too. And if you're wondering, of course I bought bagels to take home.
Bagel as we know them from nyc. French toast perfect and big. Coffee as much as u want. Friendly staff. Wonderful morning. Thank you.
Great classic breakfast, they have vegan cream cheese and vegan veggie soup. Love their bagels.

The Bagel Nosh in Santa Monica stopped evolving 30 years ago but who cares. The food is very good and the staff is nice and I can have a good bowl of matzo ball soup and half a sandwich for about $12.00. Such a deal! If they ever did remodel, I think I would stop going.

They make the best bagels!!! We lived in Henderson, NV for several years and we were having to go back and forth because I needed to get medical care from UCLA for health problems. NV is a medical desert! We would buy dozens of bagels when we were at UCLA and bring them back to Henderson to freeze. They freeze great! We would try to buy enough bagels to last until my next visit to UCLA. We would also buy their bagel chips. They are wonderful too. They last forever! Keep them in a plastic container or plastic bag and get all the air out. I use them as croutons in salads and soups. I also eat them plain. I love them too! We now have moved to Santa Clarita and continue to buy their bagel and bagel chips. When we go to Westwood or Santa Monica UCLA doctors we buy the bagels and bagel chips. We know I am going to have to go to the doctors again and we try to buy enough bagels and chips so that we don't run out!
We ordered a delivered Signature Smoked Fish Platter for 18 and it was amazing. Their lox is NYC level translucent and at under $20/pp we were swamped with bagels and lox. Great job Ryan et al, thanks-

We came here to get bagels (yummy, the one with salmon), and it was great! The staff is pretty quick and efficient.
This place has been on my bookmarked list for awhile and I made the drive out to specifically eat here! You order food and drinks at the counter and can take it to go or they have some indoor dining tables as well. I made sure to get their fresh squeezed orange juice which they make themselves! I got six bagels to go and they lox and bagel sandwich with capers added. The capers really make a difference in my book. SO good. Their breakfast sandwiches range from $8-$15 depending on which ones you get. We were lucky and found a spot in their very small lot in the back, but there is also street parking. Keep in mind they close at 2:30 during the week and 3pm on the weekends
Went there for the bagels. If it’s in the store name, the bagels have to be good, right? And yes, indeed, the bagels are quite good. I decided for the cinnamon raisin bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese. The best thing: put some strawberry jam on top. Just great. The staff was friendly, so in total 4/5
I had the breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Was so delicious. Only complaint is that it was maybe just a tiny bit too greasy, but flavour wise 10/10.

Bagel sandwich felt dry and unspectacular. But I appreciate the no fluff ambiance of this place. It could be a bit cleaner. I'll give it another shot.

Went for a bagel sandwich. Unfortunately, my bagel was rock hard. Service was very fast, but with such a hard bagel, all my egg, bacon and cheese would squeeze out with every bite, so you're stuck eating an empty hard bagel and once done, the wrapper is full of egg, cheese and bacon solo. Hate to say it, but I would have been much better off with an egg McMuffin at McDeez for less than half the price.
they have a vegan cream cheese option, but it’s the thick violife stuff, not the fluffy tofu kind. I wouldn’t recommend.

Not in a rush to come back here because of the food. Warm and friendly service, though! Bagel did not meet my expectations. I was a dine in customer, and it was served in a very strange way - cut in half with a little bit of spread on the side and not enough of it. I had to ask for extra spread. I like to eat it in quarters and cutting it through with a butter knife meant that I broke the bread apart. Bagel also did not have the chewiness that I was expecting. It wasn't the NY standard that I was expecting. I spent a couple of hours here dining and working on my laptop while I waited for a friend to finish up a surgery. It was Sunday morning, so there weren't many places open. Normally would go to a coffee shop where this is more expected, but there weren't many places open and they were super friendly at first, and I thought it was clear that I was waiting for someone in surgery as she came in with me before and said she couldn't eat or drink anything. I was asked to give up my table after a couple of hours. I half understood, but also half wondered why they were asking me to move because there were lots of tables open including the same style of booth that I was at. I would have happily sat somewhere without table service, but all that had was table service. I did order food for two so I thought that it would be more acceptable to hang out. I feel badly that I made the staff uncomfortable. Service was still very warm and friendly and it was still so nice of them to let me hang out for a couple of hours - just not the place to make yourself at home.
I’m from North Jersey, so I know what the best bagels in the world taste like. Straight up undercooked bagels at this place. The bagels are comparable to Kroger bagels. At about $9.75 for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, the taste should be exceptional. Even my dog didn’t want to eat it. Highly disappointed.
Delivery order on 1/20/24 via Postmates was completely wrong, Bagel Nosh did not read the instructions and prepared the order incorrectly, adding Mayo & Tomato when the request was to remove these items. While I’m not allergic to these items this carelessness is appalling and dangerous for anyone that may have food allergies. Food is going straight in the trash which is wasteful and a negative carbon impact and the restaurant is completely at fault here.

I’ve ordered from them twice now this morning and they’ve ruined my order every single time. I really don’t think it should be hard to put together a really insanely simple bagel and coffee order. I’ll never be coming here ever again.
