High tea anyone? As I enter the shop I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I ordered the passion fruit ice tea and it was delicious with great flavor. The tea was not overly sweet. With my tea I had a delicious cheese cake. This tea shop is located in a small strip mall. There is free parking in the small strip mall. There is seating available inside as well as outside. You can order ahead and have it ready for pickup. The menu is available in store via QR code, or via the monitor menu in store. The shop is really clean!! There is merchandise available to purchase such as Pokémon cards, tote bags and candy. The music played in the shop is very chilled which is great if you wish to open your computer to work on. WiFi is available. Thank to Sean for top tier customer service.

An awesome, delicious, cozy Boba spot in Santa Monica. It’s located in a small shopping center so there is a little bit of free parking attached. Otherwise it’ll be street parking. Inside is really homely, and I especially appreciate the cat merch, all of the plants which are available to purchase, and they even have board games and coloring books that you can use while you’re in there. The guy behind the counter was also very polite and everything that we ordered was ready very fast. They have a lot of great menu options and everything that we ordered was very good. I opted for the Brown Sugar Boba and loved it. The Boba was very fresh, chewy, but not overly so, and it had really great flavors. I love that this place does not use the cheaper syrup that some other places use. Overall, I would comfortably recommend this place to anyone searching for some good Boba.

Our favorite neighborhood boba shop! They always make our drinks so delicious and not too sweet. We love to stop by for a refreshment on the way home from a walk. It’s nice that they have some outside seating as well as inside. I have also picked up from really cute gifts from their market wall with artists crafts for sale.

Dr.T House in Santa Monica is an absolute gem. The shop is clean, cozy, and super inviting--and the staff? Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they put a lot of heart into everything they do. We had: *Strawberry Matcha Latte - Made with fresh strawberries and premium matcha sourced straight from Uji, Japan. Super smooth and not overly sweet (a huge plus for me). *Thai Iced Tea - One of the few spots that brews actual Thai tea (no powder!) from a farm that specializes in it. So flavorful. *Popcorn Chicken - Crispy, juicy, and served with a house-made sauce that's seriously addicting. *Red Velvet Cheesecake - Sourced from Rocco's Cheesecakes, a local Santa Monica bakery. Rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. One thing I really love is that everything tasted super high quality and balanced--not too sweet, which is something I always look for. They also offer sugar-free and keto-friendly options, which is such a thoughtful touch for folks with dietary preferences. On top of that, they support local artists and small businesses with in-store pop-up shelves--like the current display by @mikou_art. Love that community vibe. Definitely worth a visit. I'd recommend this spot 100%!

I discovered DR. T. HOUSE thanks to the amazing “Too Good To Go” app. The popcorn chicken is sooo crunchy! And packed with flavor—as are their homemade sauces😋 The Bobo Teas are large and thirst-quenching…& so many available flavors! While I waited, I browsed the very cool items around the store that are for sale. To top it off, the owner (manager) is generous & kind. I can’t wait to come back!

5 Stars: My New Favorite Spot for Matcha, Studying and Treats 🍵📚 I cannot recommend Dr. Tea House enough. I used to be a loyal Starbucks customer, but after trying their matcha, I will never go back. Dr. Tea House serves the best matcha I have ever had. You can really taste the quality. Not only are the drinks amazing, but they also have the best keto cheesecakes. It is so nice to have a delicious low-carb treat that actually tastes really good. It is perfect for anyone looking for a healthier dessert option without sacrificing flavor. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere is just as amazing. It is cozy, clean, and has the perfect vibe for students who need a nice place to study or get work done. There are plenty of comfy seats, outlets, and the environment is welcoming and calm. I also love the music there and don’t even need my AirPods haha If you are looking for a new go-to spot for amazing drinks, treats and a great study space, Dr. Tea House is it 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After having a bad Thai milk from somewhere yesterday, I needed a redeemer. Ordered from here and it did not disappoint!! Super tasty, and quite adorable. They wrote a thank you note on the bag, and included a punch card. And included a small ice pouch to keep the drinks cold through delivery. They really go the extra steps to make their customers feel appreciated, and to give amazing service!! Also.... There is also something very pleasing about their lids. Needless to say, I will be utilizing this punch card!!

Cute tea house with excellent popcorn chicken and a variety of boba, coffee, and smoothies. Came here in a group of three on a Monday evening and I enjoyed this spot. The employees were all super nice and very communicative with how long it would take for things to be ready. I got the acai smoothie while my boyfriend got the Thai tea with boba. We split popcorn chicken and a slice of white velvet cheesecake, which comes from Rocco’s (which used to be located in the same complex). The smoothie was well made and tasted delicious. The popcorn chicken was crispy without being oily and had good seasoning, though they gave us a sauce of choice as well (we got ranch). There’s tables inside for seating and there is a bathroom with a key pad. Parking was easy as there’s a lot in front. Overall, I’ll be back for pre smoothies and popcorn chicken.

Many fruit teas I’ve tried elsewhere are either too sweet or too sharp, but this one is just right. Honestly, it’s the best peach tea I’ve ever had. If you enjoy fruit teas that still taste like tea, this is a must-try! The desserts are just as impressive. The Dubai chocolate cake surprised me—it has a texture almost like ice cream, and as someone with a sweet tooth, I’ve never had a cake quite like it. The service is also wonderful. Both the staff and the owner are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The owner clearly puts a lot of thought and care into every detail, from the ingredients to the atmosphere, and it really shows. It’s such a lovely spot to spend an afternoon！
