This place is FIRE !! Very friendly attentive service, great tasting food & a great vibe filled with music and a great atmosphere. Great appetizer is their calamari. Calamari is good but The red sauce filled with real tomatoes is ultra delicious so you may want extra sauce! Tortellini dish also has that amazing red sauce. Tip: get extra sauce for sure. Not enough of this addictive sauce. I also added some shrimp to take it up a notch.

I personally come here a lot for lunch. It’s definitely a lot less crowded during lunch hours so it’s easier to dine in then! Lot crowdier during dinner hour. The servers are very kind and attentive. Food is great. I usually order funghi pizza and spicy rigatoni-and they are always perfect! Only thing I would suggest is please clean the chairs after customers leave lol. I always ALWAYS find crumbs or drink droplets on chairs! I have to give the chair side shake or sweep with a napkin before i sit. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

We had a lovely dinner at North Italia and were impressed by the warm service and great food. They are dog friendly and have nice patio area. The pasta dishes were outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The bolognese pasta was the best, and the chicken pesto was also good. Both delicious and well balanced in seasoning and texture. I believe they developed their own menus. While we didn’t care for the truffle garlic bread—it was a bit underwhelming, hard and cold, and not something we’d order again—the rest of the meal more than made up for it.

North is one of these chains that seem always one of a kind. We really enjoy their Italian food, especially their pasta, they are fresh and al dente. Atmosphere is a bit loud on weekend but the week is quieter. Either you are in family, on a date or for a business lunch/diner, I think they are a great place with the right quality/price you expect for Santa Monica

This is definitely a date night place. If you don't get any action after the night it's okay. The food is definitely worth it. I totally loved it the ambience, the staff. We checked in and very soon got a text message for the table. The host was very good but he may have forgotten to serve us cutleries. And the napkins We got white truffle garlic 🧄 bread 🍞 : Amazing Zucchini chips: too good Chicken Parm: amazing but got cold little fast maybe the AC. Brussel sprouts: loved it I am going to try to make it at home haha. Tiramisu: it was good. Definitely worth going there. Of course the price is slightly higher. As of 04/24/2005 for two people expect to spend $100.

Walking in the staff were super friendly. It was great service in a great atmosphere. Was very cozy yet very classy. The host and waiter's reccomendations were great cocktails and the food was absolutely divine. It was perfectly seasoned and wonderfully cooked. Definitely a great spot for date night or even to catch up with friends. I highly reccomend coming here if you want an experience that is worth the money.

This is a local upscale Italian restaurant with great food!! I had the meatballs, lasagna and pizza with a side salad and everything was absolutely delicious!! The staff was attentive and very nice. I will come back to this place for sure!! Also prices were as expected not too' pricey but reasonable for this type of restaurant. Atmosphere and vibe chill and relaxing . Nice spot for a first date, romantic date, chilling with friends or by yourself with your laptop. 😊

One word... AMAZING..... This was a fantastic and delicious restaurant. The service was amazing, the food was spectacular and environment excellent. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing an already wonderful dining experience at this Italian restaurant in Santa Monica. Also she offered great cocktail and food recommendations, and every dish we tried—from the chicken pesto pasta and Tuscan kale salad to the butter cake—was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and made from scratch with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The atmosphere made it ideal for a date night or a relaxed get-together with friends, and the thoughtful service and quality food made the experience truly worth the price.

We got three bowls of soup for single servings. It was good, but the prices were very steep. About 40$ dollars for soup?! Though, It's a nice atmosphere and treat if you want to eat out. The staff was very kind though, the woman helping us was attentive.

Came in and got seated and given a menu, however waited for 15 mins before getting up and asking to be served. Noting that we were watching the waiter serve other tables and completely pass us by with no acknowledgement. I would have liked a water to sip on while waiting and I probably would have been good. After that, waiter was extremely attentive, however my partner is Coeliac and we asked several times about GF safety, an hour later I am listening to her on the toilet for another hour, so not so GF safe!! Yes we left a review on Find me GF also. Taste was ok, volume off food spot on, atmosphere good, but to be honest the experience was unfortunately ruined at the start :(

Objectively, a good restaurant, not to expect some great cuisine with unique cooking methods and mastery of flavor. The food is mediocre yet you leave satisfied and well fed. The staff is professional and the service sometimes seemed to have miscommunication. I had higher expectations for this restaurant but the atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and you can count on this place to eat if the kids are hungry.

Was my first and last time here. This is a higher end restaurant I expected so much more.
