The steaks are good here however I found that the pasta dishes tend to be bland. The servers tend to rush you through and are very keen to have you out as quickly as possible. The cocktails are a bit pricey but still good.

Even tho it was the end of the season and they were going to close in few days the staff were still very kind and helpful! The lady who served us said she has another job as well, so well done to her to stay smiley!! The food was awesome!! Massive portions!! I had the ribs and I needed a take away for the half of it!! Very nice food!! Lovely atmosphere!!

Amazing food 😍 lovely staff....if you're after a seat 5pm onwards I suggest reserving! We went early on and was great but had no chance when we tried again a bit later a couple of days afterwards.

Durch Zufall entdeckt. Sind gerade in Paguera im Urlaub und haben einen Abstecher nach Santa Ponca gemacht und da standen sie Elvis, Onkel Sam und Marilyn Monroe. Also rein sofort und höflich bedient worden. Hatte Buffalo Wings scharf als Vorspeise bestellt. Lecker Mmmmmm. Spicy Street Steak, bekommen wie bestellt Medium. Dazu gab`s Pommes. Habe dieses Lokal satt und zufrieden verlassen. Den Abstecher kann ich nur empfehlen.

Went here twice on our 10 day holiday and can’t fault it. Portions are amazing and food is 10/10. Not to mention how incredible the staff are. So friendly and managed our group of 10 effortlessly both times.

A great place to eat. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Food was excellent. Well presented, decent portions and served swiftly. Kids menus were good too and we left thoroughly satisfied. Location was great, being able to eat as we watched the sun go down.

Went to Fat Sam's 3 times over the course of 10 days and previously 2 years ago when we last visited. Food was always hot when bought to the table and tastes really good. Main dish ordered was steak and chicken combo, steak was always cooked really nicely and the chicken was also good never dry Music is being played throughout the night with classic tracks throughout. Would strongly recommend this place for anyone staff are also very friendly and happy to help with anything needed.

Ate here twice whilst staying in Santa Ponsa, food was great and service was absolutely brilliant. The staff are a credit to you! We would definitely visit again should we return to the resort!

Our second time here as a family. Great options for the kids and an extensive texmex menu for the adults. Service can be a bit slow because it is so popular and they cater for large groups but otherwise great. Only thing is all the team are in uniform except for one guy with blonde hair. At first we weren't sure whether he worked there or was a lost auditionee for a Crocodile Dundee sequel, but very quickly realised he is part of the team haha! All good fun. Background music was on point for an American restaurant. Booking highly recommended. Unlikely to get a table after 6pm unless you've booked. We booked 2 days in advance.

Wir haben heute sehr gute Steaks mit Knoblauchbutter, Grilltomate und Zwiebelringen gegessen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr witziges Ambiente und Deko im amerikanischen Stil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I had a great time there last week. Liam was especailly helpful confirming the food was vegetarian. Completely recomend the vegetarian burger with cheese, especailly as veggie food is harder to find in Santa Ponsa (unsurprisingly) & the cheesecake was amazing. I went back 2 days in a row!

Wir waren hier essen und hatten einmal die Spare Ribs mit Honig-Senf-Sauce und Salat sowie die Platte mit Steak, Hähnchenbrust und Kartoffelpüree. Die Rippchen waren butterzart und sehr lecker, das Steak war perfekt medium gebraten, wie bestellt. Alles hat super geschmeckt, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank für das tolle Essen!

Wir waren in diesem Urlaub zweimal dort essen, weil es einfach schmeckt. Der Service ist toll und kinderfreundlich und das Essen, zu moderaten Preisen, wird ziemlich schnell geliefert. Wer in Santa Ponsa ist, sollte hier unbingt essen gehen.

The best meal I've had in town. Really fantastic tacos (both the steak and chicken were fab), some of the best wings I've had in a long time and a really great range of drinks on offer. The staff were all really friendly and terrific and the restraunt feels kitch in the best possible way!

Drinks you can have cocktails for £5.50 euros and a choice of beer and none alcoholic beverages .Customer service was brilliant Dominic made sure we had what we needed was very friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was amazing! My boyfriend had sirloin steak which he said was the best meal he had had on the holiday, I had the veggie burger with goats cheese which was also really good! Id definitely come again. Only downside was there was a lot of ants around us which I’m not sure there’s much you can do about, and some areas were also more shaded than others and I thought the place could do with more fans.

Nice food and good service. From order to delivery took some time but they mention that in the menu.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Texas Chilli Burger und der Firecracker waren sehr gut. Der Starter Sampler vorab ebenfalls. Auf die Burger mussten wir allerdings etwas warten. Für den Preis von ca. 70 € mit Getränken kann man aber nicht meckern. Mega Burger zum fairen Preis. Die Cajun und die Chilli Fries sowie der Coleslaw sind ebenfalls zu Empfehlen. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Denke vier Sterne für Fast Foot sind Ok!

Great restaurant, waited quite a while to be served - 25 mins - but the food was very good and the restaurant was very busy! Dined at 7.45pm, so peak dinner time. Tables are rather close but ok once you're in and seated and the water mist jets in the ceiling are certainly welcome while dining in the heat! Food was tasty and well presented and for 2 starters, 3 mains and a side dish with 4 drinks came to 80€. Well priced!

Large menu offering a variety of “American” food. Our food was tasty if a bit different from what we expected. Quite loud. Enjoyed the occasional misting from above to keep cool.

Food was mediocre, steak was so fatty and chewy. Mash was class tho! Service was fine nothing to complain about. The cooldown drizzle is a good feature.

Ein American Diner, wie man es aus Hollywood kennt. Alles ist mit der amerikanischen Flagge geschmückt und im eingangsbereich sitzen große Plastik Puppen von Barack Obama, Unclel Sam, und Elvis. Alle Figuren schauen gruselig hinaus. Drinnen geht es hoch her. Viele Gäste sind zum feiern hier. Es ist laut. Die Bedienung ist effektiv. Die Nachos vorweg waren in Ordnung. Die Soße aus der Flasche. Das Knoblauchbrot mit Käse war weich, fettig und mit wenig Knoblauch. Viel mehr bleibt nicht zu erwähnen.

Food was completely average. I had the nachos which came with chilli con carne from a can I assume and burger was inedible. Definitely wouldn’t return for the food. Service was good however and soon as you are done eating they seem to want you to leave immediately. Not impressed at all

The wife enjoyed her veggie burrito, but my large ribs and fries were nothing bigger than ribs I've bought from the supermarket,, especially when you look at the other photos that people have added. The fries where cold and come with no relish or salad. My meal was over €18,, We got served by a scruffy bloke in a Celtic football shirt, we thought he was a drunk at first. I won't bother coming here again.

Weather a bit cool and no patio heaters. Waited 55 minutes for mains food to arrive only for steaks not very warm peppercorn sauce and jacket potato also lukewarm! They also got one main completely wrong which needed made again so one person waited even longer. I called a waiter over who looked at me then just blanked me and never followed up! No staff came over to check if all food was okay, felt staff never even eyeballed you, definitely understaffed but still no excuse. Gave up in the end looking for any staff and food was getting even more cold. Ate what we could as all family were hungry...shocker bill at 165 euros for cold food. Staff not interested in customer feedback, will Not be back!

I went on holiday for 10 days in Santa Ponsa with my wife. We decided to try Fat Sams because someone at hotel said they had a good steak and atmosphere seemed nice. Well, regretfully it was the worst meal we had anywhere for both of us. Maybe my entire life. I ordered cajun ribs and my wife got a chicken and sauce dish. The ribs were sooo overcooked. They tasted like they were under a heat lamp for 5 days. The spices were simply thrown on 1 minute before serving. It was inedible, i almost got sick. My wife's dish was so bland overcooked i tried it and hated it. Id recommend elsewhere if visiting

1st it is highly offensive to have a signs up promoting gun violence. America has a horrific gun problem where children have to endure active shooter drills. These signs are in very bad taste . 2ordered fajitas and ran out of tortillas and when I e asked for more we were given 4 and charged .50 each without being told there was a charge, The food was Mediocre at best . I cannot recommend this restaurant.
