T4 and Poke

My go to poké and boba spot when I'm traveling. The food is fresh, well priced, and service is quick. I love their selection of boba.

My husband and I decided to come here a little after 5pm on Wednesday. There wasn't anyone in line, so we were able to order very quickly. Just like someone else mentioned, you order similar to Chipotle. All the food looks (and tastes) very fresh. The portions are placed inside of a mixing bowl and combined at the end and poured over your choice of white rice, brown rice, half & half, or a spring mix. I ordered a small bowl with White Rice, Spicy Tuna, Tuna, Salmon, and Albacore Tuna. For my mix ins, I added Red oinion, Green Onion, and a Seaweed Salad topped with their Garlic Poke sauce. For the toppings, I asked for Tabiko, Shitake Mushrooms, Unagi (3 pieces cooked perfectly), Crispy Garlic, and finally some Furikake. My husband ordered a small bowl with White Rice, Spicy Crabmeat, Salmon, and Albacore Tuna. For his mix ins, he added Red Onions, Green Onions, and the Seaweed Salad. He combined the Garlic Poke sauce and the Unagi Sauce, which tasted great. For his toppings, he chose to add Tabiko, Unagi, Crispy Garlic, and Furikake. Total for our food was $28.35. Each bowl was $10.50 + $2.50 for the Unagi. The price was less than what I was expecting we'd pay, especially for the amount of food we received. Also in the building is their Boba Tea. I ordered the Passion Fruit Royal Tea with Black Boba pearls and my husband ordered a Thai Milk Tea with Black Boba Tea. Our total was $8.75. Both drinks were really good! Our wait time was 5-10 minutes for our drinks, not ideal, but I'm not really complaining after how good the drink was. I'm not a big fan of having to order in two separate places, but I suppose this could help the lines move a little quicker. All in all, I highly recommend T4 and Poke. The food is delicious, the space is modern and very clean. The staff is also very friendly. A gentleman who works there brought us a menu and informed us that this weekend they will have their big opening and be giving away free macaroons. (The macaroons look amazing). I really hope for the best for this restaurant. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Boba tea with so many options with just what you're looking for. Matcha milk tea is my go-to. It was ready quick and I probably drank it even quicker. Went in around 1215 and it wasn't too crowded. You can also get a poke bowl too, and after staring at the menu while I waited for my tea I kinda wanted a bowl. Next time!

In the greater Santa Rosa area lies a chic, hip, and tasteful poke bowl restaurant. Its build-your-own bowl style of cuisine is superb and extraordinary in its class. You start off with a base layer of either rice or salad, with a side of your choosing. Depending on your size of bowl, you are given an option of mix and matching three to four proteins. You are shifted over into coating your proteins with the finest of sauces, also of your choosing. You finish off with your garnish of choosing as well. You are in full control of thine bowl and it’s a total switch up of your typical crudo. When checking out you are offered a fork or chopsticks and have a selection of tradition Thai teas with a variety of boba ball. Overall experience, impeccable. 10/10 recommended. This is the best boba spot on this side of the bridge. I went back multiple times during our work trip for the popcorn chicken. They serve all of their drinks cold and hot and they have a huuuuge menu selection. The workers are super friendly and they care for our military members as well!

***UPDATED*** 1/5/2020 Place has definitely improved! Great fish, super fresh. Ordered cucumber and it actually wasn't zucchini this time! Previous 3 star review: They tried to pass off their zucchini as cucumber... Labeled it as cucumber.. Other than that, the poke bowl was good.

Great drinks, and great food so far! The ONLY decent Poke in town right now, and their house pickle veggies are super tasty! Only complaint is I don't get drinks often cuz the lines are always so long(for the right reasons mind you) and the seafood proteins are a lil lacking in selection. Just the usual ahi, sake,ect, and most places don't count the fake snowcrab as a protein but not the end of the world...also 18$ is on the verge of becoming not worth the product so hopefully they don't go crazy in the future. Edit: they have ton of great deep fried snacks too... but unfortunately I rarely get them because the dipping sauce selection sucks... they need a slighty better spicy mayo if they want u to use it as a dipping sauce, and they need some sort of soy based dipping sauce... not just bottled stuff and soy packets. And the ranch is terrible lol so I cant even get mozz sticks lol

I went there because I was looking for something cheap and fast. They are fast. It was a little more expensive than I would have wanted, but the food was good. The lettuce and onions were fresh, and the staff were really friendly. The young man who took my order even brought me a sample of their french fries (and they're really good). From the time I walked in the door to to the time I had eaten as and walked out the door was about 20 minutes.

Lots of drink options and customizations. They have a poke bar inside too (seems like everyone is pairing poke and boba nowadays). Their boba snackies like the basil popcorn chicken is tasty. I think they can improve on their menu signage which looks outdated.

Love this place, best boba all around! BUT last two times I got poke bowls, the octopus and the spicy crab tasted like they were going bad. So IDK if I’m going to get poke there anymore!

This place has great food and drink selection. And would rate it higher. But they've had some machine issues recently. Which wasn't the problem, when I asked why my food was taking so long instead of telling me "sorry the ____ is acting up are you ok waiting?" They responded "just five more minutes." So unfortunately just stick to the milk teas or poki. Which are great

I really like this place and come here often for the avocado smoothie. I have started to notice over the past few months the quality has been inconsistent. Sometimes it has way too much chunky ice. Sometimes its very smooth. Overall I have to give this place 3 stars for the inconsistency. The management should focus on quality control and ensure these drinks are properly blended.

I got a taro milk tea with boba it was really good I also got a poke bowl which was good I guess I was expecting better. Their kimchi was really gross I couldn’t even eat it and some of there other ingredients looked to be a bit old/ wilted but I was satisfied by it good portion. The costumer service was great!

The poke bowl was just OK, but the kimchi was terrible! Have somebody from T4 Tea For U run over to Costco… They sell a wonderful kimchi there. A good poke restaurant has ingredients and various sauces well described and easy to find. Not so here. That description is vital because so many of the ingredients and sauces are unfamiliar to the casual poke enthusiast. Finally, they wanted to charge me $.50 for a cup of ice water. I have not encountered that charge for years.

I only had the ramen so my review is based off that. It was absolutely terrible! Seaweed did not taste fresh or well preserved, pork was fatty and not at all flavorful, but the most disappointing part was the broth looked milky (???) and tasted only of salt and fishy flavor. Worst ramen I've had. Only 2 stars because I didn't try the poke tea or ice cream which is what this place is popular for. However, they need to drop the ramen. So terrible!

I had been craving Poke for a while. Seeing as Santa Rosa had a spot I drove over an hour to get there from my house, I live in Lake County. I was super excited got a large poke bowl that I paid $17 for. I get home super stoked to eat it and it’s so flavorless and bland! First the tuna was minced not cubed like all other poke place I’ve been to. But, the girl didn’t put ANY OF MY SAUCES inside my poke. So it was dry and bland and mostly flavorless. The only thing that had flavor was the kimchi. Super disappointed I drove so far for such a bad experience.

Kimchi was awful, maybe let it ferment properly before adding it to the poke bowls for better flavor. Hubby and I went to Santa Rosa to visit a friend and we were craving poke bowls, it was disappointing. We will not be coming back to this place.

First order took a little longer than usual with a little over 15 minutes for a strawberry green tea and a brown sugar milk tea. The latter drink literally tasted like straight up milk. Like they just poured milk and sent it off. Ordered again, this time just a jasmine milk tea. And I swear to Jesus, it tasted just the same. Just milk in a cup with boba! On top of that, waited more than 20-25 minutes for that. Service wise, they were cool. But their operations were all over the place. They weren’t doing the tickets in order! Instead just jumping around from 35 to 42 to 23 for example. And not to point any fingers buuuut the one “bobarista” made the most mistakes I have ever seen in a span of 30 minutes. I would say she made at least 3 different drink mistakes from 3 different orders. From calling out the wrong orders getting peeps hopes up after waiting so long, to just straight up making the wrong drinks for that order. Usually, they do pretty good! But today, I understand if it’s just a bad day. BUT, knowing in Santa Rosa there isnt much other boba places, you should expect a high volume of orders coming in and being airtight or mostly airtight in your “clockwork”.

I always come there all the time to get an earl grey milk tea. But this time was extremely unpleasant . I was treated rudely. I will not be coming back.

The sad part is I tipped them cash every single time hoping they don’t get taxed on it. The biggest tip they added for themselves was five dollars for one drink. Brokest behavior I’ve seen in a while.
