Only used the drive through line. It was fast and quick. Dropped by as my wife wanted tge Summer Strawberry 🍓 Salad 🥗 and the Wendy's on our town closed years ago to be replaced by Starbucks.

If you haven't been to Wendy's in awhile, it's time to check it out again. Better burgers than Jack in the Box, Carl's, and Burger King. I even think they're better than Habit Burger at this point. Their fries are also better then mediocre (which describes most fast food fries). Only McDonald's is on par with them on the burger and fry front. They have plenty other things going for them as well, but this is a good start.

I love Wendy's in general who doesn't lol. But this place is nice. When we went we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering maybe even faster. They were on top of it.

As far as keeping the customers safe, I have to give Wendy's an A+. They have gone out of their way to make sure that you get your change in a paper bag. Your food is handed out on a tray. If this is the treatment we get outside, it makes you wonder, what steps they take inside. Way to go Wendy's.

+It always amazes me how quick the service is at this place! -They do focus on the drive thru so dine-in service takes a bit longer. +The dining room is kept clean and has nice, solid wood, tables and seating. -You have to get an employee to unlock one of the restrooms for you and there is no lock on the inside. So, concern would be that an employee could potentially unlock and open the door for another customer... +The staff is always friendly and will work quickly to resolve any order discrepancies that may occur.

Wendy's has really stepped up their breakfast game. Was super happy with the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. Chicken was the best I have had from anywhere in a long time. Very fresh. Super tasty. Would definitely recommend going to get one!

My partner and I treated ourselves to what we thought was going to be late night fast food but idk when it happened, Wendy's upped their game. The staff were very friendly and polite, the drive through line moved quick, and the food we got was hot and picturesque! If I'd have known it was going to be this good I'd have not waited so long to return

I eat Wendy's when I travel into town & these were the absolute BEST burgers I have had in the longest time! They were juicy & flavorful! The condiments tasted fresh too. Will definitely be back.

Tony the night manager is great I am a truck driver who comes to the restaurant 4 times a a week and Tony always greets me and have my order fresh he is the cashier and the manager always multitasking making sure the food is hot and the drive thu is moving fast I appreciate him because in my 20 “s I was a BSM = Basic shift Manager for Mc Donald’s and fast food life is a lot but I thank Tony for being the best I have seen leading by example serve safe the restaurant is clean 🧽

I went through the drive thru. The girl taking my order was super nice. We had no problems understanding each other through the speaker box. I even changed my order around a little which she had no problem doing & when I got home my order was exactly what I ordered. They've got biggie bags which are a great deal! They also got the best selection of zero sugar drinks then any other fast food!

Wendy's as far as this guy is concerned, ranks right up there at the top with the franchise joints. In the fast food service it's tough to keep good help which is the only reason for 4 stars. Depends on the crew but even the beginners are schooled on customer service ettiquitte so the experience is also fun. Bon appetite!

Love Wendy's there burgers are yummy, and I enjoy the chicken sandwiches. The prices are affordable and the food hits the spot. They also have chille, frostys, cookies and more. They have some yum flavored lemonades. Sometimes the dining area is left unclean but you could always get your food and go.

I didn't give 5 stars because the wait time in drive thru was so long but the burgers were juicy and fries were warm. One of a few places open later in the night

I use the mobile app and, though the food is always tasty and mostly hot and fresh they too often forget ingredients and items. French fries are sometimes cold and soggy. Nuggets are sometimes stale and tough to eat.

This is a nice building and is relatively clean. They have several electronic kiosks for self-ordering but, unfortunately, they are very slow and glitchy. The food was pretty good, though the staff messed up on several items on my order.

Was there most recently during the Kincade Fire evacuation, and it seemed the place was understaffed, and there were many customers; lines both inside and at the drive-thru were long. The dining area did look like it'd been recently renovated, but was a bit unkempt at that time; understandable given the circumstances. They may have had as few as 3 people working. But even with the circumstances, they got my order 100% correct, and once placed seemed to only take a bit longer than normal.

I had always thought that the burgers at Wendy's tasted better than those at other fast food chains for some reason. When Covid was first acknowledged as a global pandemic and we began to see how that affected our lives and how it would affect the businesses that serve us everyday, I remember watching the news one day and they said that Wendy's may not be serving burgers for a while. They explained how the supply chain for beef products was crippled as a result of quarantine orders across the nation becoming more and more restrictive. I remember also experiencing a brief moment of what would best be described as stupidity, when I thought to myself, "I wonder why McDonald's and Burger King aren't having these problems too. I wonder how it is that they are still able to get beef and sell burgers." That thought only lasted about 30 seconds before I realized that all the other fast food chains would have the same problem. They would if they were trying to purchase beef that is. Apparently, the supply chains for whatever their burgers are made from was so far, unaffected. I guess that's why I always thought the burgers at Wendy's tasted better.

I've gone here twice recently, ordered a #1 both times. It was refreshing to have ketchup and mustard on a burger again. Everything was good, and minus a slight error on my order the second time (they forgot to make it a double), I have no other complaints. Went through the drive thru both times, the line was a little long, but it moved at a decent speed.

I cannot see myself spending $14 for a burger and $17 for the meal, so good thing there are cheaper meals because I have 2 sons that eat like there is no tomorrow. Wendy's is still one of the best places to eat, just a little pricey

I was there probably a couple weeks ago and because it was short staff they had to close inside but there were still people inside and my five-year-old didn't understand why we had to leave! The girl that was working that night was so apologetic and hopeful when we came back a few days later not to mention grateful that she gave my 5 year old a complimentary Frosty! WHICH SHE WAS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE! AND I WAS ALREADY A RETURNING CUSTOMER SO IT WASN'T FOR THAT! I think she had just recognized my 5yr old and I,as newer neighborhood regulars,and she GENUINELY FELT HORRIBLE for HAVING to ASK us to leave! ANYWAY,.. I think this Wendy's has superb help and great food! Frequent as often as possible!! They also have a very quick drive thru! As well as nice outdoor seating with umbrellas,which my lil bit and I use constantly! And I know this is gonna sound snooty but they also have more than ONE BATHROOM,and they are VERY CLEAN! AND ROOMY FOR CHANGING KIDS AND WHATNOT! Just saying!😉

Pretty good! Good managers! At night (the only time I really go) there’s usually a manager at the drive thru and they keep the show running! In and out; quick hot food. If you’re making a special order, check your bag before lashing the window and the burgers have been a little underdone a few times hence the missing star. Aside from a couple of hiccups the service is almost always superb! Would recommend

This site just remolded in 03/22 and had an updated look. This location is one of the better fast food spots in Santa Rosa along with In-N-Out on the north end of town. If you're in a pinch and don't want to cook feel ok about ordering here. Staff is professional as well.

Generally a clean spot but being on the avenue you can expect some interesting patrons from time to time. The food is as fast and greasy as mcdonalds, but it's still a great bite every once in awhile! The employees here are definitely top notch and you can tell they take pride, while having fun with what they do. True professionals of the burger slinging craft!

Good burgers. Home of the good burgers. Wendy's However, staff is very rude. Just had a (older) lady critisize me, I work doordash. Very unprofessional. Occured at 9:22pm Friday, October 15th in the drive through.

Fair. Wendy's is ok. Sort of. It's bland. They are kind of slow. Kind of clean. They walk you to the bathroom to unlock the doors. Those pecky hobos are near and want to drop one on Wendy when not looking.

Food here was okay. Employee out front, in uniform, talking loud with her homeless friends and making a spectacle of herself and crew, in my opinion was highly inappropriate employee behavior. She eventually took the apron off, so we are guessing she was not on the clock... But we did wonder at first... Was this chic working right now? Cuz it seemed like a loooong break.. but anyway enough about her. The food was ...okay.

When its busy is the best time, the food comes out fresh. If you get there to late, we have had bad experiences with the employees goofing off and we ended up in line for over a half hour. All in all it's ok to go there just watch your time you visit this establishment.

The veggies of the burger were REALLY REALLY good. But just wasn't enough sauce on it, which if you have digestion problems, makes a difference. Being a former fast food worker, i just can't forgive lack of effort. Disappointing

The employees helped hold the door for me when I can in, and left. I am disabled, and rely on a mobility scooter to get around. I ordered a large frosty, and it was delicious.

Fries were meager for a large. Only received 9 nuggets instead of 10. But otherwise it was the standard delicious Wendy's food that you love!

The burger was hot fresh the chicken nuggets were stale and not fresh. The drive thru worker was rude and when asking for ketchup and ranch she got 3 packets and literally threw them in our bag with force and no words handed us the bag as if she was irritated we asked. We should have asked for the manager but wont be going back again.

Im only giving this Wendy's a 3 star rating for the fact that, well the food came out and it was barely warm enough to even call warm, and furthermore the place isn't very well kept. It definitely needs to be update or even maintained a little bit better than it was. Don't think im a Wendy's hater or something, i actually really like Wendy's. It's probably one of the better fast food burgers out there in my opinion. So if you like Wendy's who knows you may get lucky that day and have a flaming hot burger and some fresh fries.

For some reason this Wendy’s location just tastes inferior to the Petaluma location. I was just reading a national ranking review of fast food burgers and in the Wendy’s review they mentioned the toasted buns at Wendy’s as a great upside. That’s when it dawned on me that I don’t think the Santa Rosa Wendy’s is toasting their buns! Give it a try and let me know if you agree. This could be a major reason I prefer the Petaluma location…

upset with how they handle orders. I ordered two ten piece spicy nuggets and a biggie bag and they ended up giving me two regular chicken nuggets. this isn't the first time I have seen them just give the customer something different then what they actually ordered.

Magnificent food. Awful customer service. Very rude cashier asking me to do dishes in the back for them. Its crowded with flies and they kept landing on my burger. But chicken is incredible. Spicy chicken isnt spicy in the slightest. Not worth it whatsoever. Bathrooms are always a mess. Overall, it was decent. There is always room for improvement.

That Wendy's is always busy no matter what time you show up but I'm only giving it 3 stars around because our food wasn't as hot and the staff don't look too happy to be there. The cashier was super friendly though and brought us our frosties to our table since we wanted to wait till we were done eating 🤗

The burger tasted fresh and filling, with a decent portion size and good temperature. The patty had solid flavor and the toppings were put together neatly. The downside was consistency. The bun felt slightly dry and the seasoning lacked punch compared to other visits. Fries were average and cooled down quickly. Service was fast and the order was accurate, which helped. Wendy’s delivers a reliable meal, though this visit did not stand out or leave a strong impression.

Well.... Its the only windy's in miles. You know Wendy's food. Its not bad. BUT this particular windy's ... I live close. They get your order right after a 20 minute wait about 27% of the time. They as Wendy's, Wendy's is good. They are the WORST Wendy's. Ever. Just ever. You get the wrong food. Stuff people behind and infront of you ordered. Today for example i ordered a #1 and 4 jr. Bacon cheeseburgers i got a jalapeno burger wrong size wrong drink and 3 not junior bacon cheeseburgers. The only thing they got right with the fries and the type of soda I wanted. Terrible. But terrible Wendy's is still Wendy's.

I can't reasonably give this one star, because I didn't actually eat here. I arrived in the line of cars that was out to the main street at 11:25pm on a Sunday. I gave up at 11:40, after having advanced by about 4 or 5 car lengths, with 2 or 3 cars having given up before I did. I don't know what was going on in there... I'm from bigger cities; does Santa Rosa just operate at a different pace? The Wendy's near me gets long lines like this sometimes, but it usually goes so quickly... like maybe 30-45 seconds per car. This was like 5 to 8 minutes per car?!??? Ridiculous. I was afraid they'd be closed by the time I even got to the order window. Typing this from a Jack line. It's going pretty slow, too, so maybe it really is at least partly a Santa Rosa thing? But it's going fast_er_, I'm fairly certain.

I have had better in the past. 2 employees said they were tired and it was only 11:00am. The cashier acted like he did not want to be there. I know several people that would love to have his job. Wake up America this is why our Jobe are going out of the USA. You don't care anymore. Shame on us

App order for takeout took 30 minutes to receive while I waited in the lobby. I went indoors because the drive through looked like it was taking over 30 minutes to round the bldg. Other customers had to wait over 45 minutes and were served cold fries.

Today I went to the Santa Rosa Ave Wendy's. They were busier than usual. Some of their crew was out sick, my cashier told me. He was nice. I ordered a bacon cheese potato. I got a chives potato, on top of a hollowed out shell of a potato. I ordered a vanilla frosty. I got chocolate. I asked for my order to go & I got it dine-in. To top it off, the woman who gave me my order didn't even talk to me. She "re-made" my potato by putting bacon & a little bit of cheese on top of the chives! Wow! That was the worst service I've ever had at Wendy's!

They go half of my drive-thru order wrong. I did not discover this until I got home. Since the employees are getting payed much more that staff at sit down restaurants at $20+. Since you would not tolerate a wrong meal at the sit down restaurant we should expect perfection and no more "it's fast food" excuse.

Not going to this location anymore. Sad because I work nearby+ it's on my way home. Taco Bell and KFC will get my business from now on.

I'm really disappointed in the service I receive at Santa Rosa Wendy's by maria the manager. It's not the fist time she gives me very very poor quality food, even though we ask nicely for it to be fresh. She threatened me with no re-entry to the restaurant because my friend said something bad to her over the phone when we called to claim that the food was of poor quality. She even called me back on my phone, which is unprofessional, and asked why I had disresected her even though it was not me and I got tired of arguing with her and hung up. Because of how distasteful the food we received was and the unprofessionalism of the manager, I will not return to the Santa Rosa location until they fix the problem they have there.

First they had me waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker had to turn my car off because how long I waited. They still didn't greet me . I went up to the first window the staff was taking and not even noticing I was there, then I went to the second window and I asked for what I wanted and they said they're all out not even sorry for the wait or anything . I really don't want to put a rating on this how bad the service was. I would say this is worse than a 0. The guy came with a bad additive very sad to say this is wendy's sure not the one I remember I had to drive all the way to Petaluma and I had much better experience.

In the last 3 times ive been there the dinning room has been a mess..trash overflowing, tables not wiped down , and windows with fingerprints on them. I waited 7 min for a #1 triple and the fries were greasy, burger half cold, and no daves soda! The staff appears overwhelmed, untrained, and inattentive.. I have patronized wendy's for decades and this is by far the worst experience. Do your self a favor and try The Habit Burger..

Let me start by saying they have the restrooms under tight lock and key, once your able to get into one, you may realize there is no toilet paper or other supplies. With it under lock this is Unacceptable. Then they proceeded to make me wait close to 5 minutes before ordering and I was the only 1 in line. I guess drive through is the priority. Update they also negotiate my food wrong, gsve me a burger and not the chicken sandwich I ordered. 3 screw-up in 1 visit. This team needs training. BAD!

I ordered wendy's drive thru for my family jan 5th around 10 p.m. and when we arrived home and open our order we discovered un edible food that was probably sitting awhile. We threw it away and did not eat any of it and chose not to drive all the way back. I was going to call but it was late and i was discouraged as we are recurring customers and i figured i would just tell them next time i am in. So on Jan 7th around 9 p.m. i entered the drive thru and told the Manager about my last order being bad on the 5th and that we are regulars at this wendy's and he asked why did i not call on the 5th about this issue. I told him it was late night and i figured since they know me and my family that they would care about us next visit. I paid for my current order at the window and then told him that the last order was terrible and that i understand things happen but at least they could of given us a future rain check but instead he suggested we were trying to get Free Food even after i had already paid for my New Order. Then he Replied maybe your order was at the end of the night and may have been sitting but still no Compensation offered. He complained about having no help and it's not his problem. I just told him as i left i hope nobody does this to your family after Paying $56 for Fast Food!!!! I really Understand that its not easy running a drive thru these days but you should respect a familiar customer or an honest one. It's a shame that there are Managers like this Man but it would be nice if he learns a better Respect for the Customers and Himself.....!

These peoe are Serriously messed up. As the only customer at the counter, I stood there for 7 minuets and no one would even acknowledge me. When I ask if I should go through the drive through to get service, I was informed the person stand behind the cash register had already ended their shift. The manger came over, made things worse a d walked away. You need a real lead type person in there .

Only fast food restaurant that won't let you order take out from a walk in. I had a trailer on my truck and went and found a parking spot. Walked up and the door was locked. There's no way for me to order food without taking the trailer off my truck and going through the drive thru. There was no way I was going to be able to fit the truck and trailer through. Really disappointed in not being able to order something with out haveing to drive through.

Had their breakfast combo deal, sausage, cheese in english muffin, seasoned potatoes & coffee. The muffin was harder than a rock, sausage tough & little cheese. The potatoes & coffee were decent. Potatoes were cold & coffee so hot it took a half hr to cool down where u could drink it.

I went through seen new ranch chicken at530 pm today 4/9/24. i got in parking lot to eat started eating no ranch on it I thru it out .went around told them they said you want a package of ranch. i said no I threw it out, Then they acted like i was trying to get free food. I said no I just wanted to tell you.

I was there tonight, not only did they let people cut in front of others in line but but they were slow and even though before the line cutters there was only three in front of me it took them ten minutes just to take my order. the one that took the order had no idea what he was doing and apparently management was too busy doing nothing to train him, then finally after taking my order he tells me they are all out potatoes , Canceled my order and left, when i got outside I immediately called corporate and filed a compliant. Spent 28 and they wouldn’t just give me a bbq sauce. Didn’t see until last minute in the drive through that they’re 50 cents. Lady said I could only get a sauce if I get a 10 piece chicken nugget but couldn’t get it on my combo for some reason even though it cost more money then a 10 piece nugget.

Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits received 2 sausage biscuits witch is on sale for 2 for $3 , they charged me $8.74 for what I didn't get. Sorry but I was the only customer there and they couldn't get it right.

The employees were singing very loudly that with all due respect is not bad but when they prepare my meal it is very annoying two men and a girl tasting in what they sang loudly and without masks a pessim atmosphere I strongly recommend that they think seriously about taking care of that.

Skip the new mushroom bacon burger it's disgusting I had 1 bite so nasty I didn't take another bite Update this place is officially a never going back to place. I ordered 4 chicken strips they only gave me 2 bbq sauces and then wanted to charge 50 cents for any more bbq, thats a complete rip off Mc Donald's only charges 25 cents for more sauce, stop giving everyone ketchup I've never asked for it and don't use it ud save money right there make people ask for ketchup. Then I had to wait 10 minutes out front for them to bring the food out, when they said 3 minutes just horrible customer service. As if that wasn't bad enough they didn't even fill my drink all the way up, because I ask for no ice they can just short me on my beverage they suck.
