Realice un encargo de sobaos y quesada y cuando llegue ya lo tenía preparado. La atención fue super buena, simpatía , amabilidad ,y no solo la chica q me atendió, todos en general. Es una tienda fantástica,la cálidad es extraordinaria y la atención genial, enhorabuena al equipo. Por cierto ,los sobaos y quesadas son exquisitos

Café y tostada muy rica. Música altísima a las 930 de la mañana.!! Aconsejo mirar donde te sientes que no esté el altavoz justo encima !! Imposible relajarse un ratito con el café tan rico.. Nos cambiamos de sitio a medio desayuno y genial

Panadería estilo moderna tipo bakery de las que se han puesto de moda en casi todas las ciudades. Tienen buenos productos y los precios son normales. Tienen muchos tipos de panes, bollos, pasteles, tipos de cafés, infusiones. Para desayunar o merendar es muy recomendable, seguro que te gusta y sales contento. 🅿️ Aparcamiento: en parking de pago a 500 metros, en la calle imposible. 📌 RECOMENDACIÓN: prueba uno de sus pinchos variados, te sorprenderán. Drop in for a sandwich, a filled croissant, or a sweet treat.... It's a nice place to sit, or get a takeaway. It's close to the bus and train stations. There seems to be a few of them dotted around the city. Very busy with locals....Good place to pick something up if you're onward bound.

Nos pareció un bar muy acogedor, moderno y con una decoración muy cuidada. Además, disponen de un espacio amplio y una 2.a planta. Aunque el desayuno nos salió barato, los croissants nos parecieron muy pequeños. Hubiésemos preferido mayor cantidad y algo más caro. Por último, el café nos supo muy bueno.

Compré un croissant con láminas de almendra para llevar y me cobraron 3,10 €, un precio que a priori considero un poco alto. Pensé que, al menos, estaría muy bueno, que tendría una experiencia gourmet, pero fue todo lo contrario: estaba claramente quemado por debajo, con ese sabor amargo del hojaldre chamuscado. Caro y malo. Inaceptable por ese precio.

Got a tostada with chiese and tea, and I have to say I didn't like the tostada at all. It's supposed to be an easy thing to do, right? Well, apparently here it's not particularly good despite the fact this is a bakery. The bread was not toasted enough, very cold tomato sauce, even expensive for what it was.

Average place to get breakfast, place was bit busy, so services was rushed by the guy at the counter. Coffee was okey. Ordered a ham and cheese Empanaderia which was a bit cold, (not heated enough) and same for the tortilla with ham and cheese. Bread served on the side was hard. Total price was €8.40

Went into Gallofa in Santander and in Comillas…. I ordered a ham and cheese patty. It was like purée food. It was awful.. the food is just basic. Eat here if every where else is closed

⸻ El otro día acudí a La Gallofa de Isabel II con mi perrito, como he hecho en otras ocasiones en distintos locales de la misma cadena donde sí permiten la entrada con mascota. Es cierto que había una pegatina en la puerta, aunque la política no parece ser uniforme en todos sus establecimientos, lo cual genera confusión. Lo que realmente me molestó no fue tanto la norma, sino la forma. Estaba consumiendo dentro del local, con una infusión recién servida y literalmente ardiendo, cuando una empleada se dirigió a mí para indicarme que tenía que abandonar el establecimiento. Considero que las formas y el trato al cliente son fundamentales, y en este caso la situación podría haberse gestionado con más empatía y profesionalidad. Entiendo que cada local pueda aplicar sus normas, pero la coherencia entre establecimientos y, sobre todo, el trato al cliente marcan la diferencia. Lamentablemente, en esta ocasión la experiencia fue negativa.

This is not a place for tourists. I just went there to have breakfast a few minutes ago. Since there was no English menu I kindly asked a lady behind the counter what my options are. She instantly and quite rude told me to talk to her in Spanish, since she doesn't speak English. That's perfectly fine, since I am in Spain and I can't expect everyone to speak a second language. But when I asked if one of her coworkers could help me out, she suddenly found out that she spoke it after all. When I asked her twice why she said otherwise at first, she didn't give me a reply. I left then, since I was obviously not wanted there.
