They're excellent, but it always takes ages to get orders out, especially when people place large orders. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes before you can eat. It's been like that the last two times I've been to Querétaro. However, they're so delicious that they're worth the wait.

I was walking by this tiny place, saw them frying the dough and filling the shells to order, saw what appeared to be only locals inside, continued to walk past, realized I was making a mistake, and turned around and went back and ate an amazing, amazing meal. Go there.

Very delicious gorditas since they deep fry the dough with pork fat together. You have some variety for which meat or cooked vegetable you want to put in. It gives you a great experience sitting on chairs with a bunch of other people asking for more gorditas. Another pleasure of eating here would be watching the senoras making those delish gorditas for ya:)

The food is delicious, but the service is poor; they're unfriendly and act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. The place is very small, but that's part of the experience. There's only one small table and a few chairs to enjoy your meal. The prices are very reasonable.

The good: The gorditas are made with cracked corn and you can add any fillings you like. The salsa is quite delicious, and they also have cold drinks to go with the food. The areas for improvement: They should try to reduce the preparation time for the gorditas because it gets very busy.
