Located in the village of Santo Stefano al Mare, this elegant restaurant serves seafood. In addition to an excellent wine—Pigato made with Chardonnay and Chardonnay—be sure to try their Brandacojon, a typical dish from Western Liguria, made with cod and/or stockfish, depending on the version, and potatoes cooked in oil, garlic, and parsley until they become a delicious cream. You can finish it with crumbled Taggiasca olives, or even purple potato chips—a delight. Followed by their famous spaghetti with a fresh fish sauce made with shrimp, clams, mussels, octopus, and tomato. What more can I say? One of the best seafood first courses I've ever eaten. The portions are truly generous. Don't miss it.

Very nice place, the staff and service were truly fantastic, as was the food. We had the gourmet tasting menu, and everything was simply perfect, and the fish was fresh. I recommend booking because it fills up around 8 pm.

A beautiful, elegant, and modern restaurant with a poolside terrace, it's rightly considered the best in Santo Stefano al Mare. Beautiful, flavorful, and plentiful dishes are served by a talented chef and courteous, attentive, and well-trained waiters. The first courses are excellent, and the fried calamari and the flavorful grilled vegetables are splendid. The sorbet is a delicious end to lunch. Tip: Don't miss their à la carte breakfast, featuring fresh, quality products. Excellent!

I stopped for dinner at this lovely restaurant to share my opinion with a food and wine magazine. I sampled two traditional dishes: battered anchovies and cappon magro. The former, well-made with very fresh ingredients, could have benefited from a pinch more salt in the batter and perhaps some herbs to enhance the dish's Mediterranean character. The capon magro was very, very good. The wine list is interesting and elegant, with many high-quality labels. The concise explanations explaining the difference between the classic method and the Martinotti method, which is largely unknown, are excellent. One flaw noted is the complete absence of wines from the South, particularly from Etna, which should be a must-have on that wine list these days. Finally, a note: I asked to meet with the chef or the kitchen staff for a chat, but the kind and competent dining room manager, after asking the interested parties, replied that... they couldn't because they were sorting out the refrigerators... Now I say: you know, there's a discerning customer who, incidentally, writes for a magazine, and you refuse? A flaw that doesn't bode well for a place that certainly makes quality its forte. But style always comes first. See you next time.

Enjoyed dinner at this restaurant with a group of friends. We opted for the €45 menu, which offers a variety of traditional dishes at a good value. The à la carte menu is more expensive than other restaurants, but the ingredients are certainly top-quality.

Nice restaurant in&outdoor directly on the cycle lane with cool vibes and friendly staff. We have tried some fish dishes, they were all well cooked and with a fancy presention. Home made pasta and grilled fish were our favourites. It could be 5 stars if portions weren't so small...
