A beautifully decorated, very nice and welcoming place. The waiters are very attentive and offer excellent advice, always willing to help. Large bar and spacious dining area, plus a large terrace. The beer selection is extensive and varied. Highly recommended.

The best brewery in the entire Madrid region. Whenever I can, I escape there to sample their beers and enjoy their food. I went this past Christmas with my friends and we had a fantastic dinner, although one waitress's behavior somewhat spoiled the experience. There was a mix-up with the number of diners, and she became rude to me, even though it was a misunderstanding. From that moment on, she wasn't very friendly. In any case, I'll keep going back for their beers, food, and the rest of the staff, who are very kind.

Awesome brewery. I booked a dinner with some friends and we left more than satisfied. The value for money was one of the best I've seen in Móstoles. The variety of beers is amazing. Despite the fact that they had run out of one of our orders, the waitress and waiter who served us offered us similar beers to drink, which is appreciated, since not all places with this variety of beers are capable of doing something like this. The service was excellent throughout the evening. And the food was delicious. This isn't the first time I've been here, nor will it be the last. If anyone has any questions, don't hesitate.

Buen sitio para tomarte unas cervezas con tus amigos. La carta es pequeña y las raciones no son de lo mejor, pero si tu plan es picar algo mientras estás con amigos está bastante bien. Además te ponen aperitivo con cada consumición

I've known this place for many years, and a few weeks ago a group of friends and I went for lunch. The service from the waitress who served us needs significant improvement. The food took an hour and a half to arrive, and we were already seated at the tables and had only received the appetizers (tortillas and croquettes, which were nothing like they used to be). The cachopo was dry and tough, and the food quality is nothing like it was years ago. There weren't that many people to justify such slow service.

I've visited the restaurant several times and it's always been great. But the other day I had a problem with a waitress: One of the people with me asked if it would be possible to add another table so we could eat more comfortably, and the waitress's response was completely inappropriate. Not only because of what she said, but also because of how she said it; I don't think that's at all appropriate when you're providing a service. This was followed by a rude response, which led to an unfortunate argument with the waitress, and we ended up going somewhere else. I'm really disappointed, La Maltería is a place I appreciate and have been to more than once (enough to even consider it for my birthday). But this time, it didn't go as planned. However, the owner (I assume) of La Maltería contacted me just an hour later, and again the next day, expressing her dismay and apologizing for what happened. She even offered a solution. That's much appreciated.

Tras pedir una cerveza, esta no tiene buen sabor, no nos la cambian y nos la hacen pagar. Una pena ya que suelo ir con frecuencia, y hubiese pedido más cervezas. Y luego una buena reseña por la “molestia” que al final tal y como se puede leer ha tenido que ser lo contrario.

Primera y última vez que voy a este sitio....una hora han tardado en traernos unas patatas braviolis, una bandeja de 5-6 salchichas frías y una tosta cántabra (que solo lleva queso, una tira de pimiento y las anchoas por encima)...vamos, nada elaborado! Mucha gente se ha empezado a ir y me arrepiento de no haber hecho lo mismo. Y encima el dueño ni nos pide disculpas ni nos hace un mínimo descuento. No critico el trato de los camareros, que ha sido correcto en todo momento, pero está claro que el dueño no sabe organizar su negocio...no es normal esa espera para lo que habíamos pedido...no recomiendo para nada el sitio, una estrella porque no puedo poner menos...

Hemos pedido 2 cervezas y tenían un sabor ácido agudo indeseado, nos gusta la cerveza artesana pero ha sido imposible beberlas. Allí se han quedado. Hemos solicitado un cambio que nos han denegado. Nos han obligado a pagarlas y las hemos pagado como personas civilizadas que somos. A veces las cervezas se estropean por diversos motivos desde la elaboración hasta el mantenimiento (limpieza) barril y sistema de almacenamiento perdiendo las propiedades, no teniendo el sabor deseado como sospecho que ha sido el caso. Hay cervezas que son de características especiales pero en este caso algo malo había pasado en el producto, a veces pasan estas cosas, lo peor de todo es que desde el establecimiento aseguran que todo está correcto sin probar el producto delante nuestro. Íbamos a cenar y tuvimos que marcharnos. Somos clientes desde hace años y después de esta rara experiencia ya no volveremos.

I've visited this restaurant several times because I've always found it a pleasant place, with well-prepared, home-style food, reasonable prices, and a wide selection of beers. That's why I was so surprised by the bad experience we had last Saturday at lunchtime. While the seven of us were at the table, we saw two cockroaches crawling nearby, one on the table and the other on a wooden wall sconce—something completely unexpected and very unpleasant. I alerted the waiter, and although he apologized, he didn't come to check or offer any solution. We had to remove them ourselves; he simply continued serving as if nothing was wrong. I understand that occasional mishaps can happen in any establishment, but the least they could do is show interest in the problem, demonstrate concern, and act immediately. It's a real shame because I'd always spoken highly of the place, but after this experience, it's very difficult to return with any confidence.
