We didn't eat. Just had 🍸. The bartender was amazing! She was slammed! Bar and tables were full, but she still made killer cocktails with a smile, and made time for great conversation. Now that's what I'm talking about! All the food that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing. We looked at the menu, and they had some amazing specials going on with amazing prices. You can't go wrong at Applebee's!

Easy access location off of the Northway with plenty of parking and lots of room to serve large groups. Dining area was a little dark, but the service was friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. Some of my family members had quesadillas, while others had ribs. I had the strawberry salad with chicken and my nephew had chicken tenders and fries. All of the food was delicious and was shared amongst us all, so everyone could try each other’s dishes.

Our waitress Grace was amazing. Food and atmosphere was great. Small issue with our steak but it was quickly addressed.

My wife and I have been coming here for four years on average of 3 to 4 days a week lunch and dinner and Sharon is definitely the best employee all around at this establishment always friendly and does whatever it takes to get it done. She always tells us about specials, etc., which makes us feel special. After 40 years in the business, I’m running restaurants in barrooms from New York to Florida. She’s a superstar and she seems to love her job. I always say happy employees happy customers. We are always definitely here when we know that she’s working.

For me it's a classic, Applebee's is one of my choice when I'm on a roadtrip or vacation in USA. The food is good and affordable whit a large choice. You have to take the boneless wings, the are so good! My wife love the perfect margarita, they served you the shaker with a glass. The kids menu is great, large choice, with a side that it could be a french fries or a yogurt with strawberry and a drink. The service was good except that we received everything at the aame time, the wings came after my plate and the drinks after. Usually it comes faatly before the diner. The ambiance is good, tv, bar, etc. It's nice to be inside. Always a great experience!

Got the OMG burger, it was OMG as is it looked nothing like the pic on the ad or commercial. It was just a burger cut in half not swimming in cheese. And one of the small plates the server bought out had crusty food on it .

My waitress, Melissa C., was great!!!!! BUT I waited almost 25 minutes for my entree. I ordered onion rings which came out quickly. I ordered the chicken parm and it was forever. Other people around me were getting their food and they came in after me. Again, Melissa C was excellent!!

Went to Applebee’s for dinner after not having been there in a very long time, so we decided to give it another try. We started with mozzarella sticks. They weren’t cold, but they definitely weren’t hot either, just lukewarm. Mozzarella sticks should come out piping HOT, and these missed the mark. My entrée was a hamburger with fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, and I just can’t eat cold French fries. The burger itself was only mildly warm. I paid $16.99 for a burger and COLD fries, and I really expect hot food at that price. To add to the disappointment, I was asked how I wanted the burger cooked. I said I wanted it rare with some pink, and it came out well done. It felt like the fries may have been pre-made and kept under a warming light, which is something I’d expect from fast food place, not a sit-down restaurant. I’m not writing Applebee’s off completely, and I would return, but the next time I will definitely be VERY CLEAR that I want my food, especially the fries, served HOT. Overall, this visit was disappointing, and I hope it was just an off night.

So disappointed! The food has taken a dive in quality, quantity, and presentation... the "chicken" quesadilla was really short on chicken one cut had no chicken at all, the brisket tacos were little and the flavor was kind of an unusual combination... I didn't hate them... but I also dont love them. The service was good tho, the staff was friendly and the food did come out quickly

Took forever to get seated even though I was standing alone at the door. Took forever to get my order taken even though as I sat down I told the waitress I'm ready to order. Why would you disappear? You are already here, just take my order (it was the same waitress). Took a long time to receive my food, although that being fast is rare so I won't complain. The food was cold, normally I get a hot/warm steak at Applebee's, that one was on the colder end. Took a long time to get noticed to get the bill. I like Applebee's that have the machines that you just pay and go, this one didn't have them. Giving two stars instead of one because the waitress did not tip-shame me. I usually leave tips, and I made up my mind not to leave one this time, and I'm glad it didn't feel like committing a crime because some places could start guilt tripping you, but this one did not. Maybe I'll come back again in a long time from now and change my review if the service is good.

This was by far our worst Applebee’s experience ever. Our appetizers came out quickly, but then we waited far over an hour for our entrées, which was extremely frustrating. The only saving grace of the visit was our amazing server, Danielle B. She stayed kind, attentive, and apologetic throughout the entire ordeal. I guess it just wasn’t our night for Applebee’s, but Danielle truly made a terrible experience a little better.

This could be the worst restaurant in Wilton. Please save your money and go to McDonalds before going to this Applebees. You can thank me later 🤮 I’ve been to plenty of good ones but this tops the list as the worst.

Worse food I got comped my meal brought back 1 time got it again still horrible fountain drinks tasted disgusting only good thing was the appetizer cheese sticks where good but sauce was raw and ranch was the cheapest I've ever tasted bad overall would not go. This used to be our go to place, The service here and food has been on the decline. Last night we had Robert T for a sever. he took our order then another girl brought out our apps Chicken wings were cold looked to have been sitting, then Robert Brought our entrees ploped them on the table ignoring the empty drinks not to be seen again. (now the place was not busy) My pasta dish was also cold, sauce was barely existant and watered down. Was looking for Robert but he nor a manager was not to be seen. Must have been hiding in the kitchen. Its sad all these places that used to be decent are going downhill and closing. But this Establishment is definitely NOT worth wasting your money at!

Went here with a friend for dinner. Had a gift card that my friend gave me for my birthday. I ordered a sandwich with no coleslaw. IN fact I said it twice. It comes out with coleslaw on it after they scraped most of it off and a huge bowl of it as well. When I finally get the waitresses attention, she said oh, i thought you wanted it on the side. She offered to send it back and get a new one or something else but I never, ever do that. I don't trust the food to not be tampered with at that point. Then for the rest of the visit she basically ignored me. Asked my friend how it was and even asked him about dessert with out ever even looking at me. I basically spent my gift card my friend gave me buying his dinner. The food is never outstanding, its mediocre at best and the service is horrible. I emailed corporate and after over a week I get a crappy one line response from the GM. No customer service whatsoever. Never going back here again. Plenty of locally owned businesses I will give my money to.

The food is extremely bland. The chicken came out perfectly grilled, but had no flavor. I ordered the mac and cheese , once again it tasted like plan pasta, with no real flavor. I don't recommend for a nice dinner. Applebee's is focused on alcoholic drinks and sports. Look elsewhere for a flavorful meal with quality.

Always an issue with curbside . They never know you're there and it's a process to get what was ordered. It's always a bartender and they just offer excuses like I didn't see you , I didn't have a curbside , too busy etc .

I had high expectations for this location, Applebees is normally pretty good and I’ve had such exceptional experiences with all other restaurants I’ve tried in the area. However this location beyond let me down. I ordered carry out online for dinner Monday, November 10th, and showed up a few minutes after the given time and was directed to the “penalty box” to pick up my order. Which was just sitting in a room completely away from everything, with an open door right in front of it. For anyone to take what they please. Food was done, but I had to ask for my drinks which I understand, but there was nothing to suggest this. Just a few drinks scattered around the orders carelessly which I could tell were not mine, which prompted me to ask. The fries were old and stale, I’m talking they seemed hours old that had been reheated in the friers. Waffle fries even worse, the grilled chicken was burnt and charred until bone dry. No condiments on the side as requested. Classic cheese burger came with no condiments as well as requested, and only had lettuce and one slice of cheese. The only redeeming part of this waste of $60 was the dessert, because how could you mess up ice cream and chocolate lava cake not even made in house? So of course that was good. Looks to me like they just about only want drunk older men at the bar spending on drinks and tipping, if that isn’t you; this place isn’t for you.
