Supermarket, everything you need is there. It's not huge, but that's what I like. Perhaps a little messy; with so little space, it's quite noticeable. Helpful staff. Okay for me.

Conveniently close to home, but unfortunately, the few times I buy it, the meat is always black and has an unpleasant smell. It's worth throwing away the meat and the money I spent. Products approaching their expiration date are also available on the designated shelves, as well as in the designated baskets. For the most part, I find the store clean and tidy. Prices are normal. And then there's the loyalty card: you accumulate points, but to pick up the product you have to add money, which is a terrible thing.

This local supermarket was completely renovated in April 2017. With ample parking overlooking the SP 345, the impression upon entering is of a contemporary place, where every detail has been meticulously considered. Featuring a remarkable array of refrigerated cases (the temperature at the entrance is freezing), the supermarket has complemented its standard shelves with a bar/cafeteria and a small area (5-6 tables) in front where you can enjoy coffee and croissants. Prices are average compared to other supermarkets, the merchandise is of good quality, and it's a significant reference point for those living between Ponte Zanano, Gardone V.T., and Gombio.

Really unpleasant experience. When I left the supermarket I was asked to open my bag for no reason, while other people who were leaving at the same time were not asked anything. The only difference? I am black. They didn't find anything, obviously, because I hadn't done anything. But the humiliation and the feeling of being treated differently just because of the color of your skin is something you don't forget. In a civilized country, respect comes first. Italmark should seriously think about how it treats its customers.

For a couple of months (after the change of manager), Italmark in Ponte Zanano has become a complete mess. The aisles are full of boxes; to access the shelves, you have to move all the mess that's made, clerks playing in the aisles, and the service is zero. The prices are exorbitant... worse than any discount store. Get a grip! One star, but only because I can't give zero.

Terrible experience. Zero professionalism. I arrived on Sunday at 12:20 PM, when the store closes at 1 PM. I asked for two coffees at the counter and was told they'd already washed my car. (But there were 40 minutes left until closing time!!!!!). They gave them to me anyway, keeping the proceeds, €1.40, since they'd already counted the cash register. (I repeat, there were 40 minutes left!!!!!). I had a frozen iced coffee, and I refused to drink it. When they offered to remake it, I refused and walked away. I felt like a typical Sunday customer, served with indifference and disappointment. Remember that working on a holiday is a choice. A choice also made by the customer, who in this case will be redirected to another store, perhaps one with more attention. Never again.
