Excellent place for a quick meal with friends. I've known it since it opened and often come with friends. The piadinas are very good at a moderate price. The place is a bit small but well-kept, and the staff is very friendly, especially Chiara, who is always available. Recommended.

Chain of food service outlets. The piadinas aren't bad, but they're not the best either. The organization depends somewhat on the manager who runs the individual outlet. Maybe if you leave two people at peak hours handling orders for both the restaurant and delivery, something could go wrong. Like my order, which was queued up with orders received after mine. I certainly don't blame the girls who work there, but those who manage these outlets could pay a little more attention to the customers and the employees who run the business. The Saronno outlet is rather small and cramped.

The piadinas were average, but the service was very slow even though the place was empty. The staff was quite friendly. The bathroom was dirty with feces on the toilet rim and urine on the floor. A bit expensive, in my opinion.

Saturday, September 13th, 1:00 PM: the place was practically full, with only one person manning the cash register and preparing the piadinas. This seems absurd to me. And in fact, the wait was incredibly long. Add to that the flavors weren't even that great, and disaster struck!

We stopped for dinner and didn't have a great experience. We ordered, waited a short time, and the piadinas were ready. They weren't very hot, the place is small, and there was a lot of dirt on the tables and floor. They didn't fill us up, and the price was too high. We left saying goodbye, but the staff didn't respond. We won't be back.

I've eaten at this well-known chain several times. It had already happened to me at the Cerro Maggiore location, and to my great regret, I relived the same scene in Saronno. It's inconceivable that the person preparing the piadinas would handle money at the cash register while preparing the food without gloves or washing their hands. Given that this is a chain with around 3,500 employees, I would expect more professional management and a focus on hygiene standards at its stores.

I came here without reading any reviews beforehand. I can confirm the awkward situation: only one person was there to run the cash register, serve, and prepare the food. It took 25 minutes from the time I paid to the time I received my piadina.
