Overall, we didn't have a bad experience, but some things weren't great. Even with two stoves, the place wasn't very warm. The waitress was nice but not too quick with certain things, like immediately telling you which dishes weren't available. The menu was well-designed and had a good selection. The dishes: here we need to split the discussion into two parts: appetizers, first courses, and second courses. As for the appetizers and first courses, the dishes were well-made, carefully prepared, and above all, delicious. The second courses were very poor, with little edible content and very little finishing. I personally had a sliced ​​steak and a tartare. The sliced ​​steak was truly miserable, poorly cut, and equally cooked, with cheese barely fitting the top. The tartare was the worst I've ever eaten; the dark meat was bitter and cold. Desserts were okay. I've been wanting to go there for years, and I expected better. It's not the best, but it's okay once in a while.

A restaurant near the center of Sarzana offering daily and à la carte menus. A good selection of dishes; I had spaghetti allo scoglio for lunch. It tasted good, but the seafood was a bit limited. Average value for money.

A very bright trattoria with a window and a view of the castle. Very friendly staff, but above all, the food is very, very good. The ravioli with meat sauce are excellent, and the tagliata steak is exceptional. The seafood ravioli and fried fish are also very good. The portions are well-sized. Good wine selection. In short, we'll definitely be back.

The fried food was good, but it was a shame about the two game, which were watery, full of water, and cold—they were probably just defrosted. The roast beef with potatoes was so-so. The atmosphere was very noisy; we were sitting at the entrance and everyone was talking on their phones.

A friendly place, even for truck drivers or singles, as there was a TV on. We didn't particularly like the pesto, but the rest was good, although we've had better Sgabei. Good prices.

A simple trattoria just outside Sarzana, a classic Tuscan restaurant with no surprises or innovations. The appetizer was poor: three crostini served without any side dishes, pleasant but too "homemade." The first course of fish was plentiful but disjointed, with mussels of barely adequate quality/quantity, lacking plumpness and flavor. The desserts were extremely disappointing: a FAKE tiramisu without eggs (sic), with a creamy mascarpone filling combined with a flimsy ladyfingers base, and a crème brûlée that was well-made but too thin to be fully enjoyed. The service was average. The prices were average.
