I came for a savory croissant. I really liked it. Afterwards, I went back for a cappuccino and was served after the man who came after me because the young woman knows him. Are you kidding? I'm pregnant and waiting for some treatment, but I didn't even see a smile. It's a shame the staff is so sad! ☹️

Terrible experience. We had two appetizers with a platter and a Coke. They made us two crodini. After 20 minutes, we went to ask for the platter because it hadn't arrived while the clerk was still on the phone. They brought the platter without chips and peanuts. After pointing this out, they arrived, but unfortunately the platter was dirty. We pointed out the Coke was missing, and it arrived later. A nightmare. In the end, when I told the guy at the counter about the dirty platter and the poor service, instead of apologizing, he just laughed. I won't set foot in there again and I strongly advise against it.

I was at this bar this morning. I ordered a plain focaccia, which was really hard. I ordered two coffees and had to wait at least three minutes to pay because the barista, instead of finishing with me, thought it was a good idea to serve other people and make them coffees and cappuccinos. I have often gone there for breakfast and I have always had a good experience. Especially with the staff. But this morning at the counter I found a really grumpy, rude and not at all kind tattooed guy to me or to the customers he was serving after me. I arrived greeting where, obviously my greeting was not reciprocated in the least, neither verbally nor with a look, he made me wait almost 5 minutes and I was the one who had to ask him if he could kindly make me a coffee. In all this I was alone at the counter and he continued to pass a sponge on the counters behind him, answering rudely to his colleagues and without even looking at me again. The exact same scene repeated to pay where, giving me the change, he didn't even greet me after I had said goodbye. Not everyone is suited to working for the public. I'm sorry.
