While passing through Savona for a day trip, I came across this piadina shop right in the center, and despite some hesitation (it was my first time eating at a place like this), I went in and ordered. I expected fast, impersonal service, but instead the girls were incredibly skilled and kind. The food: I chose a chicken roll with various ingredients for my wife and a delicious piadina for myself with prosciutto, mozzarella, shrimp, cocktail sauce, and lettuce... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! So, an excellent first experience out of home! Sure, the place, while comfortable and tasteful, is a bit basic, but since you can eat there without spending hours, it's perfect. The long line of people during peak hours is a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the flavor. Highly recommended!!!!

The piadinas are delicious, made with quality ingredients, and the bresaola melted in your mouth. The staff is incredibly friendly. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

This centrally located restaurant is ideal for those who need a quick bite to eat. The menu offers a wide variety of piadinas, including vegetarian options. You can also create your own piadina by specifying your desired ingredients at the counter. It's a fairly average place, popular with students and families, so it's often a bit noisy or crowded.

The piadina was very good. They have all kinds of options, and the menus are well-designed. It's self-service. You order and pay, then you're given a device that beeps when everything's ready, and you just have to wait to eat at the tables. One downside is that the tables weren't cleaned when the previous customers left, so we ate among crumbs and oily grease. The service was also slow; they got messy, and it took us much longer than we should have eaten a semolina piadina, but I hope it was an isolated incident.

The staff was excellent as always, but the food was a little less so... I spent 7 euros for a piadina and expected a generous or at least sufficient topping, but I must say that I actually got a taste of the toppings, once again...

Friendly staff, but the wait was incredibly long. There's only one girl making piadinas, so the line is very slow; they work in a rush and get orders wrong. I had an hour's lunch break from work, so I couldn't eat during that time, but had to eat on the stairs on the way back to work. Since it's a piadina shop and not a restaurant, you shouldn't wait that long for a lunch break.

Vorrei raccontare la mia esperienza di questa sera: Capita ultimamente che causa impegni sia lavorativi e non, devo tornare a casa tardi, infatti mi preparo sempre qualche giorno prima da mangiare. Stavolta decisi di affidarmi al "sentimento" ed ordinare tramite deliveroo una piadina. Controllo che il luogo sia aperto, scoprendo che chiudeva una mezza'oretta dopo. Così facendo mando il mio ordine 21:05 di orologio. Passano i minuti intanto le condizioni della consegna cambiano, da ricevuto dal ridere a "in preparazione" fino ad arrivare alla fatidica ora x (di chiusura) fino a che non mi arriva il messaggio di "ordine cancellato". Ora: non potevate dirmelo subito che l'ordine non volevate farlo? Avrei capito. Ma farmi aspettare non mi sembrava il caso. Tanto più che una piadina da solo tra andare a comprare il pane e gli ingredienti ci avrei messo sicuramente meno tempo (consiglio che sicuramente seguirò). Detto ciò, credo che questi signori mi vedranno solo passare dalle vie di corso Italia, ma non mi vedranno mai entrare.

I arrived at rush hour, and there was only one customer in front of me who was already incredibly annoying, the talkative saleswoman, and the result was that a very long queue formed. I wasted a lot of time during my short lunch break and I even paid for a rolled piadina that wasn't rolled up! They don't see me there anymore.

The staff is courteous but stressed by overwork. I went to this piadina shop to eat and go back to work, but the wait to order was about twenty minutes. Customers who order online have priority over those waiting in line. The solution to save time would be to open another register to better accommodate the queue. Otherwise, the piadinas are good and the staff is friendly.
