Excelente comida!!! Recomendado!!!!
Me encantó!
We had an amazing experience at Barracuda. Our food was delicious (fish tacos, guacamole & pesto pasta with chicken) and the drinks were tasty too (strawberry & mango margaritas). The staff were very friendly and the live music on the street was great. Beware, buskers & vendors do come up to your table to ask for tips & try to sell you things but they are quick to leave after you decline. I recommend this restaurant for a fun dinner out!
The barracuda tacos are amazing. The toppings are fresh and crisp. The guac is salty and flavorful. Chips are thick and crispy. Our son liked the Alfredo pasta (he said 6/10 but would eat again lol). The coconut shrimp was good but nothing to write home about like the barracuda and fish taco.
Everything at the Barracuda Sayulita was great! The restaurant is located in one of the most popular streets of sayulita, however on a Monday night the place was really quiet, great atmosphere, perfect to.enjoy the night. We ate the chicharron de pescado as an appetizer. It was delicious to make some tacos with it. Afterwards we ate tacos de pescado Capeado y tacos de marlin. Both were really tasty. The sauce for the tacos were also great! We had a couple of drinks (margaritas) and platanos flameados for dessert. The service was super nice and treated us great. We had a really great evening at Barracuda sayulita. Totally recommended.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barracuda is amazing and centrally located. Came for lunch with 6 people and immediately sat down. Service was wonderful and so fast. They are cash only at night, but can take credit card during the day/when it's not busy. Probably THE BEST aguachile we had while in Sayulita. Portions were huge - other menu highlights include mango margarita with tajin, barracuda and tuna tostadas, and shrimp. We came back 2 more times during our week long trip.
We live in California, now celebrating our 18 years of marriage in Mexico. Everything is so colorful, the streets, its people, the drinks, the restaurants. The first week we were in Puerto Vallarta and the second we went to Sayulita. We went to the beach on the very first day and on the way back, walking down the main street of this small town, we found this restaurant. We liked the atmosphere and its decoration and decided to have a drink and maybe something to eat. We sat at a table facing the street. The place has several tables on the sidewalk and others on a higher level inside the premises with railings facing the street. We ordered a soda, an iced tea and we were tempted looking at the menu adding tortilla chips, a shrimp toast and two shrimp tacos. It is a very lively place, lots of people walking to and from the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Emanuel, our waiter was very nice, he chatted with us for a while and gave us information about the place. The only thing I would change is the kids begging for money or for you to buy them something like chewing gum. There were more than 12 by the time we were sitting. It makes me sad to see little people at such a young age with the need to go out to "work". But it's not the restaurant's fault, that's why my rating doesn't change. A pleasure to visit this restaurant, we will probably return this week. I highly recommend it.
The best food we had in a very long time! All the dishes were amazing, the flavours and textures, all the sauces and ingredients were absolutely the best! We loved it so much that had to come back the next day even though we lived far away, but we’re craving their tuna tartar that was out of this world. Great service, nice location, very decently priced. Would love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone!
Food and drinks here were excellent. Specialized in seafood, particularly liked what they do with marlin. For an appetizer they have smoked marlin inside of a peppered, which was fantastic and easily shareable. For dinner I had the seafood paella, which came with a large half crab in the middle. I would probably order something different next time, however all the other main dishes were great. For dessert they had a fantastic deconstructed Oreo cheesecake.

A few sandy steps from the beach, Barracuda serves up honest seafood with zero pretense. The molcajete arrives bubbling like a witch’s cauldron, but it’s the fish and shrimp tacos that steal the scene — fresh, fire-kissed, and cradled in handmade blue corn tortillas. Simple, soulful, and exactly what you want after a swim and a beer.
A typical, tropical beach restaurant. You're on the sand and a few feet from the beach, which is lovely. But YOU MUST try the fried fish! We shared a fried snapper that was AMAZING!! It was juicy, well seasoned and the skin was crispy deliciousness. It came with a super delicious rice and a small salad which was perfectly dressed with a light vinagrette that perfectly complemented the fish. Before that we started with a delicious guac and chips, which was also yummy. Don't miss this place.

A great little spot in the middle of the action in Sayulita. staff were really friendly and all spoke excellent English. A great place to grab a cold beer, a snack and people watch.

Great fish tacos, a bit pricey, but well located with a view of the street performers. My friend loved the Barracuda fish dish, made with mahi-mahi.

The tostada was big and delicious. Nice salsas. The octopus in my taco was tiny, and not very tasty drenched in mole sauce. That flavor combo doesn't work in my opinion.
I had expected the food would be much better here. The coconut prawns tasted stale. Lobster tacos were underwhelming. Mezcalitas were ok. None of the seafood really tasted fresh. It was a pretty poor meal for the price. Mango mezcalita was enjoyed.
Beautiful restaurant facing a street without cars - no diesel fumes whilst eating. Cervice was huge but sinew on the fish which was off putting. Catch of the day was very very dry but the mole sauce…

Such a bummer experience. Made a reservation and when we walked in it seemed they didn’t know we were coming. Ordered drinks and appetizer, and our waiter took his break adjacent to us for 30 minutes, which is fine, but not a single other server checked in on us during that time, and we had yet to order entrees. The cocktails were really hard to drink, Margaritas in Mexico should be an easy get, but these were sour and poorly made. We ordered 2 Paloma’s next, again thinking this should be easy in Mexico, but sadly they were undrinkable. The food was fine, but not great based on the reviews. On a positive note we did sit at their beachside location during the day and the service and food was great. I would look for other locations for dinner if you want a good dinner spot and experience.
