Was not happy about what I read in newspapers recently about Dunking Donut employee refusing to serve police officers. Police are entitled to the same respect that all patrons should receive. Franchisee should immediately terminate this employee. My experience this morning at my local Dunking Donut location was just fine. Thank you.

Nice staff. Big problem, cars occasionally turn in one way lot even with a do not enter sign. Be alert. Then some jerks drive the wrong way around the back of the building.

My son and I had a nice experience at this Dunkin donuts this morning. He had a cup of coffee and I had a cup of tea. I took advantage of the two for $5 options. We had two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches each on English muffins toasted dark. We enjoyed our breakfast very much. The workers were fantastic and actually served us our breakfast. What more can you ask for from a Dunkin Donuts, especially if you don't even order a donut. Breakfast was so good that we really didn't need anything sweet. Maybe the next time.

It is good but 1 person in early times (6-7am) could make you wait a little be longer than usual as that person will have to do all from charging to preparing the food and pack.

Small, pleasant Dunkin. A few tables and chairs, with bathrooms available. Very clean. The young lady who I dealt with was very prompt and pleasant. Coffee was fine. Doughnut was okay; tasted just a bit aged. ♿️

Good and quick customer service. I stopped while traveling a long 4 hour drive, for a cup of coffee. I tried the hash brown bites for the first time. They were everything!

It's a Dunkin. They're quick and have a restroom. The main road that runs in front is unnaturally busy at times so getting in or out is annoying. The parking lot is also a bit tight. I say park behind the building and get some steps in.

Agree with other reviewers this is a poor location. Barely delivers on the basics. Staff needs charm school, product assortment rarely seems even close to complete during morning rush, and the line is slow/more disorganized/less efficient than other DDs. Location is great on Weaver, but the parking situation at this strip mall is annoying.

I've been here a number of times for the past 5 months, been trying to hold off on reviewing in case my experience was a "one off." But literally every time I've been here they have ALWAYS messed up my order eventhough I'm one of like 3 people there. They've even burned my coffee one time which was disappointing. Wont return here again, I'll be going to the depot pl. Dunkin from now on.

It was the worst experience I have had going into a Dunkin' Donuts presenting a coupon for numerous items to buy for my children and I was told we don't except this coupon I lived in Westchester it was a Westchester Duncan I don't want to go back to a dunkin ever again

Never got to order because the manager lady sat there admonishing her employee instead of taking my order. Won’t return, that’s exactly how you lose customers. Whoever owns this franchise needs to retrain their people.

This is supposed to be the strawberry dragon fruit refresher which is delicious when made right..what is this . It taste horrible and isn't even the color it's supposed to be. Then the lady at the counter gave me an attitude. :/. I find it nuts that a Dunkin in the Bronx is better than one in Scarsdale.

1st issue: I ordered an iced coffee with sugar and whipped cream on top. There waa no sugar in it so i told them. She put sugar on top of the whippes cream. Whats the point? I asked her what I am supposed to do with this. She ignored me and is now watching videos on her phone. Photo attached of my drink with sugar on top of the whipped cream. 2nd issue: i ordered toasted bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is so little and very sloppy. There is no cream cheese on the edges. Photo attached. I am a frequent visitor of Dunkin all over the place. This is my first time experiencing this type of poor service. Very disappointed
