Very clean fast food restaurant. We took the kids for a little birthday party and they were so nice. Ordered a blizzard to be made later after ready is the food and it was no problem at all.

They get the orders right. I know that’s kind of a low bar for a fast food place, but other fast food places seem to have a harder time getting everything right. We have never had a problem with it here. Friendly staff-they are quick as well.

I was super impressed with the customer service. The district manager came and checked on us and when she found our blizzard wasn't mixed properly she fixed it... With a new blizzard. She was truly conserned about the customers satisfaction I will definitely be returning to many of the stores she is managing

Only placed 5 stars for their blizzards. 2stars for their food. cheese curds were ok, onion rings were awful, chicken strip basket was edible, but so bland and dry. I never go here for their food, it’s always been about the blizzards. Also Cotton candy should be a year round blizzard.

Ok, so you know how you go to the place, B.K. and the service is pretty bad but you get a decent fast food burger? The drive through takes forever. Well, GO ACROSS THE STREET to Dairy Queen and try the triple patty burgers! Man, for fast food they are just like R.Robin restaurant quality. Me and the 4 kids were shocked. I mean, who goes to D.Q. for a burger? Me and my family do now. Totally worth skipping the other fast food lines and poor service. Service at D.Q. was excellent too! So happy to find this gem right here in M.V. (We skipped the fries and all agreed we were satisfied.)

Went to this place on a friday night (mount vernon) , it was very busy for drive thru and dine in, we did the drive thru bout 6 or 7 cars behind and was thru in less than 10 minutes! It was a very busy night and the workers were great! Hard to find good staff like that these days specially in fast food! Was good to see!

I just want to say the female manager on shift at 5:30 February 2nd Is outstanding. My wife is a schoolteacher, and we were both impressed with not only how she conducted herself as a leader, but also how she talked to her staff with dignity, respect, and absolute patience. This restaurant is extremely fortunate to have somebody employed like this!!!

We drive 30 miles to shop in Burlington. When we are here we go to our favorite burger place (Burlington Dairy Queen). When we come here , the service , food , promptness, and friendliness are fantastic every time! We’ve been eating here for a few years and are very happy every time! It is obviously very well managed. And, by the way, we notice that all the employees are wearing nice clean uniforms and working together.

Okay, I can't lie. We've all had bad experiences with fast food. I'm used to Dairy Queen being sub par. This one puts all the others to shame. They made sure I was okay waiting for fresh chicken, and it was perfect.

At first I was pretty skeptical about getting food here due to the reviews, but I ended up getting some. Was some of the best DQ I have ever had. Chicken strips were perfect not too crispy, and the blizzard was perfect. On top of all of that the manager was very professional, and nice. She made sure I was handled correctly before leaving the site. Much appreciated, and will 100% get food at this location again.

The restaurant was super busy and understaffed. The staff that was working very hard to get orders fullfilled as quickly as possible. They were very polite and apologetic for the wait. Alexis was the crew member that took our order and was no different. The manager could be seen busting her butt helping with ice cream orders and kept lifting up staff with words of encouragement such as "we got this guys don't worry". It honestly was amazing to see such strong positive leadership.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen.....food is always good, treats are good, service is ALWAYS highly IMPERSONAL and hurried, you have to ask quickly for lids as it seems nothing but a soda comes with a lid any longer. I always seem to order something from the sign in the drive thru that has been discontinued....what can I say, sometimes you just need an ice cream!

This store seems to always be short staffed but they do there best to get things out the door. I have noticed that other DQ in neighboring areas seem tk hold themselves to a higher standard . However if you have a few minutes stop in and enjoy there pumpkin pie blizzard! The Staff is kind and the prices are average.

Food is good, blizzards are great. Only thing is if you order extra sauce they charge ya for it but you don't get it. Plus if there busy they short your blizzards, they don't always fill the cups. Must ask for a receipt or you won't get that either.

There always seems to be a line at the drive thru but it goes by fast. Burgers are good. The cheese curds are a must. Their ice cream is always a nice treat for the kids. They have so many options so everyone can be happy.

I came in and got a great cone. For the first time ever I asked for a pup cup for my dog in the car. She said I had to go thru the drive thru to get a pup cup so they could conform I had a dog! What???? It's as if she didn't believe me. What would my scam be..to get an ounce of ice cream for free? I love DQ but this was ridiculous!

Ordered inside to avoid the long drive thru line. 12 minutes from receipt to food but my fries were SUPER hot and fresh! Excellent! Not bad for a Friday night. Keep up the good work y’all 👍🏻👍🏻

I just want lids on the drive thru ice creams(blizzards mainly)....every single time it leaks or spills in my car. Staff is generally great and service doesn't take too awful long unless you order a ton of stuff.

As far as fast food goes, Dairy Queen does better than most other fast food. The new chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard is fantastic, get a small though, it gets rich. Service was, and almost always is slow and rude, we do get everything we need every time. Overall, it's better to eat in, it's basically your average fast food restaurant.

Not impressed. I go to DQ regularly in Lynden and the quality at the Mt vernon one is astonishingly different. I ordered a sauced n tossed meal with ranch. When I received it, the ranch was HOT and barely any sauce on the teddy's. Like they threw it all in and then warmed it up. Disgusting and disappointing. For 10 dollars I am frustrated.

First off, the staff is always friendly, so questions about the service. Polite, helpful, but sadly overly apologetic. Short staff and no orderly system to chaos of abundance of orders coming from window, online, and lobby. To pick up one medium 2 topping blizzard ordered ahead of time. Was no less than a half hour wait. AND ITS WINTER!!!! LOL At no fault to staff they're overly getting yelled at, taking rude comments etc. all while trying to please everyone and keep that smile on. The hiring system is not on staff. These young+ folks are getting a bad first job experience (although most of us had these jobs at some point with now reminiscing lecture stories for our kids 🤔 builds character, charisma and backbone I suppose) and hope if any "OG" staff, I hope are getting recognized and appreciated by management for their hard work and dedication. Sooooo let's keep this short🧐.... The window will have on average a couple of minutes more than other Drive-Thru, Lobby wait AVG. On observation 15-25min and Good luck with an online on AVG. Forget it on a busy night. You could go out buy a blender, go shop another store for ingredients go home make ice cream from scratch and wait overnight shipment from Amazon for long red spoons before that blizzard comes your way. (Sarcasm for those pondering this one). Godspeed blizzard pop chicken peeps, Godspeed 🫡

I got their 7 dollar meal with a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was not bad, the French fries were the highlight but I only eat them as I'm eating my burger. The sundae was soft serve with sugary strawberry 🍓 syrup with a few chunks of strawberry, then I had a soda. The person who took my order was very nice but overwhelmed. It was only her on the front end handling drive thru as well as front counter. It took a while to place my order, but I received it fairly quickly as she brought it to my table before I had sat down. The have one outlet to charge a phone or plug in a laptop, and no wifi available.

So, Jack in the Box has always had decent food that is more unique than your usual fast food restaurant. What is causing me to give them a lower rating is their prices. Going through the drive through, I was hoping to get something to fill the void. I got 3 chicken strips. Almost $9 for 3 chicken strips..no fries, no drink, just 3 chicken strips. Good chicken strips but not worth $9.

Even though the food, service, and atmosphere were pretty great, I have a few issues. There are no outlets available to customers (there is one if you're lucky to get that table) whereas Burgerking and Taco Bell have many customer available outlets, my other complaint is there is no customer wifi. In today's age, that's odd.

Love their 6$ meals drink burger or chicken strips fries and a sundae. Update: prices are same amount of food has been cut in to 1/3 on some and 1/2 on others. Bought the new shrimp basket what a rip off small handful of over salty fries and a even smaller handful of shrimp (perfect for a toddler) at the price of 7$! Disappointed ☹️

Food and service was fine, but it was very disappointing to find there to be no changing table for me to change my baby’s diaper. So my husband and I had to do it in the parking lot, which was very difficult. We figured DQ is family friendly, so they should have had one! Also, when we wanted to send a review, the receipt told us to call the general manager and gave no phone number. It’s just an inconvenience for families with little ones that could easily be fixed.

Two of us ordered the $7.00 meal deal with the 3 pieces of chicken strips. The chicken strips were mostly dry breading on top of dried out chicken. The fries were extremely overly salted so bad the we could not eat them. We did order a fresh batch which came about 20 minutes later. The strawberry sundae was the only item that was good. I usually don’t order food there other than the sundae and now I know why.

Got a large Blizzard and paid extra for extra cheesecake bites. Only ended up with a few pieces of cheesecake. I dont even feel like it was a whole scoop (or whatever they use to measure). This is the second time now and Im kinda sad about it. Probably best to watch them make it in person.

Manager was taking drive through orders and was very pushy. Couldn’t finish a couple words let alone a sentence without being interrupted and rushed. Had it been busy I would somewhat understand but even had that been the case as an employee or manager there are ways around being rude and pushy. It was very frustrating and only made things take longer because things that were being said weren’t being heard.

We come here from Anacortes strictly for the blizzards. Those are phenomenal. But I tell you what, the attitude you get from the person taking your order is ALWAYS terrible. They sound like they couldn't be bothered to take your order, they always seem rushed, and today was the final straw. I made my order, got up to the window and tried to add one more blizzard to my order (kiddo decided she wanted one after all) and was told "I'm sorry we can't add another one because we're too busy." Seriously? What fast food joint does that? Just be prepared for overall lame customer service. Great treats, horrible service.

Have you ever waited 10 minutes for a shake? 8 employees, drive thru full no one in dining room or waiting. When you ask for your money back because of the wait, you have they money tossed on the counter at you by the manager with no apology. If you are interested in this experience got to this unit, you'll receive what was just described. Not the first time this unit has failed in customer service.

Sept 9 2023 UPDATE: I went through drive thru ordered 6pc chicken strip basket w extra gravy. Got where i was going and had no extra gravy and a very small amount of gravy. Tried to call and got no answer. So I drove back talked with manager, showed him receipt and the gravy cup that didnt have enough gravy. He did give me my extra gravy but was rude. He actually slammed the window and turn his Back to me. Service still sucks!!!!!!!!!!! The service here suckslI ordered a fish sandwich add cheese combo. Checked my sandwich and there was no cheese. So of course I went back in and the shift supervisor told me well she didnt charge you for it. Immediately arguing with me. I gave them there food back and went somewhere else. I have had issues with night crew before. Like selling me soured pecans on my sundae one time. I will not spend my hard earned cash at this store again.

Do not recommend I asked if they had a blizzard they used to make with chocolate syrup, pecans and brownies. The drive thru person answered “yes I can do it.” But then charged me a bigger amount without letting me know that it will cost me extra even though it’s not even more ingredients than their usual blizzards nor was extra toppings asked for anything. He was rude and tricky with charging customers extra for no specified reason. Will not go back to this location for their dishonest pricing.

Probably the worst DQ I have ever experienced. We came in for 2 blizzards and it took over 25 minutes the staff were not polite and as for the upside down delivery of our Blizzards or anyone else's that ordered it... Totally non existence and I watched 6 go out through the drive-thru

Service was horrible by Jaedan. The manager Stephanie is yelling at her workers. Drive thru window literally screaming and running around. And Stephanie the manager disrepecting her customers and team. Poor customer service. Top it off. It's mother day. Horrible 2cd experience here.

I ordered my son's cake online and it them 20minutes to tell me the decorator hasn't been in so the cake wasn't made.. at time of pick up no doubt... Not a heads up 😕🤦🏻‍♀️.. nothing! Of course none in the case were what I ordered so I had 2 options and it was just a horrible experience I'll never go there again.

Gave me the wrong hamburger. Went back through drive through to get right one. It was old and dry when I got home. On the A1 burger, the onion ring was hard as a rock. Burger tasted like it was 4 hrs old. Disgusting. Why didn’t they just make a new one when they messed up order first time. Disrespectful. Don’t care one bit about their costumers.

Manager making the the icecream fills it half way, grumbles about having to give the rest of what was paid for. Sadly things have been missed often at this location and have had to deal with the manager on multiple occasions. The manager is making the store look bad for their employees. Do better management, you are held to a hire standard, employees shouldn't have to deal with mistakes because of a bad manager. Take care of the employees and the customers will see a difference. Seems lots of bad ratings about this same thing.

I received a gift card from a friend as a graduation gift and went to use it at this store. For some reason, the gift card wouldn’t scan when I tried to pay. The employee at the register told me I couldn’t use it because it had no money on it, which I knew wasn’t the case since my friend had had bought it and it said $10 on it. The manager came over and again told me, very impatiently, that I couldn’t use it but could call the number on the back of the card to complain. I called and the man on the phone told me there was still $10 on the card. I went in to the store to try to use it again, it again wouldn’t scan. I asked the employee if they could enter the number on the gift card instead of scanning it, they had to call the manager over and the manager very impatiently and begrudgingly typed in the number. I had a leftover balance, so I came in again a few days later and warned the employee that this gift card had problems scanning and they would have more luck typing it in. The employee did not listen and tried to scan the card repeatedly about 20 times, then called over the manager who also tried scanning the card about 20 times, then threw it on the counter and left. I again reiterated that the number needed to be typed in, but the employee said he “wasn’t good at it”. Finally, some other employee came over and, grumbling and rolling her eyes the whole time, typed in the number. No one ever apologized or really communicated with me at all about the problem besides implying that it was my fault the gift card wasn’t working. It was not damaged or scratched at all, so I have no idea why it would not scan. Very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location.

If you look at other reviews with photos you will see a normal amount of hot fudge on the peanut buster parfait. Tonight I received a peanut buster parfait with a tiny drizzle on the top, not layered throughout and when I asked to buy an extra side of hot fudge cause I didn't want to eat just vanilla and nuts I was told by the gal at the window that they couldn't do that. I thought businesses wanted to sell their product? The gal at the window offered to add fudge after I pointed out how little was on the parfait and asked if she was sure I couldn't buy an extra side of fudge? She then took the parfait and a manager came back, told me she added some (didn't look any different) and that next time I needed to pay. Ma'am I would have preferred to pay for extra so I could actually enjoy it, if it was given to me as advertised I wouldnt have asked for more fudge, sheesh!

I went with my family for lunch and had a horrible experience. Everyone but one member of my family got their food, which was still being made. I checked several times, but still not ready. My family fished eating and I went to get a refund. I explained to the shift manager, Dillon, that it's unacceptable that it took so long for my family member's food. He said he understood, but I had to understand they're short- staffed. I get that, but they need to manage better so all the food is ready together- not 30 min later. He just kept repeating they're short-staffed. They need better management at this location, in addition to more staff!

It seemed that they were short handed, and had a new person as well. This was a Sunday afternoon around 4 pm. The drive thru had at least 8 cars in line, so I went into the lobby to order. I ordered 1 burger and 2 blizzards and 1 shake. I waited 32 min for everything..... after watching my milkshake sit on the counter for 18 minutes, it was water. They did remake the milkshake. By this time, the blizzards were melted!! If they had turned it upside down like they used to, it would have been all over the floor!!!!! This is the 3rd time happening, not to this extreme but definitely not what the used to be!!! Hopefully, they can get back to the way they used to be.

Ordered food online and got there about 5 minutes after my time just in case they were busy. Got there and still waited 30 minutes for our food. The ice cream was melted and the amount of fries was about 15-20 per meal, we had 6 meals and they where cold. They also said they ran out of bbq sauce.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in with my kid. While discussing what to get bc DQ is a treat, the worker came over talking about coming in and not ordering yet. We hadn't even been there for 5 minutes. There were less than 8 ppl there, including me and my kid. It wasn't a case they needed the space. Just give the kid a second to decide. A guy at another table hadn't ordered either. Talk about bad customer service and bullying. Needless to say we left without anything. But this is the same place who gave me 4 sundaes and no spoons. Had to wait so long for spoons they melted and the manager told me we should have just drank them. When the head manager was told they didn't do anything

We had gotten an oreo cupfection and a brownie batter blizzard, the cupfection wasn't filled all the way with a lot of holes and unfilled space. Then the blizzard wasn't even mixed all the way, grainy, and you could see the white unmixed parts. I'm normally not one to turn down a blizzard but I could have done a better job mixing with the spoon.

We just wanted a little Christmas treat of some blizzards, but the minute we walked in, we were greeted by a foul stench. I do not know what it was that smelled so bad (some off food maybe?), but it was absolutely vile. On top of that, the staff were arguing loudly in the back, which took away from the atmosphere. However, the ice cream was pretty good. Big fan of the peppermint holiday special. If you are planning on visiting this DQ, i would recommend going through the drive thru.

The probability of the order being wrong is definitely too high. You might think "I'll use the mobile app so they have a heads up and are less likely to mess up the order", well you'd be wrong. This last time was by far the worst experience I've had... not only did they give me the completely wrong sandwich (fish instead of a beef burger), I paid (although minimal) for extra gravy for the chicken strip basket. Which they, not only did not give the extra, but they didn't even give the one it would usually come with. Unfortunately this is the closest DQ so I'll have to be more vigilant in checking the food before leaving.

I've been going to DQ since I was a kid and I worked there as a grill cook about 8 years ago. The standards have dropped. The last few times I have ordered from this location, the fries have been cold and stale, the chicken strips have been lukewarm/bland and I've received incorrect items several times. Today I went there on a whim, ordered a frozen hot cocoa and received a chocolate malt. Tried telling an employee and a manager it was a malt and I was told I was wrong the manager "made it herself" in a rude tone as if I was a inconvenience. DQ used to stand above the other options in terms of quality and service, but I know for certain at a minimum this location needs serious help. I know this location used to be a franchise, not sure if it still is... but if the owner sees this and the other negative reviews, hopefully some serious changes are made.

Went through the drive thru last night and had asked if something was instock and the employee said "there is a sold out sign on that item that clearly says we don't have it" and we said we don't see one. then the employee said "yes there is, my manager just put it up there." like me and my husband were kindly just telling them that there was nothing stating that and that employee was extremely rude with the way they responded. the only reason I am writing this review is because I have worked in a fast food place with high expectations of customer service and I know how it is supposed to be. Anyways when me and my husband pulled up to the window a male employee came up to the window and shoved the ice cream in my husbands hands with the ice cream exploding down the side of the cup. my husband had asked they employee for a second cup to put around it and the employee just stops and stares at us, thinking that maybe he didn't hear us we ask again and then he said why? with an attitude, I said because there is ice cream all down the sides of the cup. he ran over to grab the cup and shoves it AGAIN into my husbands hand and slams the window in our face and walks super fast (almost runs) away while looking back at us like we were the problem. like I said earlier, I have worked fast food before so I completely understand and respect most employees but when they pull this kind of attitude im not gonna let them get away with it.

Ordered my food online 20 mins before I was there. I got there waited 10 min in line to even be acknowledged waited another 10 for the order that was ment be ready 30 minutes before. Tried getting the attention of the manager 3 times while they walked infront of me and she ignored me so I finally put my leg in front of her to get her to stop and I asked for the branch managers number and she ignored me again.

Horrible service. I ordered a deluxe burger and large fries. I got home to literally a piece of cheese on bread, no condiments or toppings of any kind, and a small fry not even full of fries. Garbage!!!

At about 8:40pm on 5/21 I visited this location. They never gave me a receipt so I have no transaction number to support this. I had ordered a kids meal and they rang me up for 2. The lady at the window did give me a refund for that. However she almost didn’t give me my cherry dipped cone.. and then the dilly bar that was supposed to come with my kids meal she insisted was supposed to be a cone. I am just one person and can’t drive with two ice cream cones in my hand. Instead of correcting this she just threw the kids cone in the trash and told me it didn’t matter. She was very abrubt and rude.

me and my wife tried to enjoy our lunch here yesterday, but by the time the food came out we were ready to leave. at least the food was pretty good but it should never take this long in my experience on all sides

Have tried doordashing from here multiple times, let's just say 5 out of 6 times something or actually multiple things have been wrong with the orders. Even as bad as ordering 2 blizzards and both were wrong.

I stopped late evening on my way home. I got a hamburger and onion rings. The hamburger bun was burnt and the patty was over cooked with no care on the assembly I couldn't finish it. My onion rings were so over cooked I threw half of them away because they were un chewable. I paid 14 dollars for a bag of disgusting so called food. Maybe I should have gotten a drink, maybe it would have been edible. I do fast food very rarely and it will be even longer now. What is crazy is you can go to Applebee's and get a great burger, bottomless fries and a drink for 10 dollars. No wonder fast food is going broke! It's fast but not classifyable as food!

Disappointing to make an order and not have it be filled. Asked if they'd filled the order after waiting 30 minutes. They hadn't so I requested a refund. Poor service and not even an apology. Obviously won't be back.

On 7/14 me and my significant other came here around 9:30pm for an evening blizzard, my S/O didn’t want something in her blizzard (normal request other Dairy Queen’s have been fine with this and have gotten this right) two teen girls working the drive through were very rude rolled their eyes at us when we politely asked to fix it and make it to what we originally asked for… they completely messed up the order. In my experience it’s not very difficult to be nice or tolerate people in customer service (as I am in customer service and have experience). I have never felt the need to write a bad review about a place until now …

Don't go to a place that's run by high schoolers, it's ridiculous. Placed mobile order and arrived 20 minutes later, food should have already been ready. Stood in store for 15 minutes (20after ordering) after being told my food would get to me as soon as possible. At least 10 food items including mine sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes while they walked around slowly servicing the drive-through. Left really annoyed, 20 less minutes on my Saturday, and with no food. didn't get a refund, knew I would say some rude things if I tried.

I ordered a banana split, but when I got it, the whipped cream was completely melted and overflowing out of the container. As soon as I tried to open it, it spilled everywhere. I attempted to eat it anyway, but it honestly grossed me out. I couldn’t even see where the banana or the toppings were it felt like I was blindly dipping my spoon in, hoping for a decent bite. Overall, it was really messy and not enjoyable. I also tried to call the store afterwards and I got no answer.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I called in advance to order 10 banana splits as a reward for my staff that met a goal today at work. The manager that I spoke with when I ordered asked when I would be in to pick them up and I stated in 10 minutes. When I arrived I was told that they were not ready and that they don’t make them ahead of time-they don’t have a freezer to keep them in!!!! I shared that I called, spoke with a manager and ordered ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to wait and could get back to work. AMAZINGLY enough, the manager that I placed the ordered with was busy, and was not available for me to speak with. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have almost never had a pleasant experience with this location. Last night I got the Reese's caramel blizzard and when I received it all I got was vanilla ice cream. There were no toppings at all it was just vanilla ice cream. The last time I went there they had me park in front for two burgers. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went inside to check and they had forgotten we were there so they THREW AWAY OUR ORDER. Why did I waste my money on this place again

Tonight we ordered two blizzards from the drive through. When my wife was handed the first blizzard, the outside of the cup was covered in ice cream. The worker seemed mildly annoyed when she wouldn't immediately take the second blizzard and asked for napkins to wipe her hand first. Also, we had to ask the worker for spoons as they tried to leave the window. Both blizzards were half-melted and double-cupped. As I was eating mine, I realized that the internal cup had a hole in it, with bits of wet paper ringing the edge, likely meaning that some of the paper had already torn off and made its way into the ice cream I was eating. Overall, not a great showing for both customer service and presentation of the product.

I can’t seem to get good deserts here. We have got other toppings at the bottom of the cup that ruined the blizzard, poorly mixed blizzards, and what prompted this review tonight - TWO strawberries in a large strawberry cheesecake blizzard. We foolishly kept going back thinking maybe it was just employee turnover but it appears to be more of an issue than that since I’ve received poor food on a regular basis over time. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

We waited in the drive thru line one hour before closing. The machine told us that they were closed so we proceeded to drive forward stuck in line. My assumption was people were ordering at the window. We get to the window and they said they can not help us and that we either have to wait in the long drive thru line again or come inside and order. I understand not waiting by the window to order and wait for my order but they didn’t even try to accommodate. Their excuse was that they said to give them one second but that message was never prompted. I’m truly disappointed. At the very least they could have taken my order and I would have waited inside for it so that I didn’t have to wait in line again.

went to this Dairy Queen location and when we already got the ice cream it was melted.They also had to remake out banana split so the ice cream only got more melted very disappointed with the blizzard too it was melted when we got it to so they didn’t turn it upside down mind u it isn’t supposed to move🤦🏽🤦🏽

It’s such an astounding disappointment to pay for 5x Oreo on a regular basis and receive it 50% of the time. For how much money it ends up costing, it’s just not acceptable anymore… I was in there one night and the poor manager lady was carrying that store single-handedly through a late rush while everyone around her looked clueless. Ownership very obviously doesn’t support the crew enough. Literally, raise your prices and pay your staff more to get off the bottom of the barrel and you would have happier people paying more for better service.
