Excllent customer service! Martin is the best!!

I just want to say the staff here are about service. There was a very disgruntled senior struggling and cursing about their touch screen menu. But the folks behind the counter delighted the frustrated customer into a state of calm and ended up happy with his order and the assistance. I love that. Please give these folks a 10 dollar raise. Everybody there. Please burger King they are hard workers and are very kind.

The gentleman that let us in and also took our order was very friendly. Food was also fresh and tasty. Dining area was very clean as well as the restrooms, which you rarely see anywhere nowadays.

Burger King is Burger King, you aren’t ever going to have the best meal of your life here. But if I’m going to a Burger King, this is the one I’m going back to. The Drive-Thru experience here is top notch. It’s almost always the same guy operating the drive through in the evenings, and he’s a super nice, fun, laid back guy who is very good about getting your order right and very quick to correct anything if there is a problem. Like most Burger Kings, most of the food feels pretty quickly thrown together but unlike most Burger Kings, it is always freshly cooked, not sitting around under a heat lamp for hours. I really appreciate that touch. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve really been on point recently, so I wanted to give my positive feedback - and management if you’re reading this give your Drive-Thru guy a raise, he’s doing you good.

While we were here, an extremely hostile customer came in and started shouting profanities at the staff angrily demanding his fries and berating the speed of service. It was jarring and completely inappropriate. A Good Samaritan helped him but received no thanks in return. Despite the abuse, the employee gentleman remained calm and respectful - a level of restraint that was honestly more than what was deserved. It was a disgusting display of entitlement, and sincerely hope this location empowers its staff to push back when treated with such contempt.

The breakfast burrito is just odd. No spice at all, and no flavor except the sage in the sausage.

Sometimes I stopped at Burger King for coffee and a snack on my way to work in Santa Clara. Well, the coffee was okay, but the croissant sandwiches were not very good. Regardless, I stopped because I like having something to drink while I drive; the rest did not matter.

This was one of the few times that I didn't actually check out the bag at the drive thru. The guy at the drive thru was really nice and cordial. It just so happened that right when we grabbed the bags from the drive thru window, it had started to rain so we just wanted to get back to the hotel. Well, turns out that they had forgotten to put in 2 bags of fries and our onion rings in there. We were so irritated and wanted to go back, but since it was raining so hard we decided to forget about it. Chalk it up as another reason to check your order before you leave!

This was one of the few times that I didn't actually check out the bag at the drive thru. The guy at the drive thru was really nice and cordial. It just so happened that right when we grabbed the bags from the drive thru window, it had started to rain so we just wanted to get back to the hotel. Well, turns out that they had forgotten to put in 2 bags of fries and our onion rings in there. We were so irritated and wanted to go back, but since it was raining so hard we decided to forget about it. Chalk it up as another reason to check your order before you leave!

Ongoing food quality issues. Luke warm nasty tasting fries and burgers that have been sitting to long. This is a norm here and its disappointing every time.

Definitely check your to go order. May mix up the word NO seen on receipt…. Also had to go back and get the large fry they forgot.

Been there twice this week, both times ignored service, no order taken. 4 employees standing around doing .nothing. Also saw others leave, employees speaking spanish, highly offensive, will never go in another Buger king again. Lucky there's a Taco bell nextdoor.

We asked if he would reconsider. He said no. I asked to cancel the order and he said he couldn't help me. I reminded him that it was an online order that was already paid for and we couldn't wait that long for it. He said he didn't care and shut the door. I looked at him in disbelief and he reopened the door and began to get aggressive with me. We turned around and walked away. We will not be going back here and will be letting all our friends know about our experience.

The drive through employee told us after he gave us our cold Soggy croissant sandwiches to move on because he had time to keep on his drive-thru and we are taking too long to leave! My croissant bacon sandwich was unsatisfactory! The hash browns we're excellent so it's a good thing I can say typically it's good and so are the employees not this time!

We pulled into the drive thru and we tell the guy if he could give us a second as we still didn't have our order completely ready. Once we get our order and start telling him, he gets confused and then mumbles "oh my gosh". We finally have our order done and we pay. He tells us to pull into the front while our order gets made but doesn't clearly tells us where to park. We drive around the drive thru again to ask him where we park and he then tells us. Then, we get our food and were about to go when we realized they forgot 4 cheeseburgers. We go back to the drive thru to tell him they forgot our cheeseburgers and then he remembers and goes to the back. Again, he tells us to pull into the front. After like 5 minutes, we get our cheeseburgers. The food was so stale and tasted like it was left out for days. The whopper buns were burnt (literally black) and both the fries/onion rings and chicken nuggets were dry and had no flavor. Also, they gave us no sauce (just ketchup) and gave us no straws either even though we ordered like 6 drinks. Not to mention that the chicken sandwich i ordered had a long piece of hair inside which i know was not mine as it was black and mine is brown also my hair was up the whole time.No wonder this place gets no customers. This is a horrible place!!

I was harassed and treated very rudly by Mario at the drive through. I am hearing impaired and he scolded me for ordering wrong and said he wouldn't accept my mailer coupon. I said should I just go somewhere else, he laughed at me and said ok. I will be making a report with the proper people for being harassed for a disability. I will never be back, and threw my Mailer coupons away. This was the third time Mario was entirely rude to me. Taco Bell got your money. I will spread the word about how your business treats adults with disabilities.

Let the drive through and parked and checked my account to a 35$ overdraft fee for not having the money in my account, SHE CHARGED ME 7.66 WHICH I TOLD HER I DIDNT HAVE! I call her store and spoke with her im like what happened you said you were going to charge me 7$ she was like oh it wouldnt let me so i just charged your card im like i would have much rather had the sprite something i could have afforded with the money i had!
