Delfina served us in the drive thru and gave us first class customer service with a smile , eye contact and invited us back . The food was fresh (hot) and actually looked like the pictures advertised. My husband and I couldn’t help but drive back thru the drive thru to Thank her and the cooks for their first class service. Best service we’ve had in a long time .

Food is always good. The staff here are probably the nicest workers I've ever met. They're so nice and service is more like a sit down restaurant than a fast food chain.

I'm not a fan of fast food, however I visited Carl's jr in Scott's valley a few times months ago and I wasn't very happy. I decided to give them another chance 2 days ago. I was amazed the place looked spotless, employees were nice and the food was fresh and great!!!! I'm not sure if they have a new manager but I noticed a big difference.

I went through the drive thru and everything was just fine. The food was made just the way I ordered it, and the girl who took my order was friendly. There were 2 cars ahead of me that took quite a while, then when I got to the window I had to wait a few minutes till my order was ready. But, who knows maybe the 2 cars had big orders ahead of me. All in all, happy with my visit and I highly recommend the Big Carl with extra sauce! Like a boss!

So we found out Carl's Jr has the #Beyondburger so we went for some. Only reason I'm not giving them 5/5 is because the burger patties were just barely cooked. All in all, still had a good lunch/dinner. 😀 This place is always clean and welcoming and the employees are super rad!

I really couldn't tell the difference between that and a regular beef patty. The drive thru service is always pretty tight. I'll have to hit it more often since that's the only one around.

Everything tasted really good. The fries here are super addictive. The only thing is that they forgot to give us the sauces we asked for. Otherwise the food was perfect 🥰

Fine. I went through the drive thru late night. The one staff member I encountered at the drive thru did not have good customer service. But I drove up, ordered, and got my French fries in a timely manner, so the job got done. Not a bad experience but also nothing special to write home about.

Front counter gal was rude and wouldn’t answer my question about our food that we ordered to pick up. Just waved at the bag sitting on the cold counter right where anyone could have taken it or messed with it before I got there. The food was ice cold and I was there within 10 minutes of ordering.

Carl's used to have great burgers. Now they're just okay. Service at this store was poor - we stood there for two full minutes waiting for someone to come to the cash register. No "Be right with you", no eye contact - they were busy running around talking to each other about something work-related.

The inside is basically a ghost town and takes a moment to get served. This location clearly gets most of their business through the drive-through. There’s not even ketchup out. You have to ask for everything. The food is generally pretty consistent and good for fast food. But be ready to pay $20 for a cheeseburger meal. But with fast food limited in this area, it is one of the better options if you don’t mind paying the prices.

For the price I expect my order to at least come out right. This location sadly often does not follow any edits you may make to your meal and will give you a cup of ice when you order iced coffee, there new iced lemonade, and sodas.

Was not happy with the service here. We had ordered 4 burgers and only recieved 3. When we inquired about it the staff was rude and charged us another sandwich and we recieved a different kind then ordered. Just a mess of communication skills. I suggest getting food before or after this stop. The trip through 17 can be long and there are really not any options. Must be why they treat customers this way.
