We tried the cauliflower crust and were very pleasantly surprised! The 14 inch pizza was a good size, the texture was good, the taste was good, it reheated well and was even good cold, and it's cauliflower!!! I asked for extra crispy wings also and they were as ordered, not soggy or greasy at all.
Came in about midday super slow and so the service was very faster than usual. We got the McCaffrey and the original pepperoni both were fantastic super crunchy and nicely toasted in the bottom. Great amount of topping and flavor I will be coming back.
It’s hard when your reference point comes pizza spot in the central Phoenix area. It’s a bit overpriced for an okay pizza. The sauce is a little bland but it was cooked well. The wings were cooked perfect - buffalo sauce is a little sweet and unique but not bad. Friendly staff and cool outside seating - great beer and wine selections.
This pizza has crust as crispy as a potato chip, quite unique. The cheese is plentiful as is the toppings. Overall, this is a satisfying juicy pizza. The taste falls short of being excellent, but value, friendly service, and ambience lift it to a 5 star eating experience.
Five stars in spite of some issues, some self inflicted and some "acts of God". Ordered a large round (NY style) didn't seem very NY style, crust was unique but still good. Loved the sausage but the cup pepperoni... not so much. I know cup pepperoni are the standard but too greasy and salty for me. Also ordered a large Detroit style ricotta, garlic, and spinach pizza. Forgot I don't really like ricotta until I was eating it. The crust was fluffy, and because the toppings were mild the other flavors really came through like the tomato sauce and garlic. Very good! Ordered two beers but both smelled of bleach. I’m happy they were clean but I don’t like smelling bleach while I’m drinking a beer. Sat outside, we were constantly divebombed by flies and bees. Super annoying. Also, we got there just after opening on a weekday, kids from the local school started pouring in at about 12:30. So, long story short, Next time I would order one of their specialty pizzas, probably a Detroit style without the ricotta, sit inside and drink something out of a bottle. Very good pizza here we just didn’t have as good of an experience as we should have.
The Pizza Series Pizza is without a doubt one of the best pizza experiences in the area. I was bummed when they stopped serving in the Industrial area and so excited to see them here. I absolutely love the Hidden Forest pizza, and the Tomato Basil and Easy Cheesy are both great options as well. Their Detroit style is really what sets them apart as exceptional. I used to drive all the way into Boulder Creek every time I wanted a pizza that made my soul happy and am glad to have something I enjoy just as much closer to home.
The Pizza Series is the best pizza in the west!!! The dough has an amazing crust/texture and the different flavors/toppings you can get are outta this world!! Very unique cuisine 🤌Love this place, and the owners Matt and Maddy, will absolutely be returning. ♥️🍕
Great pizza place, tucked back in the corner of the King's Village in Scotts Valley. Pizza was hot and tasty. Only real issue was the warmed up slices got a little too crunchy.
I got a Detroit style pizza, absolutely amazing! That edge piece is so crispy and delicious 🤤 Also, customer service was great! I was also running behind my pickup time due to traffic and they called to make sure I was coming which I really appreciated. If you’ve thought about trying this place, this is your sign!
Love this spot. Friendly folks and amazing pizza. Only tried the Detroit, will be back for some standard slices soon. This (along with Bookies) is the best pizza in the area IMO.

Our favorite pizza spot in Scotts Valley. It is on the pricier side but so worth it. I am a classic pepperoni lover and it never disappoints. Highly recommend swinging by if you love good pizza.
The lunch special is a great deal!! salads are always fresh and slices are always delicious! the best pizza in the greater santa cruz area. the team is the best and give exceptional service always. Definitely recommend!!
I have never been a real fan of deep dish pizza because of the heaviness and being too doughy. The Pizza Series completely changed me! There Detroit style deep dish is the best pizza I have EVER had! The Pizza Series dough makes these pizzas! It is crunchy on the outside, light and airy in the middle, and complements whatever toppings you prefer. I am hooked on the BBQ Hawaiian (minus the jalapeños) and the Comb-O-Nation. The cheesey toppings are burnt around the edges (my favorite) and fresh toppings make these pizzas drool worthy! I haven't ever dined in. But I have had deliveries several times and ordered out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating while I waited for the pizzas to be done. I would HIGHLY recommend trying this pizza place, I am hooked. The only grip I have is they close earlier than most pizza places at 8pm.
Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I have had thee best pizza every single time followed by the nicest, sweetest & friendliest staff. Way to go pizza series! I will be back... weekly😁🤩
. Very unique and delicious pizza here. We go regularly. Last night we had the Pep and More Detroit style and Pesto Amore. Excellent. Great place
Delicious pizza love the Detroit and New York style 🍕 both equally. Slices are reasonable at 6$ plenty of seating Super friendly staff and Clean bathrooms
Amazing pizza! 5 stars! We are from Chicago and are very familiar with deep dish and Midwest pizza. We never tried Detroit pizza before. It was amazing. Also, when we ordered extra cheese- they actually put extra cheese on it!!! Other pizza places just put a dash of extra cheese on. Then the ends were so crispy with the baked extra cheese. Soooo yummmmmm- ooooo. We did the build your own Detroit pizza with carmelized onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and extra cheese. We also got the wings (great!) and picked up 2 single slices of the artichoke pizza which was delicious. Staff was super friendly even though they were very busy. I ordered ahead of time and arrived 20 minutes after it was ready- still super delicious. Highly recommend.
The pizzas were just right! The best BBQ chicken ever and we loved the jalapenos. The pesto chicken was beautiful and so good, pesto was perfect and not oily. The best ever, fabulous crust too.

My bf and I had read many positive reviews about Pizza Series and after multiple failed attempts to try it, due to hours of operation and them “running out of dough” we were finally successful. I can see how they run out of dough. Their NY style pizza is delicious and the place was packed between people eating in and coming in for takeout. We split a NY style pizza with half pep & more half sweet heat. Everything about the pizza was perfection from the crust to the toppings. The drizzle on the sweet heat is to die for. We enjoyed our pizza so much we decided to go back for another visit and try the Detroit style. Personal preference perhaps but I was not a fan. The same sweet heat flavors were there but the consistency of ingredients was unbalanced and the crust was quite tough to eat. I actually scratched the roof of my mouth trying to eat a slice. Lesson learned. NY style is the way to go for us.
I like that they have pizza by the slice at lunch. The pizza is decent. I got a garden salad and buffalo wings. The side salad was fresh and had good leafy greens. The buffalo wings could have been crunchier, but the texture was acceptable. But the buffalo sauce was the worst I've ever had. It was buffalo sauce but too sweet. I liked that they had blue cheese, though. Overall a good experience. I just hope they fix their buffalo sauce.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Truly amazing pizza. That being said, the woman at the front counter taking my order was curt, short, impatient and completely uninterested in accommodating any of my requests. She made me feel like i was annoying and inconveniencing her with every question or request I had. It's a shame that a restaurant that serves such amazing pizza has such poor customer service.
Wanted to wait until I took the takeout pizza home and ate some before I wrote this review. Disappointed for sure. I was told they would call my name when the pizza was ready("in about 25 min"). I sat at a small table not far from the register, at about 35 min I walked over to the oven area and saw my name on a box on top of the oven. I asked the guy "how long has that been up there...no one called my name?". He had to go get someone from the register to translate. She seemed uninterested. Then I noticed it said "6:55" on the box, which means it had been sitting on the oven for 14 minutes. Result? It's mostly burned(lots of charred pepperoni, very hard, chewy crust all the way around). All of this happened while 3+ people hovered around the registers and yapped the entire 35 minutes I was there. Nice staff, but clearly need a manager around on a Saturday night, or at least someone who cares. Pizza would probably be better if not burned from lazy staff not checking orders. The reaction from the person who I asked about "how long it was there?"....casually, with zero emotion while walking away "sorry". It was not busy really...shebjad nowhere to be. Couldn't care less. Went back to socializing. I write this in hopes you do better. It would be great if this pizza place would do well for Scott's valley. Train or hire better. Please do better, especially for $30...I'm shocked. Likely not spending money here again unless I hear/see changes in how it's managed.

The pizza has gone downhill. The crust was tasteless and the cheese was super greasy. The only redeeming quality was the cupping pepperoni. Also, there was a hair in my crust. Don’t waste your money here - lots of better places to go in town.

It was certainly one of the worst pizzas I've had in my life. The ingredients were very cheap. It was extremely spicy and didn't have any taste. The crust tasted horrible, very hard and no flavor at all. You would be better off eating a box it came in.
