When at the beach, with the locale, the people and the local shops you just have to check them out. Once again the Psychic didn't see me coming, so I left.

Lots of places I use.... Pavillion is great. Has a shipping place, one of my fave Italian places and a great Sushi place. Plus a a really good Cosmic Sub shop, CVS and a number of other places! Go here all the time!
I love this store, when I walked in I was immediately struck with how clean and open it was, ine can the vastness of the store and their wine collection rivals the finest in the winemaking industry! Add to this, the staff... Well who am I to Judge? Just fantastic, they want to help you and they do! Overall, going here will ruin you experience at any other store, they have really set the bar by which all grocery stores should be measured!
Best mix of different places do you can get whatever you need. It’s a cozy center with a great Pavilions and good restaurants. Finbar won many awards for their delicious Italian food. Parking is easy and there’s lots of fitness and salons.
Nice shops. We're very appreciative that the restrooms were open. It seems like a lot of local businesses are using the Covid-19 fear tactic to not let customers use their restrooms, but the ones at this location were open. Thank you again.
This is always a nice time beautiful little town. They have lots of restaurants and boutique shops. You can enjoy taking a stroll on the pier you can go to the bakery and have a treat you can eat at El burrito Junior one of my favorites or you can take a walk on the pier or around the beautiful little nursery you can shop you can go and have a drink at the many bars it’s a great little town.
I wish I would have taken some pictures of the screen, it was a beautiful site and beach. One of the main things that you notice at beaches are the bathrooms are always disgusting. Estimate is not you are using the restroom experience, clean inside and looked like recently renovated
Quiet and very clean. Not dog friendly on the beach
The staff's extremely nice, and seem to really enjoy their work. Been here twice both times for just standard annual checkups for my cat. And a few times just to pick up flea treatments without the cat.
Absolutely the Best time ! Even found parking right in front of the sand yards from the beach front...clean and great supervision of patrols.little town with cute Irish pubs and shops (kite shop the best for those who love to fly kite's) a must see to believe beach!! Have A great time...
This area has every kind of food you can think of, plus other shops. Really cool set up, and you could spend all day right here...

One of my favorite hang-outs growing up in SoCal. I've always love this quaint beach - somewhat home for me. Friendly beach goers, facilities are adequate, good food down Main street and the atmosphere of a private beach is always a plus.
Love shopping here, if you don't like something take it back! I've taken back things without a receipt, still not a problem! Super friendly workers! Great cut flowers!
For a grocery store it was nicer than some and not as nice as nice as others.
I only go here a couple of times a year because they have a couple of wines that I really like. They've always got all of the regular grocery store stuff and it's a clean store in a nice 'hood. Can't give it the full 5 stars, though, because I find the bulk of the staff quite cold (with the exception of one wonderful woman who was super kind and helpful).
Seal Beach Shopping Center is a good mix of one of everything you may need, based on its demographics. No grocery store. There is a Dollar Tree for house, personal, car, & craft needs. No fresh food though. I've recently discovered the Primrose Cafe, which has the best omelets @ almost 1/2 the price of anywhere else in the area. A must try!! A Chase Bank and a Carl's Jr. A dentist and a mobility store. What they don't have are shade trees. Not a one in the whole parking lot from one end to the other. Not a spot of protection from the burning sun. ( I just find that strange being in the back yard of a 55 + Retirement Community.)
