I came here for Glazer's photo fest last week. It's a beautiful property in SLU with large areas available for hosting situations. I didn't interact with the staff at all but greatly enjoyed my experience here.

The social club (membership required) has a very cool, modern vibe. There are co-working areas, a bar, a restaurant, a rock climbing wall, Peloton bikes, locker rooms with shower, and a coffee bar in the lobby. The food is good and reasonably priced. The bar is well stocked. Service is friendly. Easy to locate. Parking is street parking (for a fee) or one of the nearby lots/garages (for a fee).

LOVE this place especially all of the wonderful art and sculptures throughout the venue. What's more is that these hanging elements along the ceiling are essentially a reverse topology map of the local area. So cool!

What a gorgeous coworking space! The design is beautifully and thoughtfully Pacific Northwest and feels like a perfect home away from home as a freelancer. The people are warm and inviting, the hosted events have been a wonderful way to organically connect and network with other creatives, and with a restaurant and cafe built in, I now practically live here. Oh, and the Alpenglow room with the hammock egg chairs? Icing on the perfect cupcake.

This is my new favorite spot for business meetings. The staff was super friendly and the food was so good! Look at that sandwich. Looks good right? Go get it before noon. And if you're after noon, get the truffle fries. You're welcome. ✌😁

The Collective is an outdoor oasis right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Their grand opening was a blast with a warm atmosphere, live art, music, fun people, and delicious snacks. To help elevate the visual component it was our pleasure to activate a number of features inside the venue. Features such as an entryway projection of topographic lines, to uplighting throughout, and also a smash hit projection mapping feature on the mural of resident artist, Mimi Kvinge. Good times were had and many thanks once again to the team at The Collective!

I attended a private event on a Saturday night. This space was everything. The lavender drink they make is 5/5. The outdoor and indoor space is everything.

Just here to review the food. It was flawless. I had some special copper river caught salmon with the most delicious mushroom cheesy risotto + asparagus. I’d come back just for that.

If I could give this place six stars, I would! The food and drinks were fantastic. Plus, they have socially distant seating. But, what put this place over the top was the AMAZING service!! The servers, the bartenders- everyone was so sweet! Three of us were vegetarians, and they accommodated us so well. They had a wide selection of vegetarian options, but were also willing to modify other items on the menu the best they could.

They have karaoke on Fridays that is open to the general public from 7 pm - 11 pm with a great selection of songs and amazing karaoke host! The bar staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is so beautiful and they have some nice food options.

Was there for a family members birthday party, the staff is very helpful, the space is really dope to hold a event. And the cleaning was pretty straightforward as well. It’s a little bit expensive, but if you’re a creative or an entrepreneur and you need to work in space it actually makes more sense to become a member, if you’re going to throw events

I had a wonderful time at a fundraising event today. It's a beautiful venue!

My business partner and I found the collective while waiting for a business meeting. This is a great collaboration space with a unique take in a co-working environment (it's more of a profession social / work club than a co-worker space). Awesome decor, great food services, cool people.

The Collective salon is amazing, I love the relaxing feel I get when I'm there. Randy is very talented with hair, he has just the technique you're looking for, to always come out looking your best. My hair looks amazing every time!

The Collective is amazing. Clubs are stuffy, elitist, tired and boring. The Collective has real working spaces, good events, amenities I can actually had such as showers, and most of all creative, continuously updated and excellent food and beverage. The Third Place idea gets a big adjustment with this place, and finally has a reasonable model for this century. I meet people here, eat here, sneak away to get a quiet work session, and don't have to worry about spending because I'm paying for the space. This is awesome.

We always feel at home. Food is pretty good (the hamburger is an institution here) and there is an interesting beer wall to choose from. This place has a cool vibe and we really like it.

Their catering is awesome! We used the collective to cater a memorial service and they were so easy to work with. Their communication was professional and timely. On the day of the event. They just jumped right in without needing much attention or support from us, which was wonderful as we could focus on our day. The food was incredible!! And honestly, I feel like their food was almost underpriced. It was such high-quality. We ordered off their appetizer menu and every single item we ordered was fantastic. 100% recommend!

The wood chandelier proclaims awesomely, simplified beauty. If you manage compulsive counting, this is a place to allow yourself to be astonished and comfortable. It was for me! The Collective Seattle is brilliant.

We attended a party tonight where there were approximately 140 people there. It’s a very northwest feel. It was comfortable and spacious for size group. Staff was very good and I would recommend it.

Such a great experience spending a day at the collective. It’s a very cool and impressive spot. Thank you for your hospitality and help! It was great. (But the Wi-Fi was not amazing. It cut out twice during my meetings. Once while I was actually being filmed for tv by the ppl I was in the call with. so, it was a bit unprofessional in that sense.). But overall great. Just not the best Wi-Fi for high-intensity video calls and screen sharing.

Though the facility aligns itself with a political cause, the appetizers, including the chocolate chip cookies, were great! The beers on tap were all IPAs & Pale Ales, whereas I am a Stout & Porter frequented, their cold water was excellent tasting---& I know good tasting h2o! They also had bicycle parking nearby, which I appreciated.

This club is pretty kick back and relax. They have rock climbing wall, garden of hammocks, and fun work desk. There are showers and towels. The food and drinks here are good. Must have the crab nachos. It is so good.

Excellent post-work meet-up location for drinks and dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating in with subtle rustic / cabin decor, a membership may be required (check their site for whether this is necessary).

Interesting concept with moderately flavorful cusine, but some improvement could be made with service. Location allows for plenty of parking under the building.

Came for an event and it's cool but I could see the novelty wearing off quickly.

The membership here is a trap. I was already skeptical entering a membership here, and they way they have handled our membership has confirmed that there was good cause for skepticism. First, the Collective is little more than a large coffeeshop, however with worse WiFi. They have a restaurant with good, but overpriced food for daily consumption. Their space with the rock wall is hardly usable as they always rope it off every time there is an event. The social aspect of the membership is hardly sociable. It's a we-work, there is no social aspect. Second, we canceled our membership over two months ago. There was nothing in the contract regarding 30 day notice. I have read through the contract thoroughly. We were charged for up to 30 days after cancellation. There is also a loyalty fee if you cancel before 6 months. We were told this may be waived because of our grievances, but it was not. I feel nickel and dimed. Overall I am extremely unhappy with our decision to join as members and urge everyone else thinking about it to go to a coffee shop instead. There's a Capital One cafe two blocks away where you can work for free. Their WiFi is way better.

The space is beautiful and membership is what you make of it. That said with the a few exceptions, the staff is largely unhelpful, there is a lot of disorganization, and the overall service is fair at best. I also experienced much frustration related to billing mistakes while I was a member that took way too long to correct.

Visited the ground floor venue during as Winter Holiday Party. The climbing net was a novel idea but realistically just an attractive nuisance. I saw someone get hurt trying to climb out. The pseudo log stumps were another terrible design element, total trip hazards. The acoustics were very industrial with nothing to break up the sound bouncing around. The coat rack, which is located directly adjacent to the bathroom hand washing station, was dramatically insufficient for the 50 guests in the space (coats and bags heaped into the area and spilled over the floor). Someone please call the designer up and force them to attend/observe an event in that space.

I joined The Collective thinking the $250 monthly MAC credit would make membership worthwhile. What they don’t explain clearly is that it only applies to pre-tax, pre-tip food and drink, and it doesn’t roll over. You pay the full amount each month regardless of what you use. Over three months, I ended up paying nearly $1,000, and I only ate 8 meals total. That’s over $120 per meal when you break it down. If you don’t hit the exact $250 in eligible spend every month, you lose the rest of the credit. Add taxes, service charges, and tips, and it adds up fast. The space is nice, and the staff are friendly, but unless you're using the club frequently and know how to game the billing system, it just doesn’t make financial sense.

I joined the collective to work out of for my fully remote job. I’m in the process of canceling after two months and the process has been a little rough. This coworking space is best for social meetings. It’s not great for working on a computer all day for several reasons: all the chairs are either too tall or short relative to the tables to have a proper set up (it’s more like lounging areas), street parking outside is limited to two hours so I had to constantly move my car, and there are no closed rooms/phone booths to take meetings. I found myself sitting on floor cushions taking meetings in public on multiple occasions, which is not ideal. It’s only open from 9-5 most days, making it difficult to commute in before my meetings start. I wish it was open later to at least accommodate social hang time. The staff are not very professional/informed. I was told that room rental fees were waived for members, but when I inquired about how much an event space would cost, it was impossible to get a straight answer and I kept getting referred to talk to different people. I’ve had waiters at the restaurant that consistently bring credit cards/bills to the wrong tables. It’s impossible to get a hold of staff when calling with questions and such. The cancellation process has been very frustrating. As another reviewer said, they’re making me wait an additional 30 days (a requirement that is stated nowhere in my membership contract) so I’ll end up paying an additional month’s fee plus a hefty cancellation fee. I’ve emailed asking about this and the timeline for charges, but haven’t gotten any response. Calling always goes to voicemail. Be VERY wary and VERY sure this club is for you, or else it’s going to be an expensive mistake. I’d rather work from home and buy a membership at a climbing gym. The space has so much potential and I thought this club was different, but I am unfortunately leaving with a pretty bitter taste in my mouth.

Used this venue for an event. The space is cool and although the "event staff" were underwhelming the experience was highway robbery. When I arrived, just under 2 hrs before the event start time (as I was told to), nothing was ready. They were still setting up the bar and figuring out the A/V when my guests arrived which was very embarrassing. But the reason for 1 star (I would give negative stars if I could) is because of the fraudulent billing. We were charged double what our guests consumed, there were misplaced bottles of wine that I had brought but I was still charged a corkage fee, they charged my card before I reviewed the bill and gave consent. Apparently, they are notorious for "messing up people's bills". If I had known this fact, I would have looked for another venue are at a minimum stood by the bartender and counted every drink myself. Save yourself the headache and don't work with these con artists.

I came in today without knowing this place requires membership. A guy with dyed pink hair asked me about the membership. I said no and I told him my boyfriend has been to this place a few times for coffee, I wasn't quite sure whether he is a member here, then I called my boyfriend, and he said he didn’t know about the membership. When I was trying to figure out what’s going on, the guy asked me to leave this place and wait outside (although I was still talking with him and I told him my boyfriend was just around the corner). A few seconds later, my boyfriend got in. So my boyfriend turned out not knowing this place requires membership either. He has been here a few times, but no one ever asked him about the membership. If we had known this club was membership only, we wouldn’t go until we become the members here - that's common sense. We would definitely follow the rules after figuring out all the things. The thing was not about the membership stuff, it was about the unwelcoming and unkind attitude the guy held. Due to the culture the employee was conveying here, we will never consider becoming members in this club!

Predatory sales practices. Akin to buying a used car from a shady dealer in an oversized suit.
