I had read about Seborga before visiting family in Bordighera. Enjoyed an afternoon exploring the hills and stopped at Marcellino's for lunch. Some how managed to hit mushroom season and the porcini risotto was out of this world. Add the view and the wine and late lunch at Marcellino's was definitely a top dining experience. I can't wait to come back.

When in the Principality of Seborga head to Marcellino's for lunch or dinner and you'll discover fine cuisine, good wines and friendly service. You have my word! After our last visit, a special thumbs up for young Nassim. Excellent service and always with a smile! We went again today 14 Jan '20 and, under new management now, I upgraded to 5star. Better cuisine, more choice, even better value for money at around 30 euro from prosecco to expresso.

Marcelino’s is open again!!! Great news for anyone looking for amazing food in a quaint location with great views, Marcelino’s has re-opened. We just ate here 2 nights in a row and the food is delicious! Under new management but with the same great chef that some of you Might remember from a few years ago. Open everyday except Monday lunch and dinner lunch and dinner. Hours will be updated soon (or so they tell me) They have a small bar, great coffee (of course)

The gamberi carpaccio starter was truly extraordinary. The primi piatti were more disappointing. The service was a bit slow.

Such high expectations, and such a disappointment. We were three people with a child and ordered the simplest pasta for the child right away — it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. By that time, the child was already crying because he was hungry. The waiting time was beyond imaginable. It only got worse: the starter and one main course were served at the same time, while the second main course never arrived at all, even after almost two hours of waiting. How is this even possible in Italy? Especially in a restaurant that is far from cheap. But i should admit that the food and the view is amazing. So if you’re ready ro wait forever then it’s worth it.

Very disappointed as said on website was open but when I got there closed. So need to call if wanting to go I guess.
