We were surprised by the place. Since it was located in a shopping center, we expected something different in terms of flavor and service. But we were very wrong. The service was first-class. Our table was for six people, with very little Italian in our language, and they treated us first-class. They were very patient with us and made sure our order was exactly as we tried to explain it. And everything was perfect. The food and flavor were excellent. And the price was very fair on everything. So, without a doubt, 5☆.

Really enjoyed the food here! Everything tasted great, and the timing of the service was just right. The staff were super friendly and helpful—even though some didn’t speak English, they still made an effort and were very kind. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend and I’d definitely come back again!

Overall very satisfying experience. Food was above average and o wouldn’t mind repeating. The pizza was exceptional. The atmosphere received a 4star because its buzy and rather crowded. Understandably, its part of the fashion outlet. Recommended!

This is the place that you definitely MUST eat/drink! We sat here twice for a day.. seriously it was amazing. The PIZZA's were CRAAZY! The cheeses were tasty, too! You should try it! 101% worth it!

Fashionable place, in pace with the luxury outlet. To go or a la carte menu. Very nice staff. They mainly serve pizza and pasta, and a wide range of salads and plateaus that include mozzarella. We'vre tried several type of pizza and they were perfect. Delicious tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala - a true joy. Coperto in included. Service is fast.

Cibo di qualità...abbiamo chiesto come mai la pizza fosse così leggera e digeribile..lievito madre e farina tipo 1! La chicca "tartufino" nel caffè 😋

La qualità e l’offerta non manca. Mangiare qui è una certezza. Solo il servizio non è a livello con le pretese del marchio. Comunque consigliato.

Sosta pranzo dopo un giro per negozi dell'outlet, buon cibo ed ottimo vino bianco Gavi Doc di Tassarolo 🥂 Raissa, la giovane ragazza che ci ha servite, è stata molto gentile e premurosa 🤗; avevamo il cane e per prima cosa ci ha subito portato una ciotola con acqua per Daisy. Non appena le ho detto della mia intolleranza alimentare si è informata in cucina

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Menù vario e goloso. Prodotti di ottima qualità e cucina impeccabile. Servizio un po' scadente ma il personale si è mostarto sempre gentile e disponibile.

Ho pranzato in un giovedì di agosto e mi sono trovato abbastanza bene. L’ambiente è ben arredato e curato ed il personale è gentile. Il servizio è leggermente lento e i piatti abbastanza cari per quello che ti viene dato. L’affettato, specialmente il crudo era buonissimo.

Un ambiente grande e luminoso, buoni i piatti, c'è molta scelta, la materia prima si sente che è di qualità, forse il prezzo leggermente alto ma posso capire che le spese da sostenere nn siano poche. Un consiglio aumenterei le dosi dei piatti leggermente in modo da avere un rapporto qualità prezzo più competitivo.

Obicà Mozzarella Bar consigliato come pausa shopping: locale accogliente, piatti ottimi, offerta discretamente variegata, personale cordiale e disponibile. Concordo con il fatto che non si distingua per economicità, tuttavia mi sembra in linea con i costi nelle altre attività ristorative all'interno dell'outlet. Inoltre il prezzo mi sembra proporzionato alla qualità dei piatti e del servizio.

Il cibo e stato molto apprezzato ma il servizio.... Da dilettanti, non si può versare una bottiglia di birra addosso alle persone e dopo le scusa farò finta d niente, solo un mi scusi e io mi pago la lavanderia.

Si trova dentro l'outlet di Serravalle Scrivia, Ho fatto una sosta per un buon caffè, personale gentile....

Eat the world

Walking into a chain restaurant usually means keeping expectations low. Obicà did the opposite and showed that a chain can still deliver excellent ingredients and well executed dishes. The BUFALA pizza was spot on with an airy crust and clean, real flavor. The smoked mozzarella DOP ball was outstanding with its soft texture and deep, rich taste that fills your whole palate. Service was the weak link. Slow, scattered and missing a firm managerial presence. Yes, we arrived during a busy hour, but it still affected the experience. Despite that, this place is definitely worth a visit, especially if you appreciate genuinely good mozzarella.

We had lunch here after getting tired from shopping. The place was quite crowded and a bit chaotic, and we had to put our name down and wait for about fifteen minutes to be called. The staff let us wait in a separate area. The dining space was limited, and the tables were fairly close to each other. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the dishes tasted great.

Affordable place to eat when shopping at the outlet. Ordered two pizza, the bufala and the pumpkin&black truffle. Both tasted amazing! Unfortunately the carbonara was too salty, and the lasagna was just so so. Very friendly staffs.

coperto consiste in due semplici posate e un tovagliolo di carta – nemmeno una tovaglietta. Considerando il costo, l’ho trovato eccessivo e poco curato. Qualità del cibo buona L’acqua (due bottigliette da mezzo litro) a 5 euro mi è sembrata davvero fuori mercato. La “piccola degustazione”, pur interessante, era talmente esigua da sembrare più una prova che una vera portata. Nel complesso, l’impressione è stata quella di un’esperienza poco proporzionata al prezzo pagato, sia in termini di servizio che di qualità complessiva.

Preso un espresso, servizio pessimo, tre ragazze e nemmeno una che ha detto buongiorno o prendesse la ordinazione. Ho dovuto aspettare che una si degnasse. L'ho fatto presente anche alla reception.

Mi spiace ma 13 euro una Margherita con 4 e dico 4 fettine di mozzarella e una l'adrenalina speso 50 euro per una Margherita un piatto di carbonara due acque da mezzo litro una coca e un vero furto lo sconsiglio se girate mangiate meglio e spendete molto meno
