Tonight we decided to eat a piadina here and order via the app, a system widely promoted by this chain. The pickup time is set for 7:20 PM. When we got closer to the exact time to see if the piadinas were ready, we were told they were already ready because they sometimes make them earlier. Honestly, it seems completely pointless to me to prepare the piadina before the scheduled time. The result was that my piadina was barely warm. I wasn't even convinced by the filling, which was very sparse... I always order the same piadina, usually at other restaurants in the chain, and it's always been served with much more filling than this. In short, for someone like me who loves La Piadineria, it was a rather disappointing experience.

I bought a chicken piadina, nothing special; it wasn't delicious, but it wasn't terrible either. I recommend it for a quick lunch, but don't expect top-quality ingredients, because you'll be disappointed. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Piadina buona come tutte quelle della catena, fortunatamente hanno aggiunto le patatine fritte, molto buone anche se lo sarebbero state di più se la signora in cassa evitasse di infilarci le sue mani per mangiarsele mentre è dietro preparare le porzioni toccandole tutte. In conclusione, cibo buono, servizio pessimo!!!

The food is good, but frankly, that's simply because it's a franchise. The staff is unfriendly, refusing to clean the table after I asked them to do so politely. Furthermore, the location is rather ugly, gloomy, and not very clean. I don't recommend this place.

The piadina (a large meatball with pumpkin meatballs) was expensive and half-empty, and even compared to the photos on the menu, it's misleading. The "meatballs," if we want to call them that, didn't even have the shape of a pumpkin, much less taste like pumpkin. Disappointing.

Spesso decido di prendere una piadina alla piadineria, in svariati posti.ovviamente anni fà era totalmente diverso. Piadine ben farcite e gustose, ora hanno diminuito la farcitura un pò ovunque, ma in questo ristorante, è ridicolo spendere circa 8 euro per una piada praticamente vuota. Oltretutto chi lavora qui, è di una maleducazione pazzesca.antipatiche e con zero professionalità. Resta aperto perchè è una catena, altrimenti avrebbe già chiuso!

Non hanno il video per gli ordini, quindi devi far la coda, poi ti trovi davanti uno arrogante che ti dice che non hanno i vassoi e che devi portarti tutto in mano. Area food molto varia, cercate altro

Unfortunately, out of three times, the tomato sauce was sour twice and the artichoke cream once. The staff is friendly, but it's unacceptable that the food is sour and inedible. Do something about it.

The piadina is excellent, you can't go wrong. It's a shame they're completely different from the one I ordered. The atmosphere is chaotic.

After the terrible experience a week ago, we're giving this place a try again. Below is the result... Inedible. To avoid throwing away the food, we ate the inside, but the piadina was completely burned (and from a place called "la piadineria"...). PS. There were three more people to serve, in addition to us.
