No conocía este restaurante, lo encontré por internet y reservé. El propietario es vasco y muy dicharachero, muy cordial y amable, de primero pedimos medio pulpo a la gallega, y francamente exquisito muy rico, también pedimos un cachopo, que era para dos personas, maravilloso, después de la mala experiencia que tuvimos en otro restaurante donde nos lo pusieron crudo, y cuando le indicamos que estaba crudo, se lo llevaron y lo trajeron hecho un chicharrón de frito, yo pedí un bacalao al pil pil, muy rico hacia tiempo que no lo comía y me resultó fantástico, los postres tanto el tiramisú como la tarta de queso que pedimos, riquísimos, nos invitaron a pacharán. Tengo que volver porque vi pasar unos platos con una presencia que abrían el apetito.

El servicio es excelente y la comida es muy rica. Soy turista y me explicaron todo excelente, disfruté mucho estar ahí y además me regalaron una bolsa muy mona. 🥰 volveré sin duda. Éramos3 personas y compartimos platillos diferentes, comimos postre y bebidas. Excelente.

Lugar excelente para degustar comida típica del norte de España. Nos dejamos recomendar por el dueño, que fue súper simpático y nos encantó todo. Tienen un buen surtido de cervezas, incluyendo algunas de fabricación en el norte las cuales no conocíamos. Probamos el cachopo, champiñón portobello y tiramisù. Todo excelente, se nota que todo lo que cocinan lo hacen con amor y cariño. Son pet friendly dentro y fuera ☺️

Maravilloso descubrimiento, cerca del hotel donde dormía. Arroz marinero con un fondo de marisco buenísimo y súper completo de "chicha". (Por cierto, el 1/2 pulpo de mis vecinos pintaba espectacular) Tarta de queso, queso, casera de mamá con detalle de licor acompañando como colofón. Lugar de cocina casera con maravillosa atención del dueño y cariño casero en lo que hacen. Muy recomendable.

Realmente, un grato descubrimiento. Tan cerca y no lo conocíamos. La comida, la atención de Antonio, el ambiente... de ir a tomar una cervecita, a comer allí los 4, es la mejor muestra de lo agusto que estuvimos. Todo muy rico, sabroso, y bien recomendado. La comida es casera, muy bien elaborada y con sabores auténticos; se nota el cuidado en cada plato y las raciones son generosas. El ambiente es acogedor y agradable, perfecto para disfrutar de la comida con calma. Destacar también el trato del personal, muy atento y cercano, siempre dispuesto a recomendar y hacer que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir.

Fui con mi pareja a cenar. Nos tomamos un rioja que nos aconsejó el dueño (David). Y la verdad que muy rico Cenamos una ensalada mixta que estaba hasta arriba, muy rica con bonito, pimiento de piquillo, aceituna negra, huevo cocido… muy buena De principal una merluza en salsa verde que espectacular, dejamos el plato que no hacía falta meterlo al lavavajillas Y luego un pacharán Sitio recomendable para venir a comer y cenar. Yo me he quedado con las ganas de venir a comer porque el cachopo y las fabes apetecían Un 10! Fotos no subimos porque comimos todo antes del comentario jejeje

We went to L’Orangier for dinner as it was one of the only places open before 8:30pm. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The service was above and beyond and the owner was able to provide recommendations in English, although we have been comfortable ordering in Spanish. The mixed salad was the best we have had in 3 years of spending part of the winter in southern Spain. The beef rib was very tasty. The cheesecake was unique and delicious. The liqueur from the Basque region we finished with was outstanding. Neither of us are huge liqueur but this was next level. Overall we highly recommend this restaurant. The service and food are fabulous and we will be back.

I had a wonderful dinner at this cozy family restaurant. I think the son runs the front of the house and his mother cooks the food. The son was very friendly and answered all of my questions in English, which was very helpful. The leg of lamb was cooked perfectly with a delicious brown sauce, thyme, mushrooms, and fried potatoes. The aroma of the lamb dish was heavenly. I also ordered a salad, which was also good but I did not have enough room to finish it all. For dessert, at the suggestion of the son, I had a delicious, decadent, and dense cheesecake that had notes of caramel (my favorite). I ended my meal with a digestif of an anise-flavored liquor, which was the perfect conclusion to this wonderful meal.

Very lovely restaurant, totally exceeded my expectation! We went a bit early so it was still quite empty, and we also got the chance to have some quick chat with the owner - who is also so friendly and nice - and learned some of the history of the place and other things. A definitely beautiful and clean place, and the food is very delicious. Though, for my friends with small appetite, be aware the portion could be quite big, we kinda struggled to finish in the end - it was really tasty and we don't want to waste but it ended like a fight, haha. A bit pricy but still reasonable consider the overall quality and dining experience. Can easily recommend!

It’s not close the city centre or the famous tourist spots but it’s worth the walk. Trust what the chef recommended and he will not disappoint you. The slow-cooked Octopus was tender, the Paella was moist and fresh and Rioja reserve red wine was balanced. I feel that it has been under-rated compared to those restaurants in the city centre.

What a meal. On a 95 (f) degree day, this was an oasis. The owner was extremely friendly and offered to curate our meal based on what we liked as a group. What followed was a feast, and what a feast it was. After our amazing lunch, he gave us a bag of cold water bottles and offered some suggestions on where to head next. If you are looking for Authentic (and delicious) Spanish food, friendly people and a great atmosphere, this is your place.

The owner ask me what I like, he said cooking here is fr the north, the town of Bilbao, near France, aske me what I like, i said iLike some rice and some pork. So he suggested this pork dish which is a pork elbow, codillo cerdo which was cooked for 6 hours. And for the rice he told me about this rice with mushrooms. It was good, so much flavor, and actually what I ordered was good for 2 people. My meal came with complimentary olives and bread. It’s a good experience for me. I think David is the owner, and Daniela is the server, but David took my order and Daniela served my food. Good restaurant, but i hope they have a MENU. Nice to try food here in Seville, Spain. No entiendo como este sitio tiene críticas buenas, deben ser amigos y familiares escribiendo reseñas falsas. Para empezar la comida que veis en fotos puede parecer apetecible pero es exageradamente cara para la calidad que sirven. Comida mala, sosa y cara. He probado patatas mejores en el McDonalds, y según el camarero o dueño o lo que sea era TODO CASERO (ojo, es la palabra que más le escuche decir). Señor déjeme decirle que si eso es comida casera usted no ha comido bien en su vida, las patatas eran de bolsa congelada del Mercadona no se engañe… encima el hombre era bastante déspota (cosa que puede comprobarse de la manera en la que contesta las críticas). JAMÁS volveré y si me leéis buscaros un buen sitio de tapeo sevillano y no esto.

DO NOT GO THERE. We walked into this restaurant and were greeted by the owner. He first asked what language we spoke, and when we said English, he warmly welcomed us to his “family restaurant.” At first, we thought this would be a good experience. But instead of giving us a menu, he simply asked, “What would you like — seafood, beef, or pork?” When we answered, he only suggested one dish of lamb and beef. I found it strange that there was no menu at all. When I asked for one, he said that since it was “August,” an off-season in Seville, which is absolutely wrong, he didn’t have a menu. He also said the menu would be changing in September, not a good reason. He also claimed that the handwritten dishes on the wall, not all of them were available — which seemed odd, because he could easily erase or update them if that were true. I am including a picture of the menu written on the wall to prove that I was there in the restaurant. Things started to feel suspicious. When I asked how much the meal would cost, he immediately produced a printed bill for €130 — in a regular restaurant on the corner of a hospital. That was a red flag. I decided to leave. I was polite and honest, saying I have to pass and that I’d never seen a restaurant with no clear menu. The owner became angry. I even offered to pay for the bottle of water my son had already opened, but instead, he snapped, “Bye! Go to McDonald’s down the road!” No manners, no menu, and a ridiculous price — this felt like a complete scam. Don’t be fooled by the friendly greeting. Check the low-star reviews and see how he responds to them — you’ll notice the same rude and unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable restaurant instead. I’m sure he’ll reply to this review calling me “cheap” or claiming I didn’t try his food. But I refuse to be scammed — and travelers deserve to know the truth.
