We had lunch at Bar Gambrinus. The place is very nice, the experience was excellent. They have tables on the terrace and the lounge is very cool. The food was delicious, well served, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was very attentive, always with a smile. Definitely a place to return to and recommend to those looking for good quality and a good price.

La comida para mi gusto no está buena las espinacas con garbanzos. Regular. Langostinos con queso.mal. y los chipirones. No sabían a nada. En definitiva la comida mucho que desear.

My bad experience was that they share a bathroom with the entire mall, but the women's bathroom was locked, and the men's bathroom was disgusting. Whether it was people's fault or not, I'm sure the person in charge of cleaning or tidying it hadn't been around since at least that morning, and it was 10 p.m. There was a watermelon in the toilet and a lot of wet dirt on the floor. No toilet paper, and it was better not to touch anything. The terrace was prominently displayed by some very annoying little flying bugs.

A terrible experience. The customer service at El Gambrinus Brewery is appalling: disrespectful, rude, and completely unwilling to help or resolve anything. Poor management and an unprofessional attitude. We won't be back and I don't recommend it.

Completely unusable. Rude, completely unacceptable, and the staff mocked the customers. We asked for something as simple as two tables to be pushed together, and not only did they refuse, but they laughed at us. If they don't know how to treat people with respect, they should find another line of work. There are plenty of bars where they do know how to provide good service. We won't be back.

I'm sorry to have to leave this review because after more than three years of having breakfast there daily, they've lost a customer today. I'm not going to publish the name of the ungrateful person who treated me with contempt, rudeness, and a lack of empathy, but I do want to congratulate the team: Anabel, Riquel, Gloria, Belén, Tatiana—in general, the entire team except for one person. I wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I used to love it there, but I recently went for breakfast... and aside from the fact that they didn't have gluten-free bread and other things, they refused to take our order because we didn't have a table. They said there were tables available, but we didn't know the number. They refused repeatedly, which is absurd when you pay upfront.

Well, after several days in the hospital, which wasn't just once in a week, it turns out that one day the tears were sour, another day the potato salad was also spoiled, and to top it all off, I didn't go to breakfast alone. I had to queue without being able to get a table because I wasn't going to leave my bag unattended on the street, and when it came time to ask for a table, they said they needed a table number. I told them I was alone and that I couldn't get a table until I asked, and without offering any solution, they just left me hanging and went to do something else. In short, for several reasons, I felt compelled to leave a bad review for a week.

Terrible food and terrible service. The sirloin with whiskey and inedible tears were super salty. The cheeks were super dry and you could tell they were reheated from the microwave. They charge you for the cutlery and don't give you bread. If you ask for bread, they charge you extra (70 cents a piece, which was a flea). I don't recommend it.

Today we went to this bar and what a terrible food experience 🤮. We ordered a plate of croquettes, they looked good but... what a surprise... they were sour and bland. We also had a tapa of sirloin steak, which was bland with a lot of sauce but had a very strong flavor. Finally, we had a tapa of fried hake that was mixed with marinated dogfish, which had absolutely no flavor. They gave us a small bag of breadsticks for two people and a couple of flat soft drinks. When we went to pay at the bar, another surprise... a small cockroach 🪳 scurrying across the bar, oh my god! I wouldn't go back even if they paid me! There was also a couple begging at the tables, which made it impossible to eat in peace, and the staff didn't say anything to them. It's not a cheap place for what they serve. The only good thing I can say is that the waitress was wonderful.

A lot of unsavory characters come in to beg and bother customers, and they steal, and then nobody takes responsibility for anything, even though there are security cameras. It's shameful. The furniture is broken. Furthermore, regular customers are refused breakfast for just a minute after 12:00 PM and are even spoken to rudely. It's disgraceful.

This business has been around for over 15 years, and this is my first time stopping by. We measured the Iberian pork shoulder, and it was as dry as a bone, and the potatoes were refried. The burrito was cold inside. I wouldn't recommend it. I won't be back.
