The personalized service was unbeatable. I went in asking about knitting supplies without having a clue what I was looking for, and the women who helped me were incredibly helpful and friendly. That alone makes visiting the shop worthwhile. They also have a good selection of art supplies and stationery.

Well, my experience was complicated. I was sitting in the doorway of the store and saw a vinyl cutter (Cricut) in the window. I just went in out of curiosity, and I got a super friendly saleswoman who made me realize I couldn't live without it. The next day, I got a Cricut Maker 4 at home (but I only came to look!) hahaha. I just want to say that the store has everything, and the staff, besides being super friendly, have such knowledge that it makes it very easy to get started in this world. I wanted to thank them, but I didn't know how, and I think this is the best way. THANK YOU for your advice, and I hope there are more businesses like this. A word of warning for the curious: don't look inside the store; it'll draw you in, and you'll leave with a shopping cart.

A true marvel; you only have to look at the number of positive reviews this shop has. It's a blessing to have a store in Seville that sells these products. What's more, the quantity and variety are spectacular. Ideal for children, gifts, craft get-togethers. They also have board games, puzzles... It's worth going to Lagoh just for this shop. I haven't seen this variety of craft supplies anywhere else.

He ido en varias ocasiones porque tienen una amplia variedad de artículos para manualidades, papelería, etc. y puedes encontrar cosas específicas que en otros sitios no. Pero sí que coincido con otras opiniones en que la última vez que fui estaban bastante vacías las estanterías, estaba todo como arrasado, no habían a penas bolígrafos, ni bastidores de punto de cruz, nada en general... por suerte lo que yo buscaba sí que había pero para otra persona que buscase otra cosa pues hombre es un fastidio no encontrar de nada, la verdad. Además, desde mi punto de vista claro está, el precio de ciertos artículos es elevado pero bueno como consumidores decidimos si comprar o no.

The other two sales assistants were practically begging for a coffee and a pastry, as they were constantly chatting away to customers. A little chatting is one thing (I understand), but five working days is excessive, and a queue was forming. We appreciate you, Marta, for saving us from not getting to the cinema on time. Today, November 7, 2025, we went into the store to buy a tee for my son. When we didn't have any in stock and went to pay, a somewhat cheeky or cocky employee (I don't have a word for it) told my wife, "I'm a customer, just a moment, I'll give you my phone number." The employee replied, "I'm not a mind reader," and with a bit of nonchalance, asked my wife if there was a problem. 😵‍💫 They charged us for the tee, and as we were about to leave the store, the security alarm went off. We didn't go back and told them we had nothing. My wife put the tee on the counter. The employee who hadn't helped us called her colleague to check that no one from her department was in the tee. The employee who hadn't helped us said the tee wasn't ours. My wife realized she hadn't removed the tag 🏷️ from the tee, trying to make us look bad in front of the other customers. At no point did she apologize for the mistake, which was the employee's fault, not ours in any way. At the moment, the treatment I received from some employees at this store was deplorable. Not all of them are the same; I got the worst of them. "You made a mistake, and you want us to take the blame?" she said. "As an employee, it's your duty, not ours, to be more professional in your work and not embarrass customers because of your lack of professionalism." She's a tall, dark-haired girl. I don't go to this store often, but if they continue treating me like this, I will stop. And I'm sorry.
