I went here with my carpenters discount and was amazed at the variety and quality of products they carry. Very helpful but overtly slow employees, all in all a great place to shop if you have an account discount.

Can only give three stars because all it takes is one person to lower a company's rating. In the case today, it was Lucy (sp?). The manager, Steve, was great and pleasant to interact with, but just like Lucy from the Peanuts, the Lucy at Richelieu was needlessly unpleasant today. So unfortunate because the place is nice, well organized, and offers a good selection.

The most upsetting part of this business has to be its customers service!! Every time customers want Service a ticket must be grabbed. In my opinion this ruins the business, it excludes customers from asking general questions without having to wait 30 minutes. I would not go back just because of that.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The worst service of any company I have ever experienced in my life! Ordered some installation screws and fast caps on Dec. 12, 2018, two weeks later received my fast caps, as of today January 14 - 2019 I still haven't received my installation screws. I called them and was put on hold and 20 minutes I hung up and called back and was put on hold again and finally was told they would call me back within the hour and that was a week ago and still haven't heard from them. This company is toxic, avoid them at all cost, I'm a contractor and had to hold off on installing cabinets because of the situation. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company and having this charge taken off. I found another company called E.B. Bradley and they have my orders delivered within 2 to 5 days. I wish I would've read the previous reviews before I did business with this company .

Extremely inattentive front desk staff. Waited 20 minutes while staff ignored us and attended to customers who came in the door much later. Particularly rude condescending lady at the front desk, will take our business somewhere else. The way we were treated was shameful even by the comparatively low standards of being in the South. Not so nice to Vendors... I worked for a Door Hardware Manufacturer several years ago and sold these guys Sliding and Folding Door Hardware, this was before Richeleiu had acquired them. Every order that was shipped to them was supposedly "short"....I had my guys in shipping take photos of the quantities before they left; and they still showed up short, blaming it on the Freight line every time it happened. After asking around, I found out we were not the on Vendor where this happened. Hopefully they cleaned house after the buyout and started from scratch.

I am waiting in the store as I type this. As a contractor time is money for me. I never can come into this store and be served in less than 45 mins to an hr. What's just as frustrating is that there is so many staff members here and are often sitting behind the counter not serving, talking to each other or just pretending to be busy!?? If you can get past this, then the service is actually really good as are the products. But the wait time kills the visit for me every single time!!
