I had never been to a BWW but we were out with friends that wanted to go, so I thought why not check it out. It is a casual place to eat which is what I prefer. The food was good but the service from our server is what made it a great 1st experience. Natalie was very attentive and very personable and genuinely cared that had everything we needed throughout our visit. It is hard to find servers like that anymore.

I don't understand some of these bad reviews. I went to get food here the other day, was seated quickly. My waitress, Natalie, was fantastic. She was extremely kind, personable, and made no mistakes. When the food came out, it was delicious. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food.

I recommend this place 100%. It's very nice,clean and their chicken wings are delicious. The service was excellent and the waiter attention was outstanding. If you are sport's lover this is your place.

This location is never a let down!! I find myself coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings every once in a while even though I don't live in the area anymore, I still have family here. Every single time I order out or dine-in I find myself wishing that the Buffalo wild wings by my house was like this one. There's always smiling faces, management is always ready to help you. I also feel like they go above and beyond with their food. If there is a mistake of any kind management is quick to fix it. Gerardo is one of those managers with a smile on his face he's always ready to help you and he goes way beyond what's necessary to keep you, the customer, happy. The staff seem at ease with him around and lately I've been noticing that a lot of dine-in establishments have a manager that walks around looking to crack the whip. At this location it seems like everybody's having fun and there's a respect that they all have for each other. You'll always find me coming back to this location when I'm in town.

Good place to chill with your friends. They got plenty of choice to drink and their wings are best in the town. I always love to be on this place. This place is best to hang out with your friends and family. I like to be on bar but you may sit in regular tables if you are there with your family. You can smoke in bar after 9PM. Believe me, this is one of the best place in our city.

Top of the list to hang out! I got traditional drumsticks with mild sauce - just the drum sticks! The buffalo chips are also really good. Awesome environment! The servers are the best. They became my friends after only a couple of visits. Its really lively here!

Great wings, decent location. We got seating at the bar because the line to get seated was long, despite lots of tables looking available. Went here on a Tuesday for the BOGO deal, definitely worth it. I would hesitate to come here otherwise unless you are really craving wings. The service once you get seated is pretty fast, and the wings came out all at once and hot. Ambiance is kind of dim, but they have lots of TV for sports and shows. We just did an online order for 2 adults meals + 1 kids meal that was supposed to be ready in 20 min. My husband arrives there and was told to wait 5 min (not a big deal), those 5 min became 30 so a total of 50 minutes to get your food. Now we are about to eat at home to find out we pay $7.99 for a kids meal poorly prepared, they gave us only 2 very tiny grilled chicken pieces in it (see photo), this was it for us and we are not planning on coming back to this location again. It’s not the first time we have issues with the food or the service when we have eaten in there, At this point I rather just take my money and time somewhere else.

I placed a take out order from this location, and after reading their bad and good reviews I decided to give them a try anyways. Ordered 30 wings, two different flavors, bone in and boneless. After receiving my order everything looked okay on the receipt and I thought my order was very simple didn’t think they could mess that up. When I opened the boxes all of the wings were the same flavor.!! I paid almost $60 to received the wrong order. This was my first and last time here.

Horrible Experience – Never Returning We had an awful experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings The Woodlands location. It took 20 minutes just to get someone to take our drink order, and although our waitress was friendly and did her best, both our food and drink orders were wrong. The place was a mess—tables around us were dirty and it took over an hour for anyone to even attempt to clean them. Even then, no one bothered to pick up the piles of food on the floor. Meanwhile, several staff members stood around chatting behind the to-go counter. The women’s restroom was disgusting—filthy, with no soap or hand towels. It’s concerning to think employees may not even be able to wash their hands properly before returning to work. I voiced my concerns to the manager, who gave a dismissive response: “So you didn’t get service?” When I explained that we did but everything else was wrong, she just said “Oh, sorry” and walked away. Completely unacceptable. We will never return to this location.
