We went for dinner on a weekday and had a really good time. It wasn't crowded, but it was even better. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even brought us extra sauces (which, let's face it, has never happened anywhere else). There's a wide selection of burgers, veggie options, and a variety of bread options, with meat ranging from 150g to 450g. The beer was excellent! And a highlight—and I'm attaching a photo—the fries were incredibly crispy without being too salty. We'll be back! (There's also a small garden with tables where you can eat outside, but given the heat, it was nicer inside, and we had no problem changing tables.)

Delightful! You read that right. I don't know how else to describe their sandwiches other than: delicious, large, delicious, and well-filled. In my opinion, it's the best burger place in Florence, with such a wide selection on the menu that you'll want to try them all! Each one is truly better than the last, and I always try new ones because I never know which one to choose. The photo shows the "Red Burger": a tomato bun, hamburger, lettuce, burrata, bacon, and pickled eggplant. It also comes with a half portion of chips, although half is a lot. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends. Very nice atmosphere, friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. Excellent!

I discovered this place through takeout, drawn by the unique bread (black, yellow, red, etc.) and a wide assortment of sandwiches. Yesterday I ate there for the first time, and we were all more than satisfied. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with walls decorated with images of books and old doors. Everything was delicious, including the desserts. Honorable mention for the chips and the service. Highly recommended.

If you thought it was a nondescript basement, you're wrong. You'll find a secret inn, spacious, friendly, and welcoming like a bookstore, with tables both inside and outside, prompt and courteous service, and a generous and tasty selection of burgers, including a vegetarian one, a salmon one, and also Angus or chicken. They're generally 150-gram burgers, which are already large...but for those really hungry, there are also 300-gram ones and the house star, 450-gram ones. For a touch of originality, you can try the red, green, yellow, coal black, or spirulina blue buns. Unfortunately, the fries are just chips and aren't included. And they're only open in the evenings. But for those in quarantine, there's a home delivery service. Enjoy your meal.

We found this place by chance because we were hungry and craving a good burger. We were rewarded. Located on the outskirts of Florence on a busy street, Ciccia e Briciole has proven to be a great burger joint where you can enjoy excellent, custom-made sandwiches. The choice of sandwiches is all you need. Excellent-quality ham and cheese, and delicious potato chips, different from the usual stick fries. The atmosphere is simple but very well-decorated. Very friendly staff served us in the dining room. The only flaw is that a smile on the face of the manager would have given them the last star. 😜We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Great place, discovered by chance. Excellent meat, large, well-seasoned sandwiches. The fries are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices. Great for a quick bite before a concert at the Viper, which is very close by.... Recommended.

Having ordered through Deliveroo, I can't comment on the restaurant or the service. The sandwiches, however, are decent, despite using rather cheap, industrial-grade bread, typical of fast food restaurants. The fillings are balanced and tasty, without being overly salty. In some cases, the fillings were poorly distributed throughout, perhaps due to transportation. The amount of meat used is probably less than the stated 150g, and the cooking could be a little more pink. The prices are average for standard sandwiches, but excessive for some "special" sandwiches. Little choice of drinks.

We received 8 hamburger sandwiches + 1 salmon (wrong, I never ordered a fish sandwich) ALL COMPLETELY RAW, NOT rare! Since we all eat meat, even tartare or rare. It was absolutely raw. After calling the restaurant to inform them of what happened, Ms. Jessica took the liberty of completely contradicting the 8 customers, without even raising the slightest doubt about the possibility of incorrect cooking. Moreover, these were customers who had already been to the restaurant and found it good. But, after the employee's unprofessional and unsympathetic behavior, I think there is a risk of losing customers, and it's truly a shame. You should reprimand the lady because you don't react to the public by responding rudely, raising your voice on the phone, questioning the customer without proof and with arrogance. Especially after an order of over €90. I feel very sorry for the restaurant.
