Hello I go to this del Taco often this particular time it was a employee in the Drive-Thru service that I never seen before and she was very rude wouldn't let me finish my order rushing me and when I was paying she was arguing at me. Although the employee that I see often she is very nice and has professional customer service and my food comes hot. That's why I gave the service a low star due to the new employee

I told my brother to go to El Pollo Loco for sides but he insisted Del Taco had sides. Well I am having dental work done and wanted pinto beans. He got a "side" of pinto beans which came in a small sauce container for 1.49!! I was literally one large spoon full. Then the youth at the window had no idea what he was saying or even doing.

It’s as straight forward as it gets. It was late and needed some food. This Del Taco was the closest location to me at the time and who can really say no to crinkle cut fries? The service was good and the order was correct. Everything was delicious and hot. It took a while for us to receive our order but it was pretty late. The line at the drive thru was also beginning to get full of drivers. It was a good experience and most likely coming back to this place for the good food, service, and convenience.

April 15, 2025 My most recent visit to Del Taco was a terrible experience with the drive-thru employee who had a (horrible attitude) and wasn't customer friendly at all (like he was angry for not getting a break or something) and the wait time to order and recieve my order afterwards was probably around 20 minutes. I couldn't leave because of vehicles in front and back of my vehicle so I turned my vehicle off several times while in the drive-thru line to preserve gasoline. I won't support this location anymore and probably the other locations as well over this negative experience. The food wasn't hot by the time I finally made it to the pick up window and not worth the bad experience.

I came through the drive through tonight and was double charged for the most expensive item on my receipt. The manager and employee who rang me up were both extremely rude and the manager couldn’t even let me know how long a refund would take. Terrible experience Hailey and Esmeralda. I won’t be coming here again. From a $15 dollar meal to a $27 one. Ridiculous.
