I am here now I ordered 2 SuperSonic Jalapeño Double Cheeseburgers, 2 Large Fries a Large Banna Shake "No Whip Cream on Top" well needless to say the Large cup ain't full, and I've asked for a spoon and larger straw I'm still waiting!!! And it's like shake is supposed to be Fresh Banana it's like liquid not a shake.. the burgers and fries are great. But when I order a shake I'm not ordering a melted shake. See photos.. So it is 07/14/2023 and I decided to go back to the Silsbee Tx location!! "MISTAKE" I order a Jalapeño Double combo large size with a route 44 cherry Limeade! 1st the drink has more ice than liquid get home put straw in, and 5 sips later nothing but ice, 2nd birthday popcorn chicken, it was hard not hot or fresh, like it was sitting off to sude waiting for the next victim. 3rd let's talk boyt their fries, 🤔🤔🤔🤔 they are never hot always soggy not crisp. 4th the burgers poorly put together like who ever made em is just there for the little paycheck, cause they'd rather be their than at home doing chores.. there is never any care from anyone working at the Silsbee Tx location that make the orders. I have literally been going to the Buna Tx location for my sonic fix. However I thought I'd give my local location another shot!! FAILED I won't be back!!! Except to get my last order made FRESH and the issue corrected. I mean now say days $26.43 is $26.43 and dam sure expect my order to be hot & fresh and I'm given everything I ordered. I wouldn't recommend the Silsbee Tx location for anything..

Terrible customer experience at this specific location, but the entire Sonic franchise is steadily going downhill. The already tiny portions are getting even smaller, while prices are increasing. Sonic has become a complete waste of time and money, this location especially

food gave me explosive diarrhea. woke up and was on the toilet for literally 30 minutes. got in the shower and went again and again and again. do not recommend this sonic.

I asked for mustard instead of mayo. She repeated it. Guy brings to car.. he’s says mustard no mayo. I said correct! Got home..MAYO ALL OVER IT. No mustard! I’m done with fast food in Silsbee!

Dare I ever tip anyone here again 5$. Ordered a drink got free fries from app. My drink had so much cream inside of it I might as well of stuck a straw in a can of condensed milk. Immediately disposed of it. I've never seen someone hate their job or possibly life that they would be so rude recieving a 5$ tip before any interaction took place with a customer. Wild , won't be returning. This is the 5th consecutive visit in a row thinking that quality would improve or giving grace that it's just an off day. Wasted enough money here. It's obviously not an off day.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I keep giving this place chances and it’s just a waste of money. They never get my order right and this last time all I ordered was a Route 44 cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper and I got a cherry vanilla water. Don’t waste your time or money here or any other fast food place in Silsbee.

I don't normally make reviews but I literally pulled up with only 2 cars this morning. You would think the food would be hot but me and my wife burgers were completely cold and soggy like they sat in a pile of water before they were brought out. We threw the food away. I remember why I don't eat fast food anymore and just cook at home now.

I pulled into a stall and pressed the button to place my order. When the sonic associate responded, I called out my order. There was no response, and my order was not on the screen. I waited 5 minutes for a response. I gave up, went to the door, and asked the employee if she had taken my order I had given her and told her the stall number. She said I would have to wait for another customer first. I left very disappointed!

The sheer incompetence of this place is amazing. I have had multiple experiences where they leave off an item from my order when they're not even in rush hour only to drive back up there and then wait 10 minutes for them to bring out the item left off. Again, not in rush hour. There were also 4 tots in my small order of tater tots.
