There meatball sandwich is amazingly delicious ! Never had a better one ever. And they are consistent every time. Bread is so soft delivery is not bad .. little cheaper obviously if you go in but delivery is not a bad option...

Great food and value your buck. We ordered the large sandwiches so we could try some of the other sandwiches ordered. Each had it's own flavors but all were delicious. My husband ordered the chili. For a restaurant chili he said it was "TOP NOTCH"!. We will definitely order from Firehouse Subs again. Thank you.

Caitlin was SO helpful and incredibly kind. I was recently in a car accident and had to use a crutch to get around and she offered to bring my order to my car which was a huge act of kindness to me. Not to mention, it was very busy at the time so the fact that she took a little extra time to help me out was her way of going above and beyond her responsibilities to show kindness in the world. I am very appreciative of her for providing such a great experience coming to this firehouse subs.Her people skills are 10/10 and she was sincere through out the conversation/ interaction. Even her make up was 10/10! Thank you so much Caitlin! Your kindness is what I wish I saw more of in the world.

Love Firehouse, they always do an excellent job making your sandwich to order, and they're very gracious when you go inside. My personal favorite is the Engineer (sans Mustard), but I enjoy almost all of their different choices. And if you don't like they're choices, you can make your own sub. The portions are also pretty generous. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good sub.

I stopped by Firehouse Sub this morning to use my Tmobile Tuesday offer. I never been to a Firehouse Sub before and there none around where I live but this store is about 1 mile away from my work so I came here. I got to the plaza about 5 minutes before they open so I just sat in my car. This place is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, I was the first customer of the day so I avoided any long lines that I read from other people reviews. I walked to the cashier area and told them I would like to use my tmobile offer for the medium hook & ladder sub and I also got a bag of chips. The interior of the place is decorated with a lot of firefighter stuff so take the time to look around. My food took about 5 minutes to be made so it was made fresh. I thought the Sub was decent for my first experience, but I would probably get different sandwich the next time I'm here since I'm more of a turkey breast person. The service I received here this morning was great. My score: Parking: 5 star, you won't have any issues finding a spot. Atmosphere: 5 star, the place is decorated nicely with firefighters stuff and they have outside seating as well. Customer Service: 5 star, I had no bad experience here this and the staff were nice. Food: 4.5 star, the Hook & Ladder Sub was okay but it's not my favorite.

Used to be a huge consumer of Firehouse subs when I was heavier but went on a diet a couple years ago and lost a bunch of weight. Decided to try out the low-carb sandwich in a bowl option and it was freaking delicious I highly recommend it for people on a keto/low carb diet. I got myself a medium hero bowl.

Good subs great customer service , clean restaurant nicely decorated BUT subs sandwiches are small and expensive , I gues its the economy

Everyone was super friendly as i had to travel 30 minutes to this location. (There arent any firehouse subs near me) I always get the brisket bbq sandwich with light mayo. It's delicious. Also this is this is the nicest looking sandwich i have ever gotten from firehouse. This is my absolute favorite sandwich place. Highly recommend!

I recently ordered a medium French dip on wheat with Jack cheese (my personal favorite over provolone or Swiss) via the Firehouse Subs app, and as always, I was thoroughly impressed. The order was quick and accurate, and the delivery service was prompt. I’ve used the app many times, and it never disappoints! This was one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I can honestly say Firehouse Subs continues to be one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!

I’m new in the area and every time I come to Fire Subs they make me feel like HOME. As soon as I come in to order Eduardo and Ernesto greets me very eagerly. I hope These 2 guys get a raise for their excellent customer service👍🏾👍🏾!!!!.This place is amazing and the workers are wonderful, they truly love what they do. BTW Best Tuna Sandwiches hands down🙏🏾

I came in today around 1 PM and just wanted to say that every time I visit, I’m always amazed by how welcoming everyone is. Today I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and it was warm and fresh. Even though they were busy, everything was prepared in a timely manner. The staff always makes sure to greet me and wish me a good day, along with happy holidays. Luis is always there and truly helps make Firehouse a welcoming place. There was also a very kind young lady who made my sandwich quickly while still keeping it fresh and enjoyable I believe she said her name was Kiana. The team works great together and definitely deserves recognition. Happy holidays to all!

Good variety of sandwiches. The meats can be a bit plain but there are many sauces too choose from to spice up your sandwich. My favorite is to add some sriracha sauce. This time I had the Engineer sandwich and I loved the addition of the mushrooms.

Had lunch here recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches are generous and tasty. The parking is easy. Didn’t wait too long to get my order. Will definitely come back

My family actually drives the 30 min to this place when we want a brief outing from home. The subs are very good in a fast casual environment. Friendly staff. Always costs a bit more than I would like, but it doesn't keep me from coming back.

I miss the hot sauces and cheaper prices. $20 for a large sub, chips, and a medium drink. I have visited firehouse sub locations across the country and since covid none of them have the rows of hot sauces to try anymore. Food is still great though.

Great subs and recommend that everyone should try this place. I usually order the number one or engineer sub. The Philly cheese is also a good sub or the meatball as well. You can't go wrong with any choice really. The servings are pretty good so a sandwich and chips are enough for one hungry person.

Great customer service but portions turned out to be small in comparison to other chains. My Turkey & Cranberry was very good but not enough to satisfy. Great if you are on a diet.

I've been a fan of Firehouse Subs since the day they opened but lately their speed and customer service has been lacking. I've gone in to pickup online orders and have waited well over 10 mins beyond the pickup time. Typically there are 4-5 people making subs without a single of them acknowledging any customers in line. Sadly, I don't expect them to survive much longer.

This place is hit or miss. I have had amazing subs here, but last visit was very disappointing. Much smaller than I had remembered. I got my wife a vegetarian sub which was supposed to come with several different kinds of cheeses. I got home and there was one piece of regular cheddar. Not happy and wasn't an inexpensive lunch!

I love Firehouse subs, but this location was not up to their normal standards. The service was slow, the cashier was either bored or hungover. Once I finally placed my order, it took so long I almost forgot what I ordered. Then the sandwich as made poorly with half meat off the bread. I had to get a fork just to pick it up. As I looked around, it was not just the cashier that seemed to be unhappy to be there. I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

You know, I really don't understand the big hype about Firehouse subs. Their meat has some sort of a weird sweet flavor to it, that I just can't stand! I've tried a few different Firehouse subs and they are all the same. If YOU like it, that's fine. I'd rather stick with Jimmy John's or even Subway where I can get a sandwich that actually taste like a sandwich with; bread, meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato. If you want something sweet, then you can always buy a cookie.

Used to have such an amazing experience every time. The last two times I've been this week, multiple sandwiches in my order were messed up. On one occasion we entered an hour before closing and the music was blasting so loudly we thought they had closed without locking the door. I intend to keep going because I know what they're capable of but if either of my most recent two stops had been my first I wouldn't have come back.

Ordered doordash around 5:30pm on 11/27. The bread was horrible!! It was super old and dry. The meat was good, but I honestly couldn’t finish the sandwich because of how bad their bread was.

Went into this hero shop and looked at the price menu listed on the wall. They only show $9.99 hero’s but don’t include the small hero’s that are $6.49 shown on their website. They seem to want your money and are not interested in satisfying their customers needs. Too bad I drove 7 miles for absolutely nothing.

Had placed a take out order.I'm a regular and I know its a stressful time with the holidays and vivid, but when there is no greeting and just poor customer service that can really make someones day worse then it started. This is why i dont go when new hires are still new. I probably will not go to this location anymore just because two employees were pretty rude. To top it off whoever made this sandwich did a poor job barely any meat and when i said light lettuce it doesnt mean no lettuce but wtv i gotta eat dinner right. Happy holidays

Last night 8/21/23, 6:05pm I called Simi Firehouse Subs to place an order. I was asked to be put on hold and agreed. I waited 10 minutes and finally I disconnected. Immediately I called back and the call went to voicemail after ringing a few times. I tried calling 10 times and was sent to the voicemail which kept saying the voicemail box has not been set up yet. Believing the store was crowded, I drove over to place our order. What a surprise to me when I walked in and discovered that there was not a single customer in the store. I also I was perplexed when walking through the door, I was not greeted with Hello, or Welcome to Firehouse Subs, or even a smile, when the employees looked at me. All they did was stand there, looking unhappy. I walked up to the counter and asked Andres to speak with the manager. He hesitated, and stated that there was no manager, and it was he with the most authority. I asked him “Where are all the customers,? I called 25 minutes ago and was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then subsequently called back numerous times, with the phone going to voicemail.” He had no answer. I then asked him for the card of the owner which he gave me the card of Nerses Teshoian. I have been a Firehouse neighbor and rewards customer at this store for at least six years. I’ve never had this kind of treatment, nor have I ever seen their employees, not smiling, even this entire time that I waited for my order. I visited your store last week, and had a young lady that waited on me, I ordered two large sandwiches and when I got home and opened up my bag, I ended up with three sandwiches and was charged for three. I’m sure that the problem was miscommunication, and the fact that the music was so loud that neither of us could hear each other and that she spoke so very softly was also an issue. Is it any wonder that so many restaurants in Simi Valley end up failing? Especially the ones near this store. When customers are treated like this, it’s no wonder that they stop coming to these restaurants. And just for the record, the last agreement that was sent by Firehouse, Subs Corporate, indicated that they were reducing the value of the points, to where it would take many more purchases to be able to get a reward. Another reason to take our business elsewhere.

I place my order online which went smoothly, and then about 3 minutes after I place that order someone in my household wanted to order something so I called to see me valley restaurant and was put on hold but not really I could hear the gentleman waiting on about 15 people on the phone and in person while I waited there listening to everything. I was on hold for 18 minutes so my husband decided to drive to your restaurant and walk in and order the additional order and our food was already ready and getting cold and he had to wait another 20 minutes to get the extra sandwich and was very cold when I got it was on wheat bread. I asked for banana peppers on the side and none to be seen I really feel sorry for your staff the poor guy on the phone sounded so stressed out

If you are looking for attentively friendly staff on a holiday such as New Year's Eve, I would NOT recommend coming to this location.
