STELLA DOVUTA Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo angolo di lago meraviglioso pochi giorni fa. Non voglio dilungarmi nel dire che i piatti erano di un livello fuori dall'ordinario per sapori e consistenze. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo fatto il percorso degustazione a sei portatate dove lo chef sicuramente è la ciliegina sulla torta ma va fatto notare che la sua brigata è straordinaria, servizio IMPECCABILE. Veloci, precisi e soprattutto cordiali sotto tutti i punti di vista un esperienza meravigliosa. La vista e la posizione rispetto al lago sono un esperienza oserei dire indimenticabile. Il riconoscimento della stella Michelin è solo la conferma del lavoro meraviglioso che viene fatto in questo ristorante. Bravi tutti!

Tra i tanti stellati che ho avuto il piacere di visitare, Tancredi si distingue per una combinazione rara di eccellenza gastronomica, accoglienza impeccabile e una cornice mozzafiato. L’antipasto di crudo di pesce è un’esplosione di freschezza e delicatezza, esaltato da accostamenti sorprendenti e perfettamente equilibrati. Il riso con scampi, invece, è un capolavoro di eleganza e intensità marina, eseguito con precisione e passione. Un esperienza unica,dalla location direttamente quasi sull acqua del lago di Garda, di sapori. ASSOLUTAMENTE da provare, descriverlo per rendere veritiero il tutto e un po difficile, ma vi dico ho girato tantissimi ristoranti ma questo è spaziale dall aperitivo al dolce tutto da 💎💎💎💎💎. Da dove iniziare… personale di sala favoloso, giovane spigliato ma sempre molto educato e professionale. Una cura del cliente favolosa e una preparazione sui piatti serviti favolosa. Dello chef Vincenzo Manicone si possono spendere sole belle parole. Cucina interessantissima e piena di gusto, le papille gustative avranno di che deliziarsi; allo stesso tempo chef molto simpatico e disponibile per fare 4 chiacchiere sul finale. Esperienza stupenda da consigliare al 200%

Location sul lago con vista mozzafiato! Partendo dal servizio molto attento e professionale alla cura delle portate, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e hanno accolto dolcemente il nostro amato amico a quattro zampe! Un’esperienza indimenticabile sotto ogni aspetto: piatti ricercati, presentazione impeccabile e un servizio attento e cortese. L’atmosfera elegante e lo staff professionale rendono ogni momento speciale, dal benvenuto al dolce. Il tutto impreziosito da una vista spettacolare sul lago. Consigliatissimo!

Il Ristorante Tancredi ha confermato quanto mi era stato riportato da amici. Il titolare è molto gentile e ospitale, i camerieri preparati e cortesi, mettono a proprio agio i clienti, spiegando per filo e per segno i piatti e gli ingredienti che li compongono. Vasta e ampia la scelta dei vini e dei superalcolici. I prezzi sono alti, ma giusti per la qualità dei prodotti serviti. I piatti da r scelti sono stati: crudité di mare, 300 metri di mare e per dessert un dolce composto da olive, banane e caffè (un'esplosione di sapori, vedere foto). Il panorama guarda verso il lato est del lago di Garda, la posizione del ristorante da questo punto di vista è ottimale. Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono provare un'esperienza unica. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Unica pecca l'assenza di vini di territorio nella loro vasta carta.

Affacciato sul bellissimo Lago di Garda, Ristorante Tancredi offre un’esperienza sublime, un ristoro per palato, olfatto, vista e mente, fuori dal caos della strada, il tutto accompagnato dal suono delle onde e dalla musica di sottofondo ben scelta e mai invadente. Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione con l’abbinamento dei vini, un viaggio sensoriale ed emozionante, indescrivibile e da provare. Staff preparatissimo e super cordiale, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, i piatti si presentano talmente bene che è un peccato mangiarli, ma al primo assaggio ci si rende conto che esistono sapori che ancora dobbiamo conoscere e, nonostante la spettacolare vista sul lago, viene da chiudere gli occhi per godere a pieno dell’esplosione di sapori. Torneremo sicuramente a farci sorprendere e coccolare con le altre proposte del menù di questa Perla del Garda.

"Vorrei mangiare così ogni giorno". Questa è la frase che viene in mente alla fine di questa esperienza. Il posto strategicamente posizionato vicino al centro di sirmione a contatto con l'acqua del lago, offre una vista ed un'atmosfera incantevole. La competenza del personale è magistrale e che dire il lavoro dello chef non ha bisogno certo di presentazioni o recensioni, è un ristorante di altissimo livello. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione per lasciarci guidare al meglio, che consiglio se siete di passaggio per non perdervi nulla, invece se avete modo di andare più spesso in questo ristorante consiglio di lasciarvi guidare dal momento e di assaggiare quello che più vi ispira. Anche perché il menù in sé comprende una varietà di pietanze, consistenze e gusti che spaziano a 360 gradi. Insomma esperienza fantastica!

Experience that will stay with me forever. One if not the most beautiful restaurant around Lake Garda. Their six-course tasting menu, called “Mind,” persuaded me with an extravagant description: “Just be amazed.” Nothing more. A blank page. The concept focused on fish and deconstructed vegetables, molecular gastronomy, and flavor combinations I've never tried together before. Service was exceptional. From the beginning to the very end they took care of us all the way, even the smallest little things you wouldn't think of - they did it. 11/10.

Mind blowing. I honestly didn’t expect the amazing experience. I thought it was going to be just another episode at a Michelin star restaurant, but I was wrong. I feel bad for not dressing up enough for Tancredi. From the last minute reservation, to the welcome, the atmosphere and ambiance, is from the heart, I believe. And when you visit the bathroom, everything is well thought out with the comfort of the guest in mind. Fortunately my husband was equally impressed and I hope we can visit again next time we’re in Gardasee. Gracia mille!

Outstanding. I chose to celebrate my birthday at Ristorante Tancredi and requested vegan options beforehand. The restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, offering to make the entire tasting menu vegan. The entire meal was thoughtful, creative while at the same time not losing hold of the traditional regional cuisine. The venue itself is as dreamy as they come, the al fresco dining gets you as close to the lakeshore as possible without getting wet feet. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience!

Definitely worth a visit if in the area. Beautiful atmosphere with seats facing out towards the Great Lake. We went for the “Mind” tasting menu with wine pairings, which was slightly on the pricey side, but boy was it worth it! The service was impeccable, nothing was too much for the staff and they were very knowledgeable about the incredible variety of cuisines they were serving. Every dish was an absolute delight, and I left wanting more! The wines were described in great detail, but not in horrible language which wasn’t understandable to a complete amateur (myself!). The favourite dish was a special of the new head chef, who had moved over from a previously Michelin starred restaurant. If you get the chance, even for a la carte, pay this place a visit!

My personal favorite in the Sirmione area. Open for lunch and dinner. Seafood is as fresh as it theoretically could be. The location and view are extremely comfortable and relaxing. You are literally sitting on the lake, overlooking water and swans on it. My personal best is the lobster spaghetti in a light sauce. Not presented in a menu, ask for it.

Location decisamente suggestiva a due metri dal lago, personale molto cordiale. Sicuramente un ristorante che punta a livelli molto alti. I piatti tutti molto saporiti e le porzioni sono adeguate. Chiaramente il budget è piuttosto alto, visto il posto e il tipo di materia prima.

Posto molto bello, lungo lago, pettinato, a cena con i colleghi ci siamo capitati praticamente per caso, ottima presentazione, cucina a vista, personale molto attento e ben formato, piatti bellissimi, diciamo che la stella si vede tutta, un’ottima scelta di vini, ed anche un’ottima scelta di bevande non alcoliche con cui accompagnare,(a me toccava guidare per altre 2 ore post cena quindi non potevo bere) consiglio di assaggiare in kombucha in bolla. Peccato per i frutti di mare con la sabbia capitati ad una collega, prenotante rimandati indietro, e che giustamente il cameriere si è offerto di rifare, e per le animelle alla wellington onestamente non all’altezza delle aspettative(che erano molto molto alte), comunque consigliatissimo, bella esperienza.

Tra i vari stellati e ristoranti gourmer tra cui siamo stati abbiamo optato per il Tancredi per provare qualcosa di nuovo, scegliendo il menù degustazione Cuore, tutto a base di pesce, con richiesta soddisfatta di avere il riso al posto dello spaghettone, PRO - Per quanto riguarda il nostro percorso culinario non abbiamo nulla da eccepire, la stella Michelin è pienamente meritata in termini di sapore, presentazione e tecnica esecutiva delle pietanze presentate. Il risotto ci ha pienamente soddisfatti per la carica di sapore di ogni elemento nel piatto (vedi la finta maionese), ottimo anche l'antipasto con il granchio reale presentato in 2 modi, il dolce con ciliegia destrutturato, molto bello da vedere e complesso nei sapori presenti. Siamo rimasti stupiti dal gianduiotto della piccola pasticceria dal sapore estremamente intenso e "umami" e anche molto bello il benvenuto dello Chef, il secondo bene ma poteva avere qualcosa in più nella presentazione della prima parte , ossia il toast, ma comunque buono. Bella e sobria la location con vista lago molto bella. CONTRO - Il personale di sala è stato cortese ma in questo caso il servizio ha intaccato l'esperienza complessiva in modo negativo... Avendo avuto il tavolo sul terrazzo alla sera, causa vento e luci, sul tavolo abbiamo cominciato ad avere la tovaglia piena di moscerini (vedi le foto), e insetti più grossi, che entravano anche nei calici di vino, nel mio caso anche nel primo antipasto, e nel piatto dell'olio, siamo stati noi a chiedere di entrare per evitare di rovinarci la cena, siamo in un Michelin, poi ci hanno accordato il cambio del tavolo e la cena è andata nel giusto modo. CONTRO - La seconda cosa che ha rovinato la percezione del ristorante e poi della cena è stato il vino, quando si propone un calice di ben venuto, si esplicita il prezzo nel menù, o lo si mette incluso nel menù degustazione che abbiamo prenotato, e non si propone una calice al costo di una bottiglia, come se nulla fosse... con 3 calici abbiamo speso più che per un percorso a 4 calici e questa cosa proprio non l'abbiamo gradita, a questo punto lo si mette nel menù in modo chiaro. La prossima volta, vista la carta dei vini il calice di ben venuto potrebbe essere di 300€ al calice, chi lo può sapere, per questo, nel servizio metto 3 stelle.

A Michelin Star Experience… in Heat Endurance Visited: 29 June 2025 Tancredi, perched above the stunning Lake Garda, had me at hello. The view? Absolutely breathtaking. A postcard-perfect setting that promised a memorable lunch. But here came the plot twist. Despite a blazing Italian heatwave, we were made—yes, made—to sit outside. We politely asked not once, not twice, but three times to be seated indoors where it was air-conditioned and empty. Each request was met with a firm “no.” Meanwhile, the servers enjoyed the cool indoors while we slowly melted like gelato. The food? Honestly, we couldn’t enjoy a single bite. It’s hard to appreciate fine dining when you’re drenched in sweat and praying for a breeze that never came. A beautiful location can’t make up for a complete disregard for guest comfort. When the weather is extreme, they seemed to align their hospitality to it as well. Sadly, Tancredi missed the mark by a mile.

Service absolutely not to the standard of a Michelin star. While the wine and the food we had was very nice and the location and view unparalleled, the abysmal service and general negative experience we had completely outweighed the positives. When we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty and we were greeted very quickly and the initial service was very short and seemed bothered. During the meal, no one checked in on us or asked how dishes were or if we needed anything. Our plates sat on the table finished for over 15mins and we had to move our chilled wine stand over to our table and fill our glasses ourselves because we only had our wine glasses filled once by staff the whole meal. While we very much enjoyed the food we ordered, the beautiful views, and the wine, we would not return or recommend to others as there are many other highly rated and Michelin star restaurants in the area.

The service at this restaurant was not Michelin quality at all. Not only was the staff inattentive , they were unfriendly. The entire dinner we thought we were forgotten about. There’s a difference between what we experienced and the Italian culture of a slow meal. There were 14 tables and only 4 waitstaff who were clearly running around and rushing. Every time they came to our table they were quick and nearly running to us and away from us. Some notable examples: - they gave us the food menus and came back a few minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. They did not ask if we had any questions or offer to explain the menu - we were sharing a la carte dishes and they brought 5 dishes out at once - there was no pacing at all - we finished our meal with over a half a bottle of wine left - we ordered wine and they placed the wine in an ice bucket far from the table - they refilled our glasses once and then never came back. We eventually brought the bucket over to our table to fill it ourselves. They never commented or apologized for not doing it themselves - I saw another review about someone having no options for non-alcoholic drink options and that has not been fixed The food was excellent. But based on the service, I would not go back.

We dined here on my girlfriend's birthday and despite the high expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant, both my partner and I became violently ill (vomiting and diarrhea) only a few hours after the meal. We spent €300 and were refused even a partial refund, despite clearly explaining what happened. Extremely disappointing experience — both in terms of food safety and customer care.
