Una terraza interior super acogedora, sala coworking ideal para reuniones, trabajadores muy atentos y super agradables, por no hablar de la gran variedad de vinos, comida y sabores ESPECTACULARES! (vegan, veggie, brunch, postres y mil sabores más)🫐🥞🥗🍓🥪🍹

IMU FACTORY es un negocio familiar en el que confluyen el cariño por lo que se hace, la calidad de sus productos y servicios con infinidad de detalles que configuran un sentido homenaje a la familia y la amistad. Sus principales impulsoras son Vanesa y Laura, jovenes empresarias con las ideas muy claras y una voluntad de hierro. IMU FACTORY abrió sus puertas un sábado de principios de marzo de 2025, en Isla de Cuba 43, de Sitges, donde se encontraba el antiguo cine Rialto. Hoy he hablado con uno de sus empleados, Jean Marcel y le he preguntado qué les diferencia de otros establecimientos singulares. Jean ha destacado su oferta y calidad. Por un plato muy completo a un precio casi simbólico, se le puede añadir una guarnición y una salsa con un resultado espectacular. En la opción "Para compartir", alguna de las opciones con más éxito son las Chips de alcachofas, el Avocado fries y el Trio de humus (Garbanzo remolacha y aguacate). Entre otras delicias más potentes encontramos los sorprendentes "Platos Harvard", de los que destacan: la Ternera con chimichurri y el Salmón con cítricos. Todo ello con generosas raciones y emplatados con exquisito gusto. He acudido a IMU temprano y he visto también su amplia oferta en desayunos: tartas caseras. Brownies, galletas basadas en Oreo, chocolate blanco con nueces..., todo ello cocinado en su propio obrador, en la planta baja. Cualquier lugar de IMU es acogedor y además disponen de una sala croworking para reuniones. Todo ello adaptado a todas las necesidades. Si buscas un lugar diferente donde reunirte con los tuyos, ya lo has encontrado. Personalmente he quedado encantado, y creedme lo que os digo, que llevo en esto de la hostelería y la comunicación mucho tiempo.

Local precioso con una terraza super agradable, personal muy amable y productos geniales, originales, variados y ricos. Está bastante bien de precio y muy bien localizado. Perfecto para meriendas y desayunos.

Me encantó el lugar, es super grande y lindo con diferentes ambientes. He pedido postres para llevar, son caseros y están buenísimos! Todo tiene muy buena pinta, recomendable para comer, hacer el cafecito, además tienen muy buenos vinos. Atención de 10!

Increíble la comida, cada uno de sus platos y postres estaban deliciosos y muy bien logrados. La atención de Yan fue muy amable y cálida, ayudándonos en las elecciones de la comida y dejándonos muy satisfechos. La cheesecake de pistacho y tarta sacher INDESCRIPTIBLE!!!!!!! Lo recomiendo si están en Sitges por una buena comida y ambiente ❤️

Fuimos a hacer un brunch y estaba todo muy bueno, además bien de precio a comparación de otros locales de la zona. El camarero que nos atendió fue muy agradable y simpático. Sin duda volveré si vuelvo a ir por Sitges!

Basically the honest greens of Sitges plus a whole lot more! They don’t charge extra for gluten free break which I respect. Beautiful bowls, fresh salad and A LOT of options to choose from. Service was impeccable too.

Now we have been here for a dinner a couple of times and both experiences have been an absolute pleasure and surprisingly good experience. Well, maybe not a surprise, but we was not sure what to expect.. anyway, I’m sure we will come back many times :-) I have been having two different chicken dishes and my wife is a vegetarian so she has had the tuna and some tofu dish.. we have both loved our dishes, the service is very friendly and fast, prices very good. During the heat wave it was nice and chilled inside, the second time we used the terrace in the back which is very nice and charming. It’s been an absolute pleasure and high score for everything! :-) Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely great! I would give it 6 starts if I could.. perfect for a brunch or a light dinner. Came after gym for a protein loading meal. Will be coming back! Food is fresh too. Smoothies, option yet recommended. I think I’ll live here

I stumbled across IMU Factory when passing by with a friend and we stopped for a drink and some tapas. We loved it! The food was delicious and the ambience was lovely. They have done a great job with the interior design and the garden terrace at the back is wonderful. A big improvement on the bar that used to be located there. They also have a co-working space which I intend to try.

Very nice place, the staff is wonderful, especially Manu and Anna, they are both very friendly and kind, we were looking for a cup of coffe and a sandwich in Sitges very late, almost at 9 pm, but we were very lucky to find this place where Manu welcomed us with a big smile. The coffee and the sandwich were delicious, very nice atmosphere.

Amazing poke bowl and the hands down the most delicious pistachio cheese cake ever. The staff was friendly and the restaurant interior was absolutely beautiful. I was served my Lorena and she was terrific. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Can’t wait to return!

We were lucky enough to visit IMU FACTORY with two great friends on one of the first evenings they were open to the public for dinner. There evening was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious and the menu allows diners to try different combinations so we can go back over and over and never eat the same thing twice. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The location is perfect and the restaurant is beautiful. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy their private patio. It looked enchanting. We are very excited about this new addition to Sitges.

When IMU opened in March I came more than twice a week for amazing coffee and poke bowls. Service was excellent for the entire month in Sitges. I just returned and currently waiting for a cappuccino. It's been 20 minutes now and im still waiting. Whats happened to the service since I left? Very disappointing to anxiously await my return to find is disappointing.

The concept in Sitges is appealing and has real potential, but in my opinion, the menu is missing some essential elements you would typically expect from a strong brunch spot — particularly when it comes to the quality of ingredients. For instance, the eggs should be served hot and freshly prepared in various styles. The current selection is quite limited, and I believe a few more well-thought-out options would really elevate the experience. The kombucha didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of taste, and while the cold sandwich with eggnog was visually appetizing, a few more details and refinement would make a difference. With the new opening planned in Sant Pere de Ribes — especially being close to schools and a more residential crowd — I’d really recommend developing a more complete and high-quality brunch offering. The prices are already on the higher side, so customers will naturally expect premium ingredients and a more curated selection. Looking forward to seeing how the concept evolves — there’s definitely great potential!

He pedido un bol de açai pequeño. Me sacaron un mini bol que tenia básicamente fruta y una capa fina de açai en el fondo. Apenas había açai. Me acerqué y le dije que el bol no tenía nada de açai fueron muy amables todos y me dijeron que si quería me ponían más pero es la cantidad standar. Conclusión. No podáis açai ahí. El sitio es mono y tiene pastelería buena

++ so this place is an ‘honest greens’ inspired restaurant. Great idea and Sitges really needs a place like that. The interior and garden are furnished really nice, stylish - - however… all ends with the aesthetics and style. Because, food was really not up to par with how it is presented. Not even close to Honest Greens. I had a green smoothie - received a frozen mixture. Not drinkable. Main dish - veal chimi churri. Salad was nice and tasty but the meat wasn’t the best and was just given in one big piece, not sliced. The knife they’ve given to me was a knife for butter, so imagine the cutting lol. Piece of bread must have been days old. Hard and tasteless. Please please take this feedback and improve the food. This place has a huge potential but currently leaves a LOT to desire.

Unbelievable. The menu of this place is exactly what Sitges is missing: a local honest greens. However, we’ve never seen worse execution. Salmon is served totally raw to pregnant customers, if you order a fresh carrot ginger juice you get a totally frozen orange juice, the chicken they promise to be juicy is totally dried out, and to top it all up the personnel behaves unacceptably bad and defensive. Oh and btw, they also serve bread to gluten free people. Don’t go here, you’re wasting your money.
