Primera visita al Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona y salgo encantada. Desde el primer momento el trato fue cercano y muy agradable. La comida estuvo buenísima, el ambiente es genial y el servicio impecable. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Ismael su atención, su amabilidad y la forma tan bonita de recibirnos, haciéndonos sentir como en casa y presentándonos a parte del equipo. Una experiencia redonda, para repetir sin duda.

Hoy he ido con mi hija a comer. Quería destacar y agradecer la atención de nuestro camarero Marco. Desde el principio el trato ha sido exquisito, amable, profesional…. Se ha presentado y enseguida nos a tratado con familiaridad interesándose por nosotras, de Donde éramos y el motivo de nuestra vista a la ciudad. Ha sido genial. Muy atento. El mundo y la hostelería necesita más personas como Marco. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Estuvimos en Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona y la experiencia fue excelente. La comida estuvo deliciosa. El ambiente es genial, con buena música y un toque único. Chloe, nuestra camarera, fue muy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Hoy he venido al Hard Rock Café de Plaza Cataluña (Barcelona) con mi hija y hemos tenido una experiencia fantástica. Queremos destacar especialmente a Simona, que nos ha atendido de forma increíblemente amable y profesional. Nos recomendó dos de los mejores platos y acertó de pleno. La recepción fue cálida desde el primer momento y la atención durante toda la comida fue inmejorable. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Gracias, Simona!

Gina made my dining experience absolutely outstanding. From the moment i sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked on me at just the right times without ever being intrusive. The food came out perfectly, and Gina’s positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated the entire meal. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Gina as your waitress, you’re guaranteed a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

When we travel somewhere and the city has HRC, then it is on our “to do” list. André was very professional and very fun to talk to. We were very tired by the evening and he even managed to make us laugh and more lively. Kids love to try different burgers every time and they are never disappointed. The alc.free cocktails are amazing. Usually kids love their coca-cola but in HRC they prefer the signature lemonades. Yum! At the store there is a man with amazing long and curly hair. Didn’t know if it’s appropriate to tell him that.

At the heart of Barcelona. Really great location with an equally great food. Can't go wrong with a hard rock franchise. Staff were just a bit slow vs Asian standards but overall still a good experience! I was also able to buy a souvenir cap during my dining experience. It was also fun and entertaining to read and see the memorabilias from different pop and rock generations. Worth checking this place out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Kasia and Simona. They were kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The atmosphere was relaxed and very kids friendly, which made the visit enjoyable for the whole family. The food comes in big servings — definitely great value for the price — and everything was delicious and freshly made. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive without being pushy, and made the whole experience even better. From the rock-themed décor to the upbeat music, it’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing lunch, dinner, or just drinks. Highly recommend!

We had to wait for five minutes to be seated, probably we arrived before the peak hour. Food was served fresh and delicious. Everyone offered a friendly service, even at the restrooms. I had to ask for a diaper changing station, and it is available inside the handicap restroom.

One of my best experiences with service at a food place ever. Our server, Mario, couldn’t have done more for us. So attentive and made sure we had the best experience. My only issue was my burger I ordered without pickles came with however it wasn’t an allergy so I didn’t bother worrying them and just picked them off.

Se que de este tipo de lugar no se espera que la comida sea del todo buena, pero al ser una cadena muy famosa y el ambiente he decidido probar, después de ir a varios en diferentes ciudades he de decir que el de Barcelona es uno de los peores, la comida servida sin gracia, los precios no corresponden con los platos, son malos y caros, se nota que su fuerte no es la comida. Pero para destacar la atención ha sido buena, aún teniendo que esperar más de media hora una mesa libre, teniendo reserva. No recomiendo comer ahí en Barcelona, he agregado la foto de las fajitas por el precio de 25€ el plato.

Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona fits the mold as well as the other Hard Rock Cafes we have visited. The check in process seemed less attentive than it could have been. The staff seemed preoccupied with other things than addressing the guests. Although the restaurant was busy, they didn’t have a wait or any lines to wait in. Our server came over a few minutes after being seated, long enough that we placed our entire order. We did have to request refills to our sodas. The server came in and out infrequently. She did warm up and became more friendly the longer we sat there. The food came out fairly quickly, in a very acceptable time frame. Everything had a nice presentation and good flavor. The restaurant is in a good part of town, which is full of tourists.

Nuestra cultura no admite llegar a un restaurante y no poder pasar sino esperar en la puerta cuando está prácticamente vacío. Tampoco que estando el 90% de las mesas libres, tengas que sentarte donde te digan y no poder ni elegir. Y mucho menos, que cuando te traen la cuenta te traigan las opciones de propinas cuantificadas en cuatro cantidades y tengas que manifestarte antes de abonar y una casilla donde rechazas dar propina. No es nuestra cultura ni la queremos. Fuimos a cenar a las 18:30 y lógicamente casi vacío el local y nos dieron una mesa para dos donde no cabían casi nada habiendo mesas para cuatro libres y vacías. Y las propinas ni son obligatorias ni cuantificables sino voluntarias y lo que nos plazca. Dicho ésto, no es la primera vez que vamos a esta marca de locales pero lo de la propina no lo vimos nunca antes. No creo que vuelva. La comida una ensalada César (18,95€) no tiene nada que ver ni en la calidad ni en la cantidad con la misma en otras franquicias de esta marca. Y las costillas (26,95€) si que estaban muy buenas. Pero los precios son muy altos y es otro de los motivos por los que no volveré a comer en uno de estos locales porque lobquebpagas no se corresponde con lo que te sirven. Antes con estos mismos platos, y para una cena ligera era más que suficiente. En resumen : carísimo y con culturas en la gestión del servicio que al menos a mí, me choca bastante.

Cliente habitual del Hard Rock Café. Siempre he salido satisfecho de mis comidas/cenas. Pero esta noche pasada algo ha cambiado en las hamburguesas. El Pan!!!! El pan no era el de siempre. Y dirás, “han cambiado a mejor”, pues en mi opinión, todo lo contrario. El antiguo era pan más “briox” y el nuevo parecía pan descogelado, se deshacía, imposible comerse la hamburguesa. Señores de HRC Barcelona, vuelvan al pan de hamburguesa que llevan usando toda la vida, y en el caso contrario, cámbienlo por uno de calidad, que baratas, baratas, las burger no son!! Otro día hablamos de coincidir con el directo musical y que acabas loco de tanto volumen. Pero eso es otra historia.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Barcelona. I walked in with two friends and we were seated fairly quickly, which is where the positives ended. We then sat there for 25 minutes completely ignored, no greeting, no drink order, nothing. When our server finally showed up, she rushed us like we were an inconvenience and was straight-up rude while taking our order. The food was a disaster. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was soggy, dry at the same time, had zero sauce, and tasted awful. I’m from Texas, so I know what BBQ is supposed to taste like — this was an insult. My friend ordered a smash burger that literally fell apart the moment she tried to eat it. Another friend got chicken tenders with mac and cheese. The tenders were just “fine,” but the mac and cheese was HORRIBLE — the cheese was hardened, weirdly gritty, and full of peppers that completely ruined it. On top of that, it was €13 for FOUR chicken tenders, which is ridiculous for the quality. Everything tasted disgusting. None of us could even enjoy the food because the restaurant was packed, unbearably loud, and blasting rock music at an insane volume. There was zero atmosphere, just noise and chaos. The only decent thing was the drinks because they had unlimited refills — but even that came with a catch. The water was bottled and way overpriced, which felt like another money grab. When it came time to pay, we wanted to split the check three ways. The waiter refused to let my friend pay with cash, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and unnecessary. The service from start to finish was awful. To make things worse, we all felt sick immediately after leaving. Our stomachs were a mess and we had to rush home and take digestive aids. That alone says everything about the food quality. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, loud, rude, and serves genuinely bad food. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and I will absolutely never return. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money and feeling sick afterward.
