I had a wonderful experience at El Xampú! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening with friends or a date night. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious — especially the salmon, which was fresh and perfectly cooked. Great wine selection too! Superb food. Steak and burger were excellent, and though the ravioli was a smaller than expected portion, it was absolutely delicious. The truffles were amazing as a desert, and I can't fault the service. The waiters even took out daughter to look for her own choice of ice cream. It's on a main road, so the location is not the greatest, but the quality far outweighs the location.

We went as a group of five for lunch here and we ate really well. Staff were super friendly and had a great sense of humour. They recommended us some great dishes and we all ate very well. We got to try different dishes and I must say everything I tried was really tasty. I loved the Parmentier with octopus and the lamb chops were really good. The desserts were delicious too. Good service and nice experience in general and it was good value for money.

Tomamos dos cervezas muy bien ,servicio muy bueno sitio limpio mesas cómodas y zona tranquila. Lo único el baño lo veréis en el video.

Ponemos la 4 estrella, realmente es un buen sitio para comer. Servicio amable y profesional. Menú muy interesante y de calidad Restaurante en la zona Oasis de Sitges. Menú intersemanal muy correcto, 15 €. Calidad y cantidad correcta para el precio. Personal atento, amable y profesional. 2 comedores interiores y una terraza cubierta. En resumen, buen lugar para comer.

Todo muy bueno, menos el calor que pase dentro del local. La atención del personal ha sido estupenda 👍🏼

Food was ok...the salad and potatoes bravas we're soaked in sauce and the calamari was dripping in oil and far too salty. For the price you pay, it is not worth it. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy company, but not to enjoy the food.

Every time I’ve eaten or even went for just a simple coffee, I’ve been well taken care of. It never disappointed me. The service is quite good and so it’s the food. Average prices for the area. It’s not by the sea side but it has way more quality than some by the seaside and overpriced restaurants. Totally recommended

Really tasty tapas. We had the calamari with romesco sauce, and the calamari was hot and crispy and light. We also had the bravas- delicious sauce- and the steamed mussels. All so tasty and fresh. We had two beers and it was only €27.50 for everything. It's popular with locals. It doesn't look like much but we enjoyed it. The waiter was very friendly and quick. We are going to go back before the end of our holiday.

Sadly, this place is recently under new ownership and has changed for the worse. The owner has cut staff and significantly raised prices, without changing the quality of food. The menú lunch is more expensive, with fewer choices (same dishes) and no drink. Coffee and morning sandwiches now cost as much as places on the seafront— but with a view of the centre roundabout traffic instead. No longer a must visit, I’m afraid.

We took the daily menu. Food mediocre, although desert was nice. Service was great, very attentive. Atmosphere: people smoke because they think it is a balcony, however, we did not enjoy eating with smoking behind us. Just saying.

The surroundings arw a little bit ugly. I mean i seated outside cause it is summer and the views were the buildings in front and the street... The other thing is that the waiters were super nice and Quick to bring the orders, but i think the price is a little too expensive for the quality/food they served.

Trato nefasto. A las 19:00 de la tarde se han negado a servirnos un café. Mientras estábamos consumiendo, el dueño ha venido a retirarnos las cosas de la mesa con la clara intención de echarnos. Al pedirle que nos volviera a traer las servilletas, nos ha respondido de muy malas maneras y gritándonos. Es una verdadera pena, ya que este restaurante siempre estaba lleno, pero desde el cambio de dueños nunca hay nadie: siempre está vacío, y por algo será. Hemos intentado darles una oportunidad, pero desde luego no pienso volver.

Experiencia lamentable y trato vergonzoso. A las 18:30 pedimos simplemente un café y se negaron a servirlo, algo ya de por sí incomprensible en un restaurante abierto al público. Pero lo peor vino después: el dueño empezó a retirar deliberadamente todas las cosas de la mesa (servilletas, cenicero, etc.) con la clara intención de presionarnos para que nos fuéramos. Cuando expresamos educadamente nuestro desacuerdo, su respuesta fue maleducada, prepotente y totalmente fuera de lugar. Un trato al cliente absolutamente inaceptable. No es solo que no sirvan café, es la falta total de educación, respeto y profesionalidad. Desde luego, un sitio al que no volveremos ni recomendaremos a nadie.

I live in Sitges and we came for their menu del dia. I don’t know if we looked foreign or not their regular clientele but we had the absolute worst service in a Sitges Restaurant. The waiter taking our order after sitting at least 20 minutes, scowled at us. The food came in a reasonable tine and wasn’t half bad. Except dessert which took asking three times for the ice cream that was missing. What is making me write this review is the bill. Menu del dia price is €15, which includes 4 glasses of wine. We also ordered two bottles of water. They charged our table of four €60 PLUS €13 for the bottle of wine they left at the table! We only ordered " red wine ". They came back, poured 4 glases and left the bottle at the table. That said, most media del Dias ( set lunch ) include your drink. AND if you only get ONE GLASS, they pour and take the bottle away. OTHERS leave the bottle at the table and it is yours to consume. NEVER HAVE WE EVER BEEN CHARGED!! We then proceeded to have an argument over how many glasses are contained in a wine bottle. The argument got heated and as a result they returned €2,70 leaving us paying €10,30 for two bottles of water! It was a beautiful day in Sitges for February after Carnival and this place chose to rip us off. Beware when you choose your next eating place.

My review necessarily excludes commentary on food and drink as we didn’t manage to get either. Been recommended to try this out, sat at table of 4 when place was 30% empty - ignored by only waiter on duty for ten mins and then told they can’t cope in the kitchen, could we come back in a few days. That was 9:30pm on a weekend. Erm no, don’t think I’ll bother.
