Drink was made to standards. It's the wait time and attentiveness of Staff that was a bit of an issue for me. I had to order on the app while inside because Baristas were tending to the drive thru, cleaning the warming station, and chatting with one of the regulars while I stood there waiting to be greeted. So the next next thing is to step out of line and place an order in the app. Interior, overall, was clean. Bathroom appeared to require a bit of attention.

Great people here and really friendly/welcoming. The reason for the two starts is not because of the service or the items I received. They were good, it was the absolutely disgusting restrooms. This kind of filth is not from a busy session in the establishment, this buildup of grime and gunk is from simply not cleaning the restrooms properly; like ever. Y’all can do better a little will go a long ways. I cannot imagine what is growing on the walls here in the restroom. Wow! Greasy floors, has not been cleaned in a really long time and if it was it was with a filthy mop. Soap scum buildup on the walls, and the sink has mold/mildew going all over it. Like employees also come into this place to wash their hands. Germs are a thing! If y’all are too busy to clean the restroom property once in a while I would suggest hiring a cleaning service to come handle it.

1. The menu of coffees was incomplete. I ordered two of season and they did not have them. 2. The place was dirty (floor and tables) 3. The restrooms did not have toilet Paper. 4. The main sing was turned off (outside lights)

I ordered drive through, I went to the window waited for my drinks and when the drinks were handed to me in a flimsy tray the drinks fell on my lap with one bathing me. The entire drink was poured on my chest. I should have contacted headquarters! The lids and the trays are a problem at Starbucks! Check the tray and double check the lids!! Gotta get my truck cleaned… thanks Starbucks!

Even if you order ahead they still make your order late. Staff appears miserable. The place went down hill 4 years ago. All the locals say the same. If you’re reading this ahead of time just save you the trouble and go to Dutch bros, they will be happy to see you and their drinks are amazing. ✌️ P.S. to the Starbucks employee that feels obliged to respond back to this, don’t. Your response is pointless.

I've noticed a decline in the quality of customer service that Starbucks has long been known for, particularly in the last couple years. It seems that many of the younger employees at various locations in south monterey county may lack some fundamental customer service skills. During a recent visit to this store, a young male employee handed me my drink without any greeting or acknowledgment, then promptly closed the drive-thru window before I had the opportunity to ask a question. I couldn't help but laugh by myself in shock and disbelief. With many years of experience in customer service myself, I hope that management takes greater care in hiring and training staff to uphold the level of service Starbucks is reputed for. Neri

This has to be one of the most filthiest Starbucks centers that I came across. Tables were not at all cleaned and there was visible filth on the seats. Don't know if it was coffee or something else. Won't ever come back here again.

i wanted a venti iced mocha with oat milk. when i got to the window, the order taker mixed up my order for a hot white mocha. then i get this drink with no sticker and it isnt filled up to the usual standard. i can wait the extra second it takes to fill it up. spend your money elsewhere.

Lots of flies, one set on a croissant....major turnoff/appetite killer. Employees need training to make sure drinks are made in the order of sequence, not based on ease.

They usually mess up your order. Twice I've had no espresso in my lattes. No joke I got hot milk... today went in and their espresso machines are down. How does that even happen. They had no flavor syrups for their teas. Soledad starbucks is probably one of the worst I've ever been to.
